👍👍 Amazing experience in Pai! I definitely recommend doing the 2 day rafting. I was first a bit scared of the rafting but it was super fun and not dangerous! The experience in the camp is also great and the sleeping mats are softer than most Thai beds People often mention rafting, rapids, river, trip, water, raft, guide, time, nice,

Don't hesitate, do this tour! We've travelled far and wide but this will go down in our memories as one day never to forget. Thrilling, adventurous and breath taking beauty. Fantastic staff also. Thank you Poo, Antoine and others. NOTE: Pictures are from the calm parts as that's when I risked getting my phone out of the dry box. There are plenty of rapids and the boat captains are fantastic.

My family of six which includes four boys age 12-17 loved this trip. We did the two day raft trip. The guides are so informative and accommodating. We had a blast. The water level was kind of low so it was slow at times, but this didn't bother us. We had enough rapids for excitement and the views are stunning. This is a very professional company and safety was their first priority. Our stay on the river was eye opening.

We spent 1 day rafting in beginning January. We did not face big rapids as this is almost dry season. However the journey was wonderful, surrounded by nature, calm and water buffalos ! The team was really professional in each step of the tour: booking, security advises, driving, food... We felt that Antoine the owner had high attention to make our day perfect ! Tip: if you wish to go from Pai to Mae Hong Son, don’t book a bus, this is too mainstream... go there by rafting ;)

We did a one day rafting adventure down the Pai river and one of it's tributaries. I can honestly say it is the best thing I have done in Thailand thus far even though it was the dry season and the rapids were not very agressive. Dhoo was an excellent and knowledgeable rafting guide with almost 30 years of experience. He is very personable and it was very interesting conversing about the Thai lifestyle. In addition to the trip he was able to get us to one of the viewpoints with 5 minutes till sunset so we got to witness some phenomenal views. 5 stars. Take the time to check it out if you get to Pai.

Booked four items through this company. A mountain bike ride, trek, white water rafting and accommodation at their cottage. Lack of communication from the organizer about how to find them when we arrived in Pai. Had to wander around the streets until we saw the sign. The person we booked with did not communicate to the staff that we wanted a mountain bike ride. So they got someone in the spur if the moment to fill in. It was actually a tour of Pai, by bike, not a mountain bike ride. This was due to the lack of communication. The Trek was well worth the time and money. Hiked through a preserve with a Lahu native and started in his house before continuing our home the next day. Phana, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful. The white water rafting was disappointing to me, because the rapids were not much. However this had nothing to do with the company and everything to do with the time of the year we went. Mike, or rafting guide did a great job of pointing out sites and keeping us going down the river in a safe fashion. Overall, I give the staff and guides a five star rating, however, the owner Guy (who we booked with as well) appears to be an absentee manager and needs to better communicate with the rest of his staff. I couldn't justify a four star overall simply because of his failure to communicate, both with us and his staff.

The 2 days rafting was a fantastic experience! A lot of rapids and our captain played with the waves to get even more fun. Landscape is very beautiful and changing along the way. Night at the camp was also a good moment. Very good food! The captain spoke good English and had a lot of information to share, and funny sense of humour! Go for it!!!

We went for one day Rafting in Pai River ( 7:30 am to 18:00 pm) in August, Including authentic Thai food and water. The Rafting was nice at first but got very exciting and adventures at it goes on. Guy the owner was very nice and Explained everything. We finished in a beautiful camp but there was 2-3 shower s for everybody and the stream wes slow. In the end we drove to the city Mae ho song for and hour for extra money for the driver with the group- it was nice to.

Best tour to do in Pai. I highly recommend to do the 2 days rafting, it is fantastic, fun and a real adventure. Safety is a priority for them and their staffs are well trained, experienced and professional. Most of all they were nice and full of humor. Highly recommended activity. They also do various trekkings tours.

Wow! Can not speak highly enough of Gui and his team at Thai adventure rafting. Jahko was a from a nearby village and doesn’t speak much English but still did his best and had an amazing attitude. Chai is an absolute gem of a human, answered any and all questions we had along the way and kept us safe with a smile on our face. Do the two day rafting trip if you can! Rapids aren’t massive but still enough to scare you and there are plenty of them to keep you entertained. Food was amazing and the overnight sleep in the local tribe campsite was one of the most amazing camping experiences I’ve had.

Group of 6 ppl. Mixed feelings in the group that would grade between 3 to 4 the 2-days trip : trek & rafting. Pro’s : - nice trek through the forest and the mountains - food was tasty and enough water was provided - the night we’ve spent in the village was a good experience - guide is very experienced at rafting and will definitely try to make the best out the river for you! Con’s : - guide was transparent during the trek and in the village, we’ve learnt almost nothing, he wouldn’t speak/share with us knowledge, and local culture - we did the raft early November and the rapids were not very impressive - hot springs and waterfalls were not impressive either

Did the 2 day raft and can only recommend it if you are in Pai. The guide, Chai, was very cheerful and knowledgeable about the jungle. We did the raft in December so the river was quite shallow and the forest dry but still nice. The campsite is well made and the stars you see in the sky are memorable in itself. Definitely recommend checking out Mae Hong Son after the raft!

Loved it! We went in wanting to just get some whitewater time in for a day, see the local river and get our kid to raft for the first time. Guy told us about the 2-day rafting/jungle camp trip and we went for it. There were 20-30 rapids/day, most pretty chill, but some quite exciting and a few peops got tossed out, but were able to get back in quickly without harm and with joy on their faces. The guides were friendly and super capable. The jungle camp was charming - apparently they have to build it every year with local materials. There were water buffalo hanging out not far from us by the river when we got there, and they came near our lodgings in the morning to graze and check our stuff out. If you're the fidgety sort and get bored easily like my husband, you might want to just do the 1-day trip. I loved the 2-days as it forced me to sink into my surroundings. I wish there was a way to capture the feeling of being surrounded by all that old growth jungle for hours, but phones don't do it justice and we couldn't have our phones out anyways, so that indelible sense of peace just has to stay in my heart.
