While being distributors of brands they have zero respect for customers on whom they make revenue by giving a dam to their plight & pain after selling faulty products. There claim of call us 24/7 for service becomes Not receiving your calls, Zero reply to Whatsapp messages (along with wiping away proof with Disappearing messages), then cancelling & blocking your number.

Worst sales man I ever met in my life Mr. Haroon rasheed. I visited lahore center to buy lg tumble dryer and before I spend money I'm supposed to know very details about what I'm buying. He was rude, not even interested in his job maybe he was tired or what I don't know I even asked him if he's tired he can ask one of his colleagues to answer my queries but he told me he's straight forward he got no work ethics how to deal with customers I travelled 9 km each side and I made sure on call if they had this item "tumble dryer" anyways he's worst person I'll suggest to avoid him atleast.

Had a great experience when I found them through Google and talked to one of the customer service staff members - Usman. I was guided well, got a COD option and when my new freezer appeared to have earthing issues and carried current in its iron parts, it was replaced the same day. Based on my first visit, I highly recommend the professionalism as well as variety of appliances that I found to my entire satisfaction within a 10 km radius of my house.

Panasonic AC convertor purchased today and they sent delivery on Uber Riksha Lahore Centre sales person requested to please manage unload from and take it into inside home. Uber Rikshae driver hire for delivery not for unloading (SHOCKING) Quite shocking and surprising the way of delivery they made 21 March 2022 about 3 pm

Quite large store of Electronic products on DHA Main Boulevard. Neat & clean and very well decorated. On display are ACs, Refrigerators, LEDs, Washing Machines, Gas Heaters etc. of most well known brands. Sales service is excellent while sale person is available for customer queries about the products. Prices are very reasonable and competitive to the market. In my opinion customers leave this electronics show room as a satisfied customer.

Worst customer service. Bought 5 Split ACs, 2 outers damaged. They gave us a AC technician, highly non professional. Fitted damaged Outer without letting us know that it's damaged. Fitting was not aligned, wholes were appearing beneath the inner of the ACs.

I called them and order the Samsung 75” led they gave me the price of 4.25k when I reached there to receive the led there staff start asking for 4.70k when i refused to buy it for this price and asked for refund they deduct 3k from my amount because i canceled the order, and staff is not friendly keep saying that no you are wrong. Guys be careful and better not to go to them. # SCAMMERS #
