Traditional Thai walking street with a night market. You can taste various kinds of food and try many kinds of different flavours. There is black sticky rice with sesame and condensed milk, fresh spring rolls, burgers, vegan food, skewers, pad thai, rotee, cakes, sushi, seafood, squid, burgers, kebabs, tacos etc. to mention but a few. There are also shops and bars in the area. You can meet many performers who will sing, dance or play musical instruments.

Two main streets, a T Junction, become walkways at 6pm, lined with numerous food, clothing and souvenir vendors. The food quality and variety is amazing, probably better than the Chang Mai night markets. The area is busy but you can still walk without being shoulder-to-shoulder with others. A great place for a good taste and value dinner.

Pai is just a great town. Full of very relaxed people. You have to rent a scooter there so you can visit the canyon, waterfalls and other tourist attractions. The walking street at night is full of food stalls where you can eat all kind of nice things.

Nice walking street. At night the street is closed for cars (but still some motorbikes going pass) and there is food market. There is a lot of life and a good atmosphere. It’s not as crowded as a market in a big city so it’s more enjoyable. Good to go from one stall to the other and try little things. If you are more hungry try the stall with the Falafel for Bath 100, it’s really good and filling. There are the usual meat and fish stalls but even a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. Good fruit shakes everywhere. And around there lots of restaurants and bars and some cloth shops.

It's a must to explore this Walking Street if you are in Pai. So many food to try, you can choose : Thai, Japanese, Korean, Western, Mexican, Halal Food. And it's extremely cheap comparing with Bangkok or Chiang Mai & delicious. Also a good place to buy souvenirs, trinkets, handmade products, clothes, painting. Don't forget to buy postcards, and send it directly at 1 shop that sells the stamp too. The sellers are polite & friendly and some can speak good English. Open everyday from 6-10PM.

Hectic, epic, very crowded but a once in a lifetime experience. We where here during the annual celebration and it was very busy. Street food as much as you can count, all very well presented en prepared, loads of buying possibilities but also a lot of touristy things.

An evening vibe at Pai night market or walking street to unwind the tiredness of adventurous daytime tours with great variety of food, drinks, handmade souvenirs, clothing, postcards...and so many many more! Be careful. You can be broke! Hahaha! But really really worth it anyway. 😁😃😄😅

The only night market in Pai. Many local artists displaying their works and craft. Many food stalls selling yummy eats. Prices are not reasonable. The best and most recommended are the falafel and spinach lasagne. The latter tasted so good. You need to be fast. The trays are emptied in a blink.

So many amazing food stall vendors and quirky shops! You have to try the Burmese roll from the salad truck "Kwanskie's" (see pictures, the stall currently doesn't have a sign), it packs a punch of flavour! Great place to just have a wander around.
