It feels like home here, such a great hostel! There's an awesome social vibe, beautiful garden, people always playing live music & hanging out together. I didn't want to leave. The facilities are basic & generally very clean, i think It's great value for money . I was a little worried about staying here based on one negative review. But i think that person was expecting way too much for $7 a night... The rooms are clean, the sheets are fresh & the hostel atmosphere is perfect!

I got there at midnight and the receptionist were asleep, but the bartender was awake and even though I didn’t have a reservation and the dorm was full, he let me sleep there with my sleeping bag. It was a cold night & when I woke up, somebody had covered me with another blanket. For me this was a sign of hospitality, and I was touched by their sense of community 🙏👐✨

I’ve stayed here for two nights. The staff is very nice, the place, during the day, is very peaceful. In the night the bar has the music very very loud and it rumbles for a very long time - I had to sleep with that annoying sound the two nights - which made me feel myself apologise for booked this place. The room was quite old and, even though it smelled to some cleaner products when I came, the walls were so dirty. The bathroom is poor, and it had the circle for the mirror but without a crystal (I didn’t care for two days but for a longer stay might would have been annoying too). The distance from the center is not that bad even if you don’t ride a motorbike like me. It’s just 15-20mins walking. The mattress was very very hard I could feel every spring on my back. I don’t know if this would help someone but just in case, if you are looking for a peaceful place don’t be wrong as I was, Pai is overrated and is full of party tourism :(

Been staying at this hostel for about a week now, in a private room and it’s perfect for budget backpacker like myself ! I pay 225 baht per night, which is cheaper than a lot of other dorm rooms in Pai, and this is a private room with a comfortable bed, my own WARM shower and toilet, no a/c but the fan works perfectly anyways ! Recommend 100% !

Great bang for your buck. Really nice staff well maintained grounds, the room was minimalist but exceptional for the rate.

Nice private cabins, WiFi didn’t really work at all in the room. Pretty far from the center of Pai, like 20-30 minutes walk.

Only worth staying here if you hire a scooter as it's a decent walk into the centre of town. I stayed in a private room which was lovely and spacious but the shower was terrible, barely any pressure and the hot water system didn't work. A highlight was the longan tree just next door and all of the very friendly dogs.

Attentive staff and beautiful chilled hostel. Hippie place with some very chill areas. They called us when we left an AirPod too, v kind of them. It is a 23 minute walk to the busy part of Pai

Suuuper chill, absolutely loved it here! Made me want to stay in Pai just to chill here! We had our own bungalow and tho the beds weren't the comfiest it was quiet all night and morning so we were able to have a good sleep. Overall definitely recommend this place!

2 minutes after arriving got scrounged by one of the farang employees. Music loud at night, with Thai commercials before every track! Weird vibes, not mines! Won’t recommend it to friends!

Rooms are perfect. You need to ask for a room with AC if you want it.

Great Hostel, pool table, badminton and volleyball everything under one roof, feels like camping

First impression is big space, very relaxing and chill, you can do whatever’s you feel like too. Stayed with few friends in private house with private bathroom too, okay clean, u have to wait the water to be boiled otherwise u will get cold shower lol. You can order breakfast n scooter renting too. 15 mins walk from centre, at night will be a bit dark and quiet.

The vibe in this hostel was pretty good. However, the bathroom was very dirty. Went there in the morning and it was flooding all over. Beds didn't feel the cleaniest either. No Ac in the room. For the price it was okay. A bit far from the center too.

Nice communal hang out spot, private rooms were ok, beds probably needed changing but for the price when a room is split between two is £4.25 a night so can’t really complain. Hired a moped to get to and from town and worked perfectly, nice quiet stay, would definitely come back!

Amazing place to experience Pai. After travelling for over 2 years all over, this is the best hostel I've stayed at. The staff quickly make you feel like family and not one night is the same. I booked 3 nights and ended up staying for just under 7 weeks...that good!! Great place to meet like minded, chilled people. Have the options to chill and do your own thing or join in activities like yoga, video games, group hikes and more. Perfect distance from the walking street, not too close to the busy-ness. I'll be back for sure. Tribal has my heart. Thank you all.

Great place. You're immediately welcomed by the hospitable staff, a mix of local people and volunteering backpackers. Great view on the mountains, lots of activities in at the bar (cheapest drinks in town!) and they offered to drive us around as well. Will definitely visit again soon. It also attracts a nice kind of traveller.

The place was pretty empty, no bonfire, no dj:s and no party. Came here because other recensions said that it is the best party place but nothing happened here. Bungalows were nice and comfy.

A nice spot away from the noisy area. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into town. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi was good. Welcome was nice. Great spot to meet other backpackers.

Very nice place with amazing hippie vibe in the middle of nowhere. The owner were nice and the price very reasonable. The only issue is the temperature inside the dorm, it was very hot and could not sleep much. But othervise everything was great.
