Worst service in my travel life. This Chinese staff girl is the cancer for this hotel. She is angry all the time, and literally kick us from the hotel at check out turning out the lights. If you see this review , and judging by many pictures where she was working in there for a couple of years and not changing. Stay away , there are a lot of options in the area

totally bad hotel, no, its not a hotel, its just a old room with 2 beds, very cold in winter, no air conditioner. bad food, taste disgusting.

Had lunch there as part of a tour. The place looked abandoned, only the dinning hall is open. The food is sub-standard.

Uncleaned, poorly maintained rooms.

Bit small size room and small size bathroom so just be mindful if you have lots of stuffs with you

房間暖氣完全不冷….冷到靠北…. 只能靠暖爐…那小小的暖爐跟厚厚的被子…. 吃的很普通…. 住宿一堆大陸人，還有人嗯在房間抽菸…超沒品！ 明明寫著全館禁菸！ 景色很好，旁邊就看得到富士山🗻👍
