Absolutely delightful hotel and restaurant. Amazingly busy all the time. Very quaint and totally recommended. Rooms were nice, food was good, breakfast excellent. A great stay and if I ever return to Paderborn this would be my choice of hotel.

Beautiful ambiance, great food, good service

Very delicious breakfast and dinner menus in a fine location, no matter if you take a seat upstairs in the gallery or downstairs in the fireplace room. If the weather is fine you can take a seat in the wonderful biergarten right in front of the "Paderquellgebiet". Nice service.

The food was very nice. They offered a variety of summer specialties. The atmosphere was really nice to. Service could have been a bit more attentive but it was an overall nice experience. Would recommend.

Very nice rooms with a not stylish Interieur but I felt really comfortable. The bed was not perfect but still pretty good, since I had a good rest. The location is possible the best thing about it, being inside the center of Paderborn so you can reach everything by foot and the beautiful view of the Paderquellgebiet. The hotel staff was very nice and did a fine job.

This is my fourth visit to the Hotel where I stay when working in Paderborn. It's a beautiful 16th century building. Very comfortable inside with a great restaurant. The breakfasts here are famous.

One of several restaurants off the park, at the start of the River Pader. Pretty location with tables spilling onto the green. Despite it being a Monday, almost every table was taken. The rush resulted in a 45 wait for the starter and another 30 minutes for the main course. When asked the staff said, ‘it had been crazy.’ Not sure if the delay was typical. It slightly spoilt what was otherwise a fantastic meal. The Grand Variation presented a selection of starters and was enough for 3. The pork medallions were beautifully cooked and came with pureed potato and sliced carrots. It was too late for afters; a shame they would no doubt have been good. Attentive, friendly staff. With a half litre of good wine and tip, the bill for one was €40. Another very good restaurant in Paderborn, with a tranquil setting.

It was a nice but tidy place, great servers and great food. Definitely will be back again.

Food was good but service was not up to the task...we waited more than an hour for Flammkuchen.... unheard of....

It was good there, but the service was bit off. Food test was ok too. You can enjoye the nice view 😉
