Pretty satisfied with my stay easily 3 star hotel with nice staff and clean rooms smoking on balcony.

The rooms are fine and bright. Hotel has a pool. It's in the middle of a nice local street-food-and-restaurant street, and not far from the town of Lamphun (but also not downtown, and evening transportation is difficult there---no taxis or Uber) On the other hand the toilets needed to be re-cleaned once we arrived, and housekeeping used one of our hand towels to do it. (They replaced the towel, but eww!). Breakfast was dismal. Ham, hot dogs and vegetables seemed like they'd been thawed and refrozen to oblivion, so no taste left. Softboiled eggs were hardly warmed---clear, runny whites. If you must stay here, stay away from any of the 'western' breakfast options, and only go with the Asian.... or better, just go out for street food. The hotel is in the middle of a typical market street. No reason to patronize that hotel restaurant at all. For the right price, this hotel is okay, but I will explore other options for my next visit to Lamphun.
