This
is
a
review
from
a
hobbyist
with
a
bit
of
experience.
Fighters
and
beginners
may
have
a
different
experience.
I
have
trained
here
for
two
weeks,
taking
a
combination
of
group
and
private
classes.
The
group
classes
were
fun
and
very
cardio
focused.
You'll
do
warm
ups,
technique
drills,
optional
sparring,
bag
work,
and
3
rounds
of
pad
work.
My
two
issues
with
the
group
classes
is
that
one
they
were
absolutely
PACKED,
and
two
you
won't
receive
much
technique
correction
from
trainers
as
they
need
to
make
sure
everyone
get
their
rounds
in.
The
private
classes
were
great,
especially
for
only
550
baht.
Unlike
the
group
sessions,
I
did
receive
technique
correction
and
other
tips
from
my
trainer.
Great
pad
work
and
controlled
sparring
rounds
with
my
trainer,
I
definitely
got
humbled.
The
main
issue
I
had
was
that
we
didn't
do
any
focused
clinching
during
my
two
weeks
there.
I
read
other
reviews
from
various
people
saying
there
was
clinch
work,
so
I
was
a
bit
disappointed
I
didn't
get
to
do
any
outside
sparring.
Overall
I
did
get
a
good
workout
and
had
lots
of
fun.
The
people
were
all
very
kind
and
the
overall
vibe
of
the
gym
was
very
positive.
I
would
recommend
this
gym
and
would
also
suggest
you
include
some
private
sessions
in
your
training
if
possible.
