Went to this hospital by chance after a car accident. A&E services were good. The doctor could speak fluent English. Staff were helpful and nice. Medical staff were professional. Price is reasonable and the medical reports were written in details. I have read through the 1-star reviews. In my opinion, they are not reflecting the truth.

Nice small hospital in Chaengwattana road. There aren’t many hospitals in this area, other one being World Medical Center on the other edge of the road (can take over an hour to get to). Despite the place being a little old, they do offer good services. Nurses are extremely helpful. I’ve been here at least 4 times and the doctors are quite good.

Lack of parking space. Medical staffs are too busy to adequately take care of patience. Non-medical staffs such as operators, office, financial staffs are the worst as i ever met recently. Very slow management systems, bad manners, lack of service mind. New building is under construction, just make the thing worse.

Service staff are very good. The price is reasonable. Clean rooms. Parking is less compared to customers who come to use the service heavily. I stayed at ward 12, the staff took good care of the customers very fast, friendly.

Been using this hospital for years. Busy so sometimes an hours wait or so. Had an op here using a epidural. Went well. Reccomended if you live in the area. English spoken by many of the doctors.

Warning everyone!!!!!!! The service is terrible here. All over the place from the entrance to the building. One person points in a direction. Another person points in the other direction. So you guys work at the same place? The officials spoke extremely rudely. There is no need to come, you should go somewhere else. No need to come use the service here. There are many other places to choose from. We're just giving it a try. and will never set foot here again forever. No wonder why it only got 2.6 reviews, very low. I can't believe this is a hospital. The reviews are this low but the service and manners of the employees are much lower than the reviews. Very low, let me tell you.

Local hospital where English is not widely spoken. The staff however are exceptionally friendly so if you don't mind nurses giggling at you because if your broken Thai, I recommend this place highly. Reasonably quick and efficient.

I've been taking my mother to use the Gold Card privileges at Mongkutwattana Hospital for about 1 year now. The hospital's service is considered good and usable. Not too fast, but not too slow. Because there are a lot of people who come to exercise their rights. I chose this hospital because it has a cancer center. Mother's case is a case of continuous treatment. I've already had surgery and radiation from another hospital. Now I have to take anti-inflammatory drugs. and follow up on symptoms The cancer center at this hospital does not have many people using the service. When you come to use the service, you don't have to wait long. But the doctor who treats me will be a young doctor because the doctor is very old. All gone to government hospitals πŸ˜…

Come use the gold patent. Surgery for an inflamed fat lump on the neck Waiting in line at various points was not long at all. There was good help explaining the various steps. Until the surgery was completed, he paid 30 baht and was able to go home alone. It's very convenient to go and return by yourself.

They might ask to go through your social apps to see whether your political view is, according to them, worth to be given medical attention or not. Their CEO despise others that do not share the same political view and call them parasites.

Terrible place, I DON'T reccomend for anyone who needs to be hospitalized or send to the ER. The room is quite old too, makes the room looks unhygienic in my opinion. They also renovate the parking lot to a shared patient room. Some nurses are nice and kinda helpful while some seems to hate their jobs and dosen't help the patients πŸ™ƒ 3/10 wouldn't wish this to my worst enemy

I admire Doctor Rienthong for opening Gold Card and Social Security Sector which good system management. On the other hand I really need to complain about the manner of staffs those all are lack of service mind and no friendly. Now I am in front of the operation room no.4 waiting for my queue which just passed because of the bad system has controlled by unqualified person. The staff in dress orange talked badly with showing her bad emotions to patients. Her manner is worse than the staff at government hospitals.

We have used this hospital over a number of years both for ourselves as adults and also for both of our "western" daughters. The service is adequate and the doctors excellent, costs were reasonable too and they accepted our school insurance policy. Contrary to popular belief, as mentioned in other reviews, parking wasn't an issue!

Horrible medical services. Lack of responsibility and mistreated extremely badly by nurses. Rooms are tired and noisy by new building construction.

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ESSENTIAL TREMORS BY TWO NEUROLOGISTS. THEY TRIED TO HELP ME WITH MEDICINES TO NO AVAIL. I NEXT TRIED ACCUPUNCTURE WHICH WAS A WASTE OF TIME. THE FIRST ACCUPUNC5YRIST DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND WHEN I TOLD HIM AND WROTE DOWN ESSENTIAL TREMORS HE HADN'T A CLUE. MY PROBLEM DEALS WITH THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM BUT THEY ONLY SENT ELECTRICAL IMPULSES THROUGH MY ARMS AND NOT ONCE TREATING THE CHOREA TREMORS CONTROL AREA.

The doctor's English is really bad. I had the flu and had a covid test before going to the hospital, but the doctor still required me to get a covid test again at the hospital. I understand that point but after consulting with the doctor, she gave me medicine for a week. i have done that medicine in a week with follow what the doctor advice and i didn’t get better and i back to meet her again, she said let’s try another medicine for 1 week more. Omg. i decided to go to another hospital and get better in 3-4 days.

What's wrong with the gold card queue system? Separate parts to work and understand. They do not carry each other's burdens, they relate to each other, that is, they really do different things. Just setting up the queue calling system is very difficult. Adjust and adjust again Adjust until you can't make a mess faster. The more you adjust, the messier it gets. Funny since handing in the medical record card and inserting the queue card into the appointment form to let the patient memorize the numbers himself is very strange. The mic calling the patient still fights for use. Calling each other's voices back and forth. Old people can't listen or understand. A set of microphones isn't expensive for a hospital, but it's better than buying a mannequin that isn't actually usable. The air conditioner is adjusted so it's not cool. Save money or have no knowledge about indoor air. Not enough seats This nurse pretended to be dizzy. unfriendly sound Some of the older, more experienced people don't let me talk. If you can scold in return, you will scold and forgive. It will be considered stressful working with a bad system. Otherwise, you can accept it. It is considered that after treatment you will not die. There are good doctors and not so good doctors. Rated the treatment quite well. The only thing stuck is the document system. This is the queue system. It makes everything worse and worse.

Slow, slow, and slow. The patient won't be able to take it anymore. He's in so much pain. The staff....sigh. Told me to wait 30 minutes, after an hour I had body aches and headaches until I cried and didn't care at all. This is the size of paying your own money. Then the employee informed me that the wait was not long. (Continued) Worst of all, wait two hours and the pain will get worse. Still haven't called again. Came later but was called first. I won't be able to take it anymore.
