The room where I stayed looks old. The sofa is broken. The floor is dusty and the paint on the wall smears on my luggage. The room is too noisy because it is too close to the streets. One thing going for this hotel is the hospitality of the man in reception. Very accommodating.

I've Stayed in this hotel for about 10 days , Hotel Rooms and services are very good + every room is air conditioned and lighting was good also with everything working fine. The only thing i hate is Breakfast Buffet , they're calling ut buffet which actually not a buffet but a regular breakfast which costs 300 on thier menu. I think in buffet they have to give you more variety. One more thing that it's a little expensive 4 thousand for one night is little expensive for all this. they should reduce thier prices to max 2500 or 3000. Other then that everything was good. staff was well trained and educated and heard every query even at late night time. 3 out of 5 stars experience!!

Quite a good place to stay. Rooms are spacious and the staff is very cooperative. I happened to forget some stuff in the cupboard and realized the same after two days. Called the management and they ensured it is safe with them. I got it back on my next visit.

Washing Machine noise coming from roof all the time not a quiet place to stay. Service is good but extremely slow it takes almost 50 to 60 minutes to deliver a single piece of BBQ.

Rose place hotel is best Hotel in Lahore there is very safe and secure place in Rose Place Hotel . There is very clean and very nice rooms. Every rooms have Air-conditioning and Wi Fi. There is good staff . I like there attitude and there intelligence. I like so this hotel

I was tettering on 4/5, however, for the price-paid, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, and the food served, I will settle on 5/5. The location is good, remembering that Lahore is a massive city, and as such, to be located in the middle of it, proves useful, as traveling from one side of the city and back can take hours... and even longer during rush-hour. The neighbourhood around the property has all necessary amenities and is lively, though not crowded, which was great. The room decor was tasteful and the size good. Bathroom products were usefully provided, and the room service food menu was well thought-out. Everything was 100% except the cleanliness which definitely needs improvement. A lot of paint was flaking off of the ceiling in my room due to a possible leak at some point above. The bathroom toilet absolutely needs to be cleaned properly and there were rust marks on the sheets; I'm assuming from a rusting clothes line? A could make a few more points, though, importantly, I was satisfied with my stay and I am due to return, so 5/5 is evidently warranted.

Booked online but found when I checked in that room is not available, anyway he provides me different room after little argument. Very basic room, no proper parking, broken towel hanger, too many bugs and cockroaches crawling everywhere in bathroom. Drop my ring behind the sofa so I have to move and found pile of rubbish behind it, absolutely disgusting. Dusty floor, Should have gone somewhere else but it’s hard to find another hotel in the middle of the night when tired as well. I stayed (Rose place Gulberg) last time and that was much better than this hotel. He Sell me small water bottle for Rs 60. Definitely I will not come again in this hotel.

Excellent customer service, food was great, everything we ordered was good quality, fresh and came on time. We had spacious room with all facilities. Highly recommended, u won't be disappointed. Overall a great experience....! I stayed in this hotel for 1 week. I have had a very good time in the hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Iqbal for his hospitality. All members of staff were very good. Stayed a night during my last visit to Lahore. It is a good hotel with a clean room. Also near the barkat market. KFC and McDonald's are also within walking distance. Kalma Chowck metro station is 1 KM away

Best budget hotel 🏨, People’s are very nice and cooperative

Car broke down and tow truck driver bought us here and the man at the front desk was very very professional and helpful with helping us get a room for the night and gave us breakfast bags because we hadn't ate all day considering we were stranded on the side of the road. They also provide free wash and detergent and feminine hygiene products. Although it may be outdated I would say that I am truly grateful for a place to keep my family safe and warm. Thank you Comfort Inn for the wonderful hospitality on the first day of 2023 considering our car situation!!!

Location was ideal as it was near to all shopping areas and new Lahore. The staff was courteous and polite. All facilities were upto mark. Rooms are air conditioned and hot water is available 24 hours. Breakfast was complimentry and tasty. There was a secured parking for cars beside the property. Will totally reserve my stay in Rose Palace Hotel whenever I visit Lahore again

Room size was ok,Food was just like dhaba food very bad taste,cleaniness omg cocroches roaming in the room i booked for 3 nights after seing this i cancelled and just stayed for one night,parking there is no parking you have to park right on the road,location wise the hotel is not recomended for families its just for bechaloers,its just like we staying on the railwaystation.the crockery they using for food it was very dirty.very sad i am too much disappointed i think that they using fake reviews

First of all, its location is perfect.. Near to main boulevard garden town and also in peaceful place, market at front and parking. Rooms and service was impressive too. Overall Ambience is worth coming for.

From the elegant decor to the exceptional service, everything was top-notch. Highly recommended!
