Waited 3 weeks for Root Canal treatment and another 2 weeks for Crown but reception forgot to make appointment. I called to re-confirm and found out it was not booked. Receptionist was saying sorry but not really apologetic about the mistake from the clinic side. Managed to book for Crown dentist but not sure how this is possible that I had to wait two weeks and suddenly they manage to book one for next day. Temporary filling after Root Canal fell off after 1 day so it was so dreadful 2 weeks with serious inconvenience for eating. Disappointed.

Felt like the dentist was just trying to rush me out and didn't want to be there anymore. She didn't seem to want to finish offering my cleaning and the staff kept shuffling me around until the clinic was closing. Felt like I was just wasting my time there waiting around by the end.

Dr. Chu answered all my questions. Thank you very much, I'll be back again.

I came for the scaling + airflow + zoom whitening. The dentist was very patient and explained everything to me very clearly before he starts every procedure. He was also very professional and I felt almost nothing during the scaling and airflow. I am very happy with the result. It can be seen in the picture the protruding one on the shade list was my initial color which was not very yellow to begin with, and after the whitening my teeth are brighter than the brightest shade they have on the shade list. 5/5 recommended.

Excellent quality. While on my trip in Bangkok my crown broke (this crown was installed in the United States) Smile repaired the crown in a very timely manner. The quality of care is excellent, they cut no corners. Best of all the price was excellent.
