I had ordered their Hi-tea, loved it. It was good enough for two people to eat. It has Club sandwiches, Rolls, Samosay, Pakorey, Chaat, Spaghetti/pasta, and Sashlik stick. As a dessert, the Hi-tea Platter has Chocolate mini Brownies, Cake pieces, and Triffle. Lemonade was served; however, you can order anything by your choice. Overall experience was good. Ambiance and Environment was great!! As a sweet tooth, I have tried their multiple desserts. I had ordered their Molten Lava Cake, The Red Velvet Cupcake, Strawberry Tart, and Chocolate Brownies. They were all good.

A very specious place with proper cooling and calm environment. There are more number of seating arrnagements in sofa and chairs to one's comfort. Food is delicious. We have ordered French toast n club Sandwich with tea n coffee and it justified its taste. There is a dedicated smoking area as well. Staff is very humble and cooperative. Thumbs up.

Very professional and co operative staff. I visited to buy cofee. All were available with them at reasonable price. Highly recommended. Overall satisfied, such a cozy place with great taste but a little expensive like a simple Paratha was about for 450pkr and omelette was 775rupees its actually too expensive. As far as taste is concerned, they have great chefs each and everything was full of fine blend of taste specially the Toast treated my buds very deliciously. The way of presentation was also great Behaviour was excellent. Although they have some item short from the menu like for pizza you have to go after 4pm similarly halwa puri is only available in the morning. Parathas was cooked well, toast was extra sweet and chocolate used in it wasn't of good quality but acceptable. ☕ Tea was strong & kehwa 🍵 was excellent. For Steak 🥩 they served on big plates but it got cold so its would be better to serve steak in a hot metal or wooden pile. Place was comfortable, cozy, and have extra private lounge for meetings etc and a decorative place for birthdays . Will visit again.

Visited for breakfast. The only welcoming person was the guard on the entrance. The staff placed menu on table and left with no sign to be found. Apparently their were only two servers, cleaning tables, checking phones, unattentive of guests present. Ordered french toast, which was very goey it almost felt raw. Tea was fine. Mushroom omelette was ok but the bread was cold. No one enquired if order was good or if we needed anything else. Called server for the bill. He placed the bill and never came back. At last my friend had to go on the counter with the bill and money to clear. And then we left. Not good according to what they are charging!

Food was delicious, but this particular branch is not as good as the Bahria, Phase 4 and Islamabad branches (according to my companions). Pancakes were a little dry and flat. Chai was zabardast, and egg and cheese croissants a winner! Aloo paratha and Pakistani omelet were excellent too. Personally I would go again! Lovely relaxing and easy vibe.

Its a new addition in the chain of chaye khana. The restaurant is very well decorated and furnished inline with typical ambiance of chaye khana. Its located in first floor with stairs access, people dependent on wheel chair will find it difficult to access restaurent. Parking is available in basement, only stairs are available to reach ground and first floor from parking. They need to put an elevator. Choice of menue is typical and limited to items offered in chaye khanas. Service is good, staff is efficient and friendly. Taste is good. Overall a good place for breakfast and quick bite with friends and family.

Worst experience in terms of food quality. Puris were overcooked and there was odour of oil probably due to sub-standard or over burned oil or maybe the dough wasn’t proper. The hash brown was also poorly cooked and potatoes has a kind of smell so we’d no option but to leave. Asked them to replace puris with parathas. Another aspect, we reached at 08:00 AM, and first thought it’s closed as Security Guard was kind of sleeping in inside glass door sitting on one chair and legs on others. On inquiry he said it’s open. We stayed there till 09:30 and there was no other customer except we two, this means that this branch of Chaaye Khana is no more a better place or a choice for breakfast

Food is good Clean soft and cool environment I visited first time here and Sehri on 29th night of Ramadan. We took Alo Paratha and chicken qeema. It was so good and was served with Lassi and Chaaye at the end. Love the taste dude keep it up

This is a good franchise. The location is ideal, the food is really good, and the staff is accommodating. Exceptionally so. The venue itself is a fancy interior decoration, in keeping with the chaye khana aesthetic. Really well managed, especially considering that it has plenty of space for anyone to walk in and eat. Plus, underground parking. Although not that big, but still it is a facility. Good fun was had.

Wonderful new addition to the Rawalpindi Saddar food scene. Situated above Hardee's. Tried Lemon Fizz and Molten Lava Cake for starting and was satisfied. Staff is very coopetive, well mannered and welcoming. Interior is really beautiful. There is a separate cabin for for meeting and a separate place for smoking. There is an LCD screen as well to enjoy TV. Hoping that they maintain standards.

Cozy place with the similar interior as all other Chaaye Khana's. Menu and food alao same. The location is very central. I visited it during the daytime. So wasnt very busy. Must have a waiting queue during evening and late night timings. The space is a bit limited but the environment remains great.

I'm disappointed that the prices here don't match the portions; paying 900 for one thin crepe with barely any fillings feels steep. the food was fresh, and the service was good, but I wish the quantity was consistent across branches.

Another branch grandfathering the vibe and sentiment associated with the eatery itself. Their breakfast platters are rather economical and filling (they're a promotional thing due to the new launch). Beside that, it's just as usual as Chaaye Khaana. Special Chaaye and Garlic mushrooms on toast are a must try.

Expensive breakfast. Car parking: Poor. Sewerage water is dripping from ceiling in parking area. Might make your clothing dirty. Entry is not good too.

The worst Chaaye Khana franchise. They take more time to deliver your food compared to any other branch. Their customer service is a stuff of nightmare. A brand should operate like a brand. If you visit the F6 branch, you'll notice how well trained the staff is but if you unfortunately visit the Saddar branch you'll notice that the staff has no basic understanding of serving and also for the cutlery. They will serve you water bottle but they won't give you glass so you either request them for a glass or you start drinking from the bottle because you don't want to call them again and again. Same will repeat if you order cake slice. They will not give you separate plate to enjoy your slice but expect you to eat in the same plate in which they served the slice. Situation of washrooms is beyond just bad. The dustbins are overflowing with tissue papers and the handwash bottle is broken and you can't take the liquid out of it. Never going again🙄

It was good experience overall. -Club sandwich was really good and worth trying. -Fish and chips, Stuff Chicken were also amazing -Molten Lava made our day -Drinks were also served well. If i talk about eatery stuff- it was incredible! Talking about ambiance, it was okaaayyy! People who were visiting chaaye khana were not family oriented which was annoying not only for staff but also for those who came with families. We changed our seat just because of stupid activities which were happening around but this is not cafe fault- its our society fault overall!

This restaurant is a personal favourite of mine, any occasion or just being in a good mood draws me to dine there. I must say that the food especially the steaks and sandwiches are some of the finest I have tasted in Pakistan and the thing that really packs it all in are the desserts, you have tried nothing until you have tried Chaaye khana’s apple pie, it’s crust is overall smooth and filling is what you’d expect apple filling to be like. Last but not least is the lemon margarita which is absolutely refreshing and something to have with your meal Keep up the fabulous work!

The food is spot on. I have been to this place multiple times and tried different items from the menu, but their hi tea platter is one of my favorite. However, I have noticed that their staff is only respectful depending upon your looks i.e. if you seem modern and considerably rich, then you'll get better service, otherwise I have seen them laughing on the simple people in a corner and also seen them talking behind their back, so I think training needs to be given to employees in that regard.

A cool calm and cozy place in Saddar. Generally Saddar Rawalpindi is a very noisy place but this is one calm place. Very good service, very good food and wel groomed and trained staff. Highly recommended if you look for peace. My rating is 8/10

Reliably good food, however, the outlet had power break down and backup generator was also not working. We had to change the order because of this issue.

Food is same as bahria town but the place is very dark and congested. I prefer bharia town 4 branch as its a proper spacious restaurant with good parking and outdoor sitting.

It was good experience. The indoor sitting environment is very cozy and comfortable. I had chicken grilled salad. The quality and quantity is indeed remarkable. It was a bowl full of lettuce, white sauce and tender chicken slices. Keep it up Chaey Khana. 👍

I think this place has a separate class for separate people. If you are desi you will get a great desi taste, on the other hand if you like English style breakfast dinner you can have their best taste. We went for chai coffee type stuff. It was good. Obviously on the expensive side because you can get a chai for way less. I actually got iced tea which was pretty refreshing. 8/10. About the ambiance, I loved it because I found dark and cozy but my Ammi wasn't a fan and said that it was dark and suffocating lol. There is a book collection and you can pick any and give it a read. I picked one up and it was a good conversation starter. Overall, a chill place.

I been to The phase4 and the Centaurus Mall locations both were phenomenal but this sadder Bazaar location was a huge disappointment food didn’t seem fresh chicken in the quesadillas seemed hard like recooked and Mint magic was definitely not the same as the other 2 locations sadly. Wasn’t even worth taking pics of the food smh.
