Was nervous to actually go but was in pain and had to. My visit was such an awesome experience to be a visit to the dentist. The ladies each and everyone I spoke to were professional but caring also which made for a good visit. Very satisfied!

10/10 can recommend Aspen as a primary Dental Care option. They were kind and patient with me and made me feel comfortable with them despite never knowing them before this morning. The treatment prices also feel fair and don't make you feel like you're throwing overwhelming amounts of money out the window to take care of your smile!

I went in to get fillings and it was the best experience I've had at the dentist, considering. They were kind, they understood that I needed to wear my earbuds (shrill noises cause me anxiety). Both the dentist and her assistant did great work, and I appreciate them.

Aspen Dental is amazing. The customer service is top notch. Every employee is always smiling and super sweet. They really make you feel great. I highly recommend going to Aspen Dental for anything you need tooth related.

Very good visit. I had an appointment but walk-ins are welcome as well. I was greeted by a warm and organized reception staff and I appreciated that check-in was automated (tablet). I had a great with Dr. Deitz and Staff; and all my needs were met.

This office was so incredibly busy yesterday and they all handled it like pros. They got my insurance benefits approved. Got me in for what I needed and the next day got my teeth fixed and extraction done. Dr. Dietz is so incredibly wonderful. She was amazing and took care of my needs in the most professional manner. The entire staff was great!!. Ill definitely be back for anything I need. Thanks again to everyone and especially Dr Dietz. She was amazing! Elliot G

I went to Aspen dental May 18th of 2023 to get two teeth pulled. Due to a bridge that broke off. Before they would pull my teeth they made me pay $647.00. Even though I have dental insurance. That day I was over billed by $137.00 and they couldn't refund my credit card. On July 7th Delta dental paid they in full. I have called several times trying to get my money back. I have left messages with corporate and they are not professional enough to return my call. I still have not received my money back and I can't get an answer from nobody. My next move is the attorney General's office. The services I received from this company is just awful. I will not take my dog to Aspen dental. My dog deserves better! Callie F. (Paducah)

Worst dentist visit ever. Well I went in to fix a broken filling and I came out with a $7000 payment plan. My gums were hurting from the metal thing they use to take pics I let her know and all of a sudden now I need a deep cleaning 3 time procedure a root canal and they didn't do anything. I drove from cape girardeau to paducah ky because they could get me in the fastest. Now I understand why they were available and everyone else was booked. The ladies there were very nice so I'd hate to leave a bad review but I have to let people know the truth. They're all about their money. I took off from work for nothing. Spent hours there and got nothing done.
