Yes, Futa is a nice place, the environment is cool and colourful with alot of beautiful flowers everywhere, tied road etc.

The Federal University of Technology Akure has a scenery that is a sight for sore eyes. From the entrance of the main gate to the various lectures, there are awe inspiring edifices that capture your attention all through. It has a sport complex comprising of several lawn tennis courts, football pitch, basketball and a track for other athletic activities. There is also a huge auditorium with a standard capacity of 2500 people that is used in several occasions such as convocation, matriculation, inaugurals and the likes. The university also has numerous lecture theatres for learning and hostels for students accomodation. There are shops in the school that sell basically everything you may need while in the school environment. One thing worthy of note is the safety and security within the university premises.

Federal university of technology is my al mater, the place have gone through massive development since the last time I came by. The university still pride itself as the best university of technology in the country. The last time I checked, the technology given to its students is for self reliance.

Why would anybody not love FUTA? Its International recognition and accolades speak for itself. It's an amazing tertiary institute with amazing programs. Can be a stressful for freshers though as it takes a while for transition to take place. Now amidst student,FUAT is known for stress,no nonsense policy and it's strict discipline rules. You just gotta behave yourself here and learn as Futa will stretch you and build you intellectually, spiritually and morally. Enjoy.
