I would not advise going there at the moment. We paid as guests for a day and then discovered most of the facilities weren't available. The restaurant was closed, there were no Thai massages and the pools were all dirty. We left and tried to get our money back because the receptionist did not inform us about the facilities, but were faced with unfriendly service and left. It might have been a really nice place before covid but now it is just dust and dirty.

Overall this is a nice resort and good value for money. I love the concept of having hot spring baths in the resort. I've stayed here in December 2019 and recently in December 2022. The room was nice but unfortunately the quality of the facilities has gone down. The hot spring pool was not hot like last time and the water was switched off when we went to see at around 8:30 PM. The water outlets for the private bath in the chalet terrace were not working, plus the room shower had really low pressure. With some improvements, this could be a great place to stay.

This resort is huge and it's a perfect place for people who look for a nature, spacious and quiet stay in Pai. They also have hotspring pool to warm up in a cold weather, big swimming pool to do laps and restaurant by the river. Sometimes, you can see elephants taking a bath on the river! My kids love to spent time exploring the nature in the resort and the staff are very friendly as well. Looking forward to stay here again!!

Lots of potential but not at all like the photos. The pools are extremely dirty and unkept, broken toilets. Hard to find staff at all and massages are 3x the price in town. The hot spring was filled with bugs and the water was green. Would not recommend

I am staying at the Pai Hot Springs Resort for 7 weeks. I visit Pai every year and stay for 2-3 months a year. I have rented places in the town of Pai before but the places I rent can be loud with young people partying late into the night I was looking to stay at a quiet and relaxing resort away from the party scene. I am quite happy here. They have a big lap pool that is the perfect temp to swim in and to cool off. It is also a great place to get some sun. The 2 hot spring pools are very nice to soak in and relax. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. They have a daily breakfast buffet that has several hot Thai dishes , Thai soups, fried eggs, breads, fresh fruit, a salad bar with greens grown at the resort, coffee, tea, juice and much, much more. The best part is that the elephant camp is just up the road and the elephants come to the river off the deck of the resorts restaurant to play. I have watched elephants every morning at breakfast from my table. They are just 50 feet away ! The staff are friendly. If you show them an ounce of kindness you will get a pound in return. The manager Mike cares about the guests, and the operations manager Rut puts out a impressive buffet that changes daily. If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet resort with a friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, elephant viewing, natural thermal pools, a full size lap pool, a big river, mountain views and beautiful landscaping, this is the place. It is 7 KM [ 3.5 miles ] to the town of Pai.

Pai hot spring spa and resort is very cool and quiet place, good service helpful and friendly, surrounded by nature ,my personality like this place a lot but I’m not recommended for people who don’t like mosquitoes and insects and water is not clean, anyway I don’t mind about it I enjoy my trip a lot in Pai …. Welcome for people who can live in nature like this 😹😻🫶🏼

The glory days of this hot spring are well gone. If you look for piece, away from all (incl. Food/drinks) and just want to be with your partner that place has clean rooms, beautiful natural settings. The hot spring is a warm pool with one slow moving hit water stream (it used to be three gushing amphoras) Other pools hidden behind overgrown fences represent the old high times. Bungalows with private hot tubs outside are left to nature. The hot tubs are overgrown and soon represents rather the opening scene if the next Jurassic park movie. Nevertheless the 'open' part offers the river side bungalows, the pool and the remaining beautiful landscape. Single travelers who want some food or company, the town where restaurants, bars, shopping etc is to be found, is a car ride away. Book rather in town. The prices they ask is connected to the beautiful pictures online. Read all reviews...

It's all right, for 100 baht you get access to a big swimming pool, a tiny hot spring tub (maybe 4 people fit in there and it's hot and smelly) and a medium sized warmer pool which was closed when we were there. Totally fine if you want to swim some lengths and heat up again after. No towels, so bring your own.

We booked a standard twin room and it was disgustingly dirty and run down. I didnt want to even use the shower because it made me feel more dirty. The pillow was so hard and old i slept without one. The mattress was hard, old and worn. The location is in some beautiful countryside but this resort is run down and not maintained. The changing room to the hot spring pool was so dirty and dusty and obviously has never been cleaned. The swimming pool also had cloudy water. Restaurant isnt open on a Sunday but the breakfast buffet was also not good as it was mainly Thai food and jars of candy and cakes.

We stayed here for two nights and that was long enough! As someone else said, it does have a lot of potential. It’s in need of some serious refurbishment. It’s in a good location, a little out of town but not too far. Very peaceful. The room we had was basic. The best word to describe it is ‘adequate’. There were 2 beds in the room, 1 super king size and a large single one. The king size bed was terrible! The springs were nearly poking through the mattress and it sagged everywhere. We couldn’t sleep in that! So we both squeezed into the single bed. We made a complaint and all they did was put an extra duvet between the mattress and the sheet. For us, the breakfast was a waste of time. We were informed that our dietary needs would not be a problem but all we could find was a few vegetables and jam on toast.

This was the best Hotel in all of Pai! Stay by Tranquil serene nature…watch elephants bathe from your balcony if you got the river view Beautiful hot springs nearby and beautiful pool ! Oh and free breakfast Not to mention the service is absolutely incredible they knew it was my girlfriends bday without me mentioning and surprised us with wine and a memorable photo! Shoutout to the hotel manager Rut he is just exceptional, helped us recover lost valuables (long story lol) And Tonmike charmed us with his impeccable service and respect Loved my stay here Thank you!

We cancelled our booking after we saw the hotel… It was empty - no guests and also no staff. Pool and hotsprings was disgusting with no shade at all and in general everything is not maintained and in rather bad condition. I think this used to be really nice some time ago, but its not that anymore.

The maintenance is okay, but the chlorine is super high. Even the shower contains chlorine now. You can’t be here for the whole day because it isn’t really nice to spend time, need a little bit of renovation and more care. But they improved in compare to last year.

I used to come years ago to use the hot spring for sore muscles and it was quite hot, but I went the other day and it was just warm and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while so it wasn't worth going for me. I was fine paying 100 baht when it was nice and hot but I won't be going anymore.

Paid 100THB (not a lot) each and it was a waste of money. Pool area is disgusting, sun beds are falling apart. Has the potential to be a great place with some effort to tidy the grounds and walkways and give the place a good makeover!

The villa is beautiful, though the walk from the check in to the villa is far (we got the river view) so not for those handicap people to lug bags around. The spa pool in the room are not cleaned, so it's a waste of one of the best features. The entrance is hard to find so try not to go at night, one 1 staff working that I saw for check in, the walk to the villa is also quite dark. TIPS for your LIKE: Quite alot of insect, so bring your own insecticide if you hate bugs. They have a hot spa pool though, bring your swim suit.

Just arrive here. We wanted to have lunch before taking a dip in the hot spring pool, but the restaurant is closed. Besides the girl at counter who's more than willing the accept the entrence fee, it doesn't look like there's more staff on the premises. And no towels, which I think is the final straw in this failed visit. I'm sure it must have been nice, once, but there's nothing of that visible anymore.

There was a mix up with my booking. I somehow managed to book a room at midnight for that day when it should have been the next day. The hotel could have insisted I pay again however they found me a room which was OK, in need of some TLC though. I didn't have time to try the pool or the hot spring but I did see other enjoying themselves. I chose this hotel as it was convenient for my tour of Mae Hon Song and it was perfect for an overnight place to stay. Be aware that check in closes at 9pm so make sure to arrive in time otherwise you will be stuck.

Nice pool. However the sun beds are too disgusting and uncomfortable to sit on so you couldn’t spend much time relaxing here. The hot spring was also closed for cleaning when we arrived but we still had to pay the same price to just use the pool. Would recommend as a cheap and cheerful experience but not worth going out of your way for.

For me personally I liked the hotspa resort . Reason is because of the view , beautiful ambitious natural style of the place and the rooms are very comfortable and makes you feel at ease . Also the hot spring water was warm and good . The receptionist are also very nice and helpful .

Only went there for the hotsprings. Personally I feel it is a bit overpriced. The place looked very run down and not looked after. Could be an "after covid" situation. Has lots of potential to be a super fun and vibey place.

It is not bad. The hot springs are good. The pool also. But like most of the hot springs I have visited so far. They lack the type of maintenance that would give a higher rating. I enjoyed myself. The room advertised a tub out side that can be filled with hot spring water but the hot tap didn't work so only Cold water can fill it which for me took away the premium for the room. Private hot spring gets a fail. I got s discount on the room but would rather had the hot water.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! We arrived at this resort, and it was a dystopian nightmare. We couldn't see anyone around. The rooms had been cleaned but clearly over a month ago. The whole place is overgrown and nothing like pictures. This resort is miles from anywhere as well, which wouldn't be an issue if the resort didn't make you want to spend as little time as possible there. We arrived and were the only people on this huge complex, and we genuinely didn't comfortable in the creepy would be great zombie movie set. We left and booked somewhere else. The hotel also refused to refund us so out of pocket. So, please don't think this is going to be a relaxing spa resort. Book somewhere else, there are loads of great places in Pai. This isn't one of them.

Not a bad place to stay. They have a 24 hour hot spring area but it's very open so we didn't go. The water smells like sewage water but we believe that's just the hot spring water. We got the riverside view which across from us are farmlands. Saw elephants walking across from us in the morning but also farmhands working so a tad noisy. There's no breakfast or laundry service. It's also quite far from the city so would need a vehicle if you stay here. Our rooms are the closest to the reception but still quite a walk in and we arrived at night and the place isn't well lit so we had abit of trouble looking for our rooms. Some of the doors and the tub in our room was slightly faulty as well. Overall an OK place to stay.

The resort must have been amazing before COVID, but as everywhere you can see they are just starting to come back in shape... The room we took was the river side and the view was amazing, the hot springs were incredible, but the spa and restaurant were close. We enjoyed the time there, i have to be sincere and at the moment the resort is not what you see in the picture online, but i still recommend to stay there...

Thank goodness they gave us a pool pass for 100 baht on a hot day and the hot spring saved us when the natural park was closed. Pool is more run down than photos and could use some umbrellas but still better than a lot in town.

I attempted to get in twice first time they wanted 500 baht but it seemed that everyone coming out said it was rubbish so everyone waiting to get in left. The next time I went 4 years later we arrived late and we would have only had an hour. Apologise for middle of the road review but it was closing at 14:00. Still our fault for not checking.

A charming place with calm surroundings and a friendly and welcoming staff. Room / hut's show some wear from age, but nothing that affects the good experience we had. Close by is Pai city, lively market in the evening 🙏👍🌺

Abandon Hotel: We planned to spend our vacation here with amazing hot spring pool, but what we experienced was the unclean hotel with NO facilities. They don’t have even dishes and spoons for us. Only our is cleaned and looks luxury (4/5 pts) Overall is needed to be renovated (2/5 pts)

👍👍 I really cannot understand why the previous reviews are so bad. We stopped at this place spontaneously and decided to dig into a big lunch. We had pad Thai, morning glory and papaya salad. Thus a coconut and a cappuccino Iced. So far the best food for me in 3 days of Pai. The staff is super frien...
