For price not good. I have 3 consecutive days in hotel. Room and bath was neat and clean which is big plus for this range of hotels. Customer service was pathetic. My room AC water was leaking which made my mattress wet I spent one night uncomfortable calling room service, nobody came to fix it or even change my bed or room. Next they knew my stay going long and we need to accommodate more guest they become so nice then. I must say money oriented people. By the way entire hotel building no ventilation no windows.

Nice and secure hotel and restaurant. Very decent staff reception, managers as well as room boys real value for money. Its a day visit or an official tour Mars is the best choice.

Rooms here are dirty service is not good location is good but the service of hotel is bad .

Great Hotel for travelling alone and with friends. Location is great for expats as it has money exchange right next to it. (For the Management: Rooms can be upgraded with few touchups, try to keep smoking rooms and non smoking rooms for family's) Overall stay was great 👍

Not so cozy nor so poor. Average living in the rooms. Only one single light in deluxe rooms makes the room darker every time. Washrooms are not comfortable. Bed mattress were in poor condition. They need complete revamping to invite more people.
