I have been using IDC for over a year. This app has made not only my but also my family's life significantly convenient as now we don't have to wait for century's to get our reports. The reports for the test are posted on the MY IDC app in no time. It's unimaginable fast. Moreover the staff is also really cooperative which serves as a cherry on top. After the introduction of this app to the Pakistani market we don't even have to wait in line miles long to get an appointment with a good doctor. IDC has brilliant doctors on board. You don't even have to leave your house. Blood sample collectors come to your doorstep to take your sample which is great when you are really ill. I am really satisfied by using this app and services of IDC.

I uitilized home sampling services yesterday. The staff, namely Mr. Zain from Westridge Branch, was kind enough to alter his schedule, although he had set out for sample collection, since I had not reached home at the time of scheduled appointment. Furthermore, upon his arrival, I not only found him extremely skillful at his work but his manner of communication was laudable too. All in all, my experience with this immensly useful and hassle-free facility of IDC is truly remarkable.

Exceptional diagnostic centre with state of the art technology. Extremely helpful, thoroughly professional and friendly staff & nurses. Almost all the lab tests and digital X-ray can be done here. For CT Scan and MRI they will guide you to the Mall Road branch. In my experience all lab results come on the next day - if not within hours. All in all outclass facility with the friendliest people running it. I would like to name Mr Zain Raza and a Maam who is at the reception. They are helpful towards me and my very elderly family.

Staff is good and really helpful. I find them a bit expensive but the service they provide is great. One can give sample and later check the result online.
