The
hotel
is
not
easily
visible
from
the
street
until
standing
almost
at
the
entrance,
but
it's
close
to
the
station
and
restaurants.
Check-in
is
polite,
quick
and
painless.
Prices
are
reasonable
and
payment
in
advance.
The
hotel
is
a
little
older
so
rooms
are
slightly
larger,
but
not
in
a
really
useful
way.
The
rooms
are
quiet,
although
hallway
sounds
can
be
heard.
No
blackout
curtains
so
some
street
light
leaks
in
and
windows
can
be
opened,
at
least
for
lower
floors,
so
handy
if
you
don't
want
to
use
the
aircon.
Shower-Bath
and
toilet
are
standard,
and
water
pressure
is
good.
The
usual
plastic
wrapped
amenities
are
provided.
Being
an
older
hotel
means
rooms
are
all
smoking
rooms
and
the
smoke
smell
is
always
slightly
present.
The
rooms
do
not
have
auto-locking
doors
and
there's
no
electricity-saver
device
to
activate
the
lights.
The
bed
is
a
little
soft
but
wide
and
long
enough.
Breakfast
is
a
preselected
choice
of
Western
or
Japanese
with
a
self-service
coffee/tea
machine
provided.
