I’m an expert in getting massages, including Thai ones and I must (and can) say this is the best one I had until today. Starts with filling out a professional intake form where you can state if you have medical conditions, if you like it firm or soft, focus points you’d like them to work on etc. And a masseuse that understands what needs to be done and actually does it! Went there everyday and I cannot recommend this place more! The owners are very friendly, and will offer you the best spa packages based on your needs. I have tried the oil massage, Thai massage, herbal compress, body scrub and body wrap and my favourites would be the oil massage, Thai massage and body scrub. You get to choose your body scrub and choice of massage oils - most ingredients are organic and grown locally and are really good on the skin. Very attentive therapists, facilities are extremely clean too. The atmosphere is very relaxing. At the end of the massage they serve you organic fruits grown from their backyard.

My girl and I had the most relaxing and peaceful time here! As soon as we walked in I felt the peace and kindness from the owner. It was an amazing experience from the very beginning. We got a 3 hour package and everything was high quality and professional. Perfect for a ‘treat yo self day’. I definitely recommend the body scrub + hot oil aroma therapy massage + facial. The owners are amazing and super kind and I could feel the energy throughout the spa. I’ll be back here next time I’m in Pai

Incredible HIGH class massages. The quality and service here was amazing. From the moment you come in m, sit down and are treated, you know the massages will be good. They give you a questionnaire and they give you the exact massage/pressure and where you want to focus the massage. It’s for trip advisor certifications and rightfully so. It’s a great spot!

Really awesome spa experience. Highly recommended to take a half day spa package to enjoy the entire experience! Friendly staff and an extremely welcoming owner! They will take time to understand your needs and recommends essential oils used for the session. Ask him for recommendations for the best food/coffee in town too! Simply one of the best finds in Pai.

Fantastic experience, we decided to have a foot and leg massage after walking past the spa and had a great time. It's not much more expensive than other massage places in town but the quality surpasses them clearly. It's a very clean and professional place, and because we came rather late in the day, we had the foot massage room all for ourselves and could relax in complete silence (save for the crickets outside, which only added to the relaxing atmosphere!). The plate of delicious perfectly ripe dragonfruit at the end was the cherry on top of this wonderful experience. I highly recommend visiting!

Absolutely amazing massage, extremely professional! They bring you clothes to wear and clean your feet with some salts. Amazing all around! Me and my wife and 2 friends we met did the 2 hour aroma + thai massage. It was 10/10 , I can't emphasize enough in Thailand if you pay a little more you can jump from 2 star to 4-5 star. They give you a form at the beginning and you can emphasize where you want them to massage. They also bring all the oils out and you can choose what oil you want them to use. Extremely professional place!

Best Thai massage I had so far. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The masseuse helped me with my neck and shoulder pain and catered to my needs. Slighty more expensive than other massage parlors, but it's a 100% worth to invest some 100 bahts more.

Stumbled upon this place and were reluctant at first because of the higher prices than usual (around 600B+). But it definitely paid off. The best massage I received during my travels in Thailand. Lovely welcoming staff. The Thai massage was amazing. They start with a consultation and you get to mark if there is anywhere on your body to avoid, and how much pressure you would like. Then they scrub your feet and you change into cottons. The massage was amazing. Afterwards they serve tea and local snacks. Great service and experience. Check out their oils in the shop,Refresh smells so good. Worth every penny!!

What a wonderful place!! I’ve had hundreds of massages & the 4 I had here were the best in Thailand. From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed, you’re given a cold towel & fresh ginger tea whilst the treatments are explained to you. Very professional. I had the steam, facial, foot massage & full body oil for 2 hours. Everything was faultless & oh so relaxing! The owners are so kind & hospitable. They gave us free gifts & even some of their delicious sesame & fruit biscuits for our journey back to Chiang Mai. Best spa in Pai, hands down!!! Definitely don’t miss it!

Absolutely amazing service! We were greeted at the door with some ginger tea and a cold towel whilst the staff explained their services to my friends and I. They were extremely helpful and friendly, going through the exact details of each treatment helping us to choose the right treatment for us! The treatment itself was so relaxing, my friends and I opted for the aroma warm oil full body massage and it did not disappoint! My masseuse was incredible - I loved every minute. To finish up, we received some more ginger tea and with some light snacks at reception. A must do massage experience in Pai!!

Because the reviews were so good I booked a Thai massage and the Guesha facial. And they were not wrong, both very very good! Prices are higher than 'normal', but to me worth every penny. The people are so skilled and friendly, I came back the following day for more treatments.

Wow. Such a relaxing and wonderful experience start to finish. Me sister and I chose the 2 hour foot and full body oil massage. You're greeted warmly and given ginger tea and a cold towel. Then everything is explained& you're shown the selection of oils. You fill out a form regarding health and pressure of massage, including where you need extra care & treatment. Something I've never done for a massage before and it's a game changer as the whole treatment was phenomenal! I chose the no5 which is the most firm, and it was definitely FIRM! At points it was slightly too much but I could feel the good it was doing and my masseuse was clearly highly trained. We've had massages in Thailand where the therapist is speaking, laughing and not really interested in what she is doing. This is not that kind of place and is very much worth the slightly higher price. It's better to have one of these massages than five of lower quality somewhere else. First hour we had feet and calves which was amazing and then an hour full body with our chosen oil. After we were served some delicious dragon fruit and more ginger tea, weren't rushed and felt the whole experience was a very pleasant one. It's located in a picturesque area not too far out from town, there are also some sweet little cafes next door so you can grab a smoothie bowl or a coffee after. I highly recommend you pay Sapaiya Spa a visit when you're next in Pai :)

My boyfriend and I were recommended this place by a friend and were thoroughly impressed. We were welcomed with hot ginger tea, a fresh cold towel, and explained the service that we booked in detail. We were also given the opportunity to choose which aroma therapy oil we wanted for our treatments. The treatments were thorough, professional, and the environment was very calm and relaxing. Following the treatments, we were provided with a small snack of homemade granola bars, an organic orange, and hot tea and water. Both of us had the best massage of our lives and would book back here again in a heartbeat!

The most divine spa. Started with a 2 hr massage (hot stone and oil massage) and it was the best I’ve ever had. Went back for a 3hr treatment- body scrub, massage and facial. Not the cheapest in Thailand but so worth the extra if you’d like a proper pamper. Delightful owners who explain product options and make you feel so welcome. A slice of heaven!

Incredible experience! From start to finish it is extremely professional and relaxing. Opted for the 1.5 hours shoulder, back and neck revival and we wish we had gone with 2 hours. It is so worth paying a bit extra as you can tell that they are trained and know what they are doing. We will definitely be back.

Loved it! Did a couples massage with oil. They use a ton of it. starts with picking your oil out and then they do a foot scrub and show you to the room. Give you a pair of throw away panties and a basket for your stuff. Put a towel on then face down. Similar to western massage but they do get on the table with you.

Opted for the Thai massage despite a rather torturous session at another place but boy I was glad I did. Five star heaven- I feel like I grew a couple of inches from the stretching and felt so blissful. The lovely man at the front desk even arranged one of the staff members to motorbike myself and my bag of laundry home :) thank you for the wonderful massage and hospitality!

I visited Sapaiya spa 3 times with my husband and all times were such lovely experiences! The staff are extremely kind and their services are high quality and very professional! I went to Sapaiya for my birthday and they sang me happy birthday and were so kind to give me a gift. It was the best spa I’d been to in all of Thailand. I highly recommend. Their aromatherapy massage feels so nice and rejuvenating. I also had a body scrub and facial. All amazing! Thank you so much for your kindness and services. Can’t wait to visit again on our next visit to Thailand.

Wow wow wow. Best massage I’ve had so far in Thailand. You really get what you pay for. The people who run it are lovely and really make the whole experience worth while. You are given a sheet where you mark how firm you want your massage to be (we chose 4 which is perfect). After changing into organic cotton clothing be prepared to have the most amazing Thai massage. The ginger tea is divine which is given to you once done along with delicious nut bars. Definitely check out the range of roll-on essential oils and balms available to buy which we bought so many of! More expensive then the local massage places but definitely worth it!!

Excellence service! We’re couple n requested them to pick up from our hotel. Had two aroma treatment there. Value for money - ok. Welcome by the lady boss, n with hot ginger tea, cold towel. The lady boss was very patience to explain their essence oil n which one is most suitable for u.

The place was nice and clean. They treat you with tea when you arrive and when you leave. I've done the body scrub and face scrub. 2h treatment. I felt relaxed. My face was looking great when I left but the skin on my legs was super dry. I guess some body lotion would have been great after the scrub. They have showers, shampoo and even a hair dryer! Totally recomended.
