The hotel itself and especially the garden including the pool area is very beautiful, however, the rooms are a) nothing special and b) not to recommend if you are looking for a quiet night and some decent sleep. There is a bar on the opposite site of the hotel that plays loud music until midnight, furthermore the noise due to the gravel paths isn't helping either, neither in the morning nor in the evening. We have paid 1800 Baht/night and they right away told us, that we weren't allowed and able to get a refund if we don't like the place, I guess they knew, that we might complain about the noise pollution. I frankly don't think, that the room is worth more than 50$/night, I absolutely would not pay anymore than this for certain. Breakfast was very standard too.

Pros: Excellent location. Very nice pool. Good service. Cons: It's very noisy at night!! Party nearby until 1am. No sound isolation. Small room Breakfast not diversified. The value doesn't justify the price. The hotel is very photogenic, doesn't match what it looks like for real.

Pai Village does an outstanding job with both the accommodations and common areas including the restaurant and pool. The rates are very reasonable and fair, the staff is incredible, we’d like to pay particular mention to a gentleman named Addy, he really made us feel special and welcomed. So much so that we decided to come back two days later and stay here again. You could also find live music on the weekends and the location is in the heart of where you want to be. Everything is extremely walkable from this location.

Addy and his team are amazing. They take care of you like no where else. The hotel is beautiful! We got a room by the pool for my partners birthday abs they did yo the room so beautifully. The whole experience was wonderful and free blue ox restaurant which is part of the hotel is great. I broke my foot (elsewhere) and the whole team were super accommodating. They took me to and from hospital and really made sure I was ok. 100% would recommend to a friend. It’s a only 2 minutes from walking street so you can get in on the action or out of it as quickly as you like. Rabbit cafe across the road is super cute and I believe by the same owners.

I had a lovely 4 night stay here with my partner. The staff are kind and we had excellent daily room service with free water refills and snacks. The room has 2 large umbrellas which we needed as it rained during our stay, and they even provided mosquito repellent cream. The hotel itself is lovely with a good range of options at breakfast. The pool is small but clean and in beautiful surroundings. It’s also in a great location, just off walking street. I would stay here again.

This place is a slice of heaven..We have stayed there probably 4 times now and it is my favourite place to stay in Pai, probably Thailand. The paths to the bungalows are surrounded by beautiful gardens with tropical flowers that hang over your head and clear water ponds with colorful koi fish. The bungalows are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast is great with a good range of tasty food, the location is great, the service is great and wifi is good. Highly recommend.

Our favourite accommodation in Thailand. Really cute huts. Amazing service from staff, Addy deserves a pay rise, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. There is free iced tea and cakes for guests. Awesome location super close to walking street but also far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Huts could be a bit bigger, there wasn't much space for our luggage. Also more vegan options at breakfast would be great.

It's got some pro and cons for sure Pro: Beautiful gardens/pool area Great customer service Location. Close to everything. Walking (Some street/bar noise-less if you're way in the back) Breakfast buffet- extremely varied. The homemade seed bread was delicious. Cute Bungalow ( i had the Economy garden bungalow) Wonderful amenities Cons: The Shower was a complete nightmare It went from scalding hot to super cold back and forth over and over. Pressure minimal. Not enjoyable at all. Kinda messed up the whole experience. The Bungalow is very low ceiling.if you're tall it'll be very uncomfortable. Watch your head constantly. There isn't much air circulation so if someone is smoking it just stays there. Definitely mosquitoes at dusk. Wear repellent and not so bad. Bungalows very close together so not much privacy. Some of the hammocks that are in bungalows are extremely uncomfortable and borderline torture devices. Pool is very small. Like spread your arms wide. It's more a plunge pool. Still nice for cooling off midday. Overall an enjoyable stay because i got a great deal. I could never justify paying full price for the garden bungalow. It is a beautiful place though

Addy (the owner) and his team are absolutely amazing. Their service is exceptional and it was one of the most welcoming and warm experiences staying here! The place is so well thought out and well designed. The bungalows are fantastic and provide a great little space of paradise while staying. The breakfast buffet was great and just sitting next to the pool and relaxing while reading a book was a great way to relax after being very busy in our holiday prior to our stay. I would absolutely 100 percent recommend this place to stay! I can't wait to come back to Pai one day and stay with Addy and his team once more :)

This place is in a perfect location. Very walkable to all the entertainment on the main streets but far enough away to feel secluded. The staff is amazing and really gave you VIP treatment. We only stayed one night but Addy and the lady at the front desk (may have been the owner?) were so nice and friendly. They were so polite and even knew our names. The accommodations were really beautiful. We stayed at another 4 and 5 star hotel during our trips and this one was the most serene and beautiful. Very clean as well. I would come back to Pai just to stay at this place!

The location is easy for access to the walking street and transportation ..bus station and taxi services. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast menu has the usual options and seasonal fruit and local foods as well. Happy hour cocktails were excellent! Very friendly place with beautiful gardens..street noise and the resorts occasional band was well muffled by double glazed doors and insulation. The beds extremely comfortable. A luxurious stay. Recommended.

This place is amazing! It is beautifully designed and the breakfast is so delicious and there are new items every single day. addy and his team are lovely and will anticipate every single one of your needs! Actually this place deserves 6 stars, the only reason I'm only giving 4 is to make you aware that due to it's excellent location right next to the walking street and many bars, it is very noisy at night. In our hut, we could always hear the bass at night. We considered asking for a hut further back, but we were told by other guests that you could also hear the bass in the back (plus, in the back there was construction going on during the day). Thanks so much for the lovely stay and the amazing service!!

I stayed two nights at the resort, and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and cozy, with welcome fruit basket and small souvenir from the resort. The house I stayed was at the furthest end of the resort and it was very private and quiet. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The location is very convenient as it is adjacent to the night walking street.

Had 4 nights here on our way back to Oz from Europe after a very long trip. A fabulous place to unwind and recover after the long journey. The staff and location are amazing. Very central yet the bungalows are set away from the busy streets so very quiet. The rooms were clean and contemporary Thai style. The only slight suggestion is ours could have been a bit bigger. I suspect the more expensive rooms are just that. The breakfast is great and whole experience is top notch. The management and staff were the best. Highly recommended.

We are staying here for 5 nights allready, two more to go. I love this place. The beautiful garden, the nice atmosphere, the cute people, the food and the service. Been here with our small kid, and they are lovely for him. Also perfect without kids. Go 💖✨

The design of the resort is amazing, like an enchanted forest. The room is clean and big, it is nice to spend whole day inside the resort. The location is convenient, it’s very close the walking street and bars. The staff is very friendly and caring, they remember my name and kept confirming if i am satisfied or not. Both Thai and Western cuisines here are delicious. I’ll definitely stay in here again if I visit Pai next time.

I‘m enjoying a wonderful 7 night stay here. Little oasis. Very well maintained. Beautiful gardens with ponds. Lovely swimming pool. Super kind, friendly and attentive staff. Bamboo bungalow is very nice and super clean. You get little gifts every evening. I could surely stay much longer. Thanks to everyone for making my stay here so wonderful!

Awesome place in Pai ! Great location, just around the corner of the night market and lots of shops and cafes. The staff is incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. Especially Addy, the concierge, who was so friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in one of the cabins. Even though it wasn't really big, it was more than comfortable for two people. The palace was peaceful and surrounded by green, it felt like a little jungle. Everything was super clean and the staff's attention to detail was surprising. Breakfast was good as well, many options to choose from, fresh fruit and Thai traditional plates. Totally recommend!! Definitely will stay there again next time in Pai

Our stay at Pai Village Boutique Resort was an incredibly cool experience. After a long scooter ride, arriving at this resort felt like stepping into a haven of relaxation and comfort. The air conditioning in the rooms was a welcome relief and worked wonderfully, ensuring a comfortable environment to unwind after our journey. One of the highlights of the resort are the private hammocks on each front porch. It's such a thoughtful touch, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The bathrooms were also notably clean, which is always an important factor for a pleasant stay. The staff at Pai Village Boutique Resort deserve special mention for their lovely demeanor. They were accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the resort's central location is fantastic, conveniently situated to explore Pai and its charming environment. Overall, Pai Village Boutique Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay in Pai, combining great facilities, excellent location, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

One of the most lovely hotels we have stayed in, the gardens are so tranquil and beautiful with a pond and stream flowing around the rooms! All of the staff were very good especially when we first arrived and we loved that our room/hut was nice and cool for our arrival. Breakfast was great with wide selection. The location is very central, close to bars and restaurants but we did walk around a little further out too. If you want complete peace and quiet this might not be the hotel for you as you can hear music from the bars until late (past midnight) due to the central location of the hotel, it didn’t bother us but may be a factor for others. If you’re arriving by car try to get there earlier in the day as you’ll probably end up driving down the walking street which is very narrow and lots of people!

Great spot with cozy bungalows, great garden and chill swimming pool area. We booked initially 3 night but we extended for another two. Can't complain about the noise as our bungalow was further down the garden. Staff always very helpful and smiling. Great breakfast. Complementary snacks in a lobby, evening treat to your room as well. Water provided in a glass bottles to your room. Swimming pool is small but is a lovely spot to chill. Great location, at the end of walking street. We also booked private transport to Chiang Mai airport. We absolutely loved the place!

Pros: Beautiful hotel with a well-established and reviewed restaurant. Staff is excellent, rooms are very nicely designed and appointed with amenities. The suites with the view of the pool are fabulous, while the little huts look less private and small, but the small garden path and design around the huts are gorgeous. Can't say enough about the lovely ownership and management here. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate requests. We would recommend staying here if you want to be within walking distance of village life. Cons: The hotel supplies bug cream. You'll need it at night as you would anywhere you stay in this area. The hotel is very noisy at night, they like to put the noise off onto the outside establishments (which is true after 10 or 11) but until that time the noise is very loud from their restaurant. They have positioned their speakers in little huts right outside the hotel units and the sound travels right inside so bring ear plugs. I think they should really visit the units at night to understand and not make excuses saying it's the village and bars on the street noise. Contracted food poisoning and they apologized but did not offer any compensation. I also heard the huts are cold at night. Recap: I still recommend but be prepared for a stay in the heart of the active night life.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The location is excellent! Just on the night walking street of Pai. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was a bit small, but in proportion to the price it’s a great value for money. We had a problem with the shower (either too hot or too cold and the shower stream was weak) and after telling the staff it was fixed really quickly! Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, calm accommodation with the friendliest staff - Addy in particular was top notch. Highly walkable. Beautiful clean pool. Confortable loungers. Our family would certainly stay here again, and for much longer than our four day stay. Loved it!

Good hotel with stunning garden. Concept of service is a little strange and very ‘American’. The staff remembered our names, and during the 4 nights we stayed here, we were asked (constantly) over 10 times what we were planning to do that day, and how we were feeling (a little too much for my taste, sometimes twice in one hour). But when I asked for help with the booking of some day activities they just pointed to the street and told us to organize it ourselves. I would personally focus more on actual service and less on small talk. Otherwise great Western oriented hotel with nice pool and garden.

The entire place is very well kept and serene. The rooms are a bit small with thin walls but they're still nice and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the location in Pai is amazing! We hope to be back one day!

Great stay, could not fault this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly. Manager Addy is very attentive, extremely helpful and has great attention to detail - he remembers everyone's names! The staff are just as wonderful! Thank you Yee <3 The hotel grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The gardener do an amazing job! Our little bungalow is charming and homely. The bed is comfortable. Yes there is a little noise from the bar across the street but it's nothing that ear plugs can't fix. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely hotel. Designed like a village. Beautiful and well-kept landscaping. The room is clean and cozy (we took the big size room). Outstanding service. Good breakfast Very close to the main street.

In over 20 years of visiting Thailand regularly, I can honestly say that the service received here is far and away the best I have ever came across. Simple little things like the staff knowing your name, and greeting you each morning, and remembering you on a return visit. The Bungalows were clean, the bed soft, and the gardens and Pool area very well kept. Fantastic food, and a great location. Can not rate this place highly enough..
