This
is
a
two-part
review
as
I
visited
this
place
twice.
The
first
time
we
visited,
was
an
early
morning
in
which
we
ordered
the
halwa
puri
platter
with
some
chai
and
apple
juice.
We
also
ordered
a
bun
kebab,
which,
curiously,
never
arrived.
The
puri
was
good
and
tasted
well
with
the
accompanied
puri
and
channa.
The
chai
was
also
fine,
without
being
spectacular.
The
apple
juice
was
fresh
and
did
have
a
good
taste.
The
seating
is
comfortable
and
we
were
in
a
quiet
area
to
enjoy
our
meal.
Although,
we
did
not
receive
the
bun
kebab,
without
any
explanation,
we
thought
we’d
give
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
as
the
rest
of
the
food
was
good
that
can
be
enjoyed
eating
comfortably.
We
visited
again
after
a
couple
of
days
and
ordered
some
different
items.
Whilst
inspecting
the
menu
again
we
then
saw
why
the
bun
kebab
wasn’t
provided
on
the
previous
occasion;
it
was
only
available
after
a
certain
time.
This
is
fine
of
course,
but
it
just
seemed
strange
that
the
waiter
even
took
the
order
but
then
did
not
bring
it
out
and
didn’t
even
provide
a
reason
-
quite
bizarre.
Back
to
the
second
visit,
we
had
some
paratha,
kashmiri
chai,
apple
juice
and
another
item,
although
this
was
not
available
and
so
we
settled
on
some
masala
eggs,
which
the
waiter
noted
down
and
repeated
the
order
to
us
to
confirm.
On
this
occasion,
the
items
took
a
long
time
to
come
to
the
table.
In
fact,
it
took
over
half
an
hour.
There
was
no
explanation
as
to
why
there
was
such
a
delay.
The
items
eventually
came,
with
exception
to
the
masala
eggs.
We
queried
this
but,
to
our
shock,
the
waiter
denied
that
we
even
made
a
request
to
replace
the
previously
unavailable
item.
A
really
strange
situation,
especially
since
the
waiter
noted
this
down
and
even
repeated
the
order
to
us.
As
this
was
the
second
time
with
some
negative
customer
service,
it
is
clear
there
is
something
wrong
at
this
place.
At
the
first
visit,
no
explanation
as
to
why
a
particular
item
was
not
provided,
despite
noting
it
down
and
repeating
the
order
to
confirm.
At
the
second
visit,
a
refusal
to
admit
that
we
ordered
a
particular
item
despite
noting
it
down
and
repeating
the
order
to
confirm
as
well
as
the
terrible
delay
to
receiving
the
food.
Continuing
with
the
second
visit,
it
was
difficult
to
enjoy
the
food
in
light
of
the
major
issues
that
occurred.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
customer
service
improves
drastically
and
this
can
only
be
resolved
by
providing
the
proper
training
to
the
staff.
This
will
improve
the
currently
poor
communication
between
staff
and
customer.
