A beautiful, calm and very peaceful shrine to visit and explore. Near Mt Fuji, it is a large complex but not so busy and very enjoyable. I highly recommend that if you’re near the famous Mt Fuji, that you visit.

It is one of the constituent assets of the World Cultural Heritage "Mt. Fuji" As the starting point of the east exit (currently Subashiri Exit) of Mt. Fuji, it is named the East Exit Main Shrine, and is also called Subashiri Sengen Shrine in the area. The limited time flower chozui decorations were wonderful. From the parking lot, we could see a wonderful view of Mt. Fuji.

Although it is small, it has a sacred atmosphere, so it is relaxing.

My first experience with Japanese friends. This is a religious place of Japanese.

This is one massive shrine. It is ideal if you are visiting the Kawaguchi lake area. Some of the tree shrines and here are very old holding history about Fuji and the relationship between Fujis spiritual side. There's a nice Inn right across the road which has s prayer area hundreds of years old

Tranquil surroundings, fresh air and cool Mount Fuji spring water available for you to freshen up or drink before you journey on. From the carpark and on a clear day, one can get a majestic view of Mount Fuji

The shrine itself was pretty. Unfortunately the priest was rude and arrogant. Based on the priest behavior we decided not to support his business.
