Just to put this out there: I have travled around thailand for the last 2 months staying in hammock, many bungalows, tents etc. This place was swarming with ants. I know it's a bungalow and I expected there to be bugs. That's usually not a problem. Buttttt there were so many Ants everywhere. I had ants on me every single second I sat on the bed. The bug net didn't stop the ants what so ever. I went on a huge ant killing spree and then seconds later about 40 more ants were back on my bed, on my body, in my hair and in my luggage. Was a very uncomfortable stay. The bathroom had hundredssss of ants and they just kept piling in. I am usually okay with bugs but the amount of ants made it miserable. Constantly had ants all over me and woke up with little bites all over my legs. Never again.

exceptional...the hospitality is next level... tae yan,(forgive me if i spell your name wrong) was just an incredible hostess,she even gave me an upgraded deal on my room. im coming back to pai just to stay here again..location wise,about 20 mins walk to the walking street/main area.close to the big buddha on the moutain(check it around sundown) and mae yen waterfalls(see my review). i think they serve food here too but i didnt find out til the last day. anyway,highly recommended! 5 star all the way

A small guesthouse with a very lovely owner. I come here every year because of her hospitality. The place is also quiet and good for a getaway. It's not luxury, of course. But for a budget place, it's great enough. Highly recommended for those who don't want to stay in a crowded area, but still not too far from the walking street.

Look good at first sight but after.... No isolation so it was very cold inside the bungalow and very noisy place in the morning so you cannot rest.

Next to earth tone, and dang restaurant, so excellent food just next door. Close to road so easy to get to, but rooms are away from road noise. Everything made from wood, solid, clean and simple. Place is 18 years old, most huts recently made. Nice views! Not a back packer hangout, quiet and relaxing base. Call the listed number for rates and availability.
