Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and attentive. They truly give you a very personalized experience and listen to your concerns and reassure you. I have been going here for 5 years and no other salon has handled my hair better than them.

I had a terrible experience. One of their top stylist AQSA ruined my haircut and when I went back to complain she said to come after 4 weeks for fixing. But she left job when I went there again and the management of the saloon insisted that I pay 50% again. IMAGINE GETTING YOUR HAIR RUINED AND THEN PAYING AGAIN. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE. Very very poor customer experience.

The manager (Girl) really needs to know how to work in a professional way. She is extremely rude and has no respect for her clients. Other employees are very nice and knows how to work. We got our hair dye from here and payed almost 1 lac for 3 people. We came next day for nails and the girl had no idea how to do it right. Our nails broke after 2 days (it costs 8,000) we came and made a complaint my sister started her Keratin and the manager said very rudely if you are not satisfied with the nails why are you getting keratin. Like seriously we are not getting it for free we payed for it. Every employee agreed there how badly our nails were done. Really bad experience here. Not visiting ever again.

Toni & Guy is perhaps the best hairstyling salon in Pakistan. This is their newest outlet. Its located toward the Barki Road end of DHA Phase 6 Main Boulevard (Shabbir Sharif Road). You enter it from a staircase to the backside of the building. The outlet is neat and very modernist in its make up. Staff is good. They're friendly and know their deal. They can do a good job. All you have to do is talk to them and explain exactly what you want. It will be done. Price wise they're more high end. Haircuts start at Rs. 1,500 per person. The more senior stylists will charge more. You should book an appointment on the phone before going. A good, satisfying experience.

Inexperienced staff looting in the name of Toni&Guy by providing substandard services and giving low attention to customer's demands. No value for money for this branch. Extremely bad experience.

The value proposition is being defined by the excellent care which is being provided by the employees and not the brand. The receptionist was a joke who just never bother listens to your need and will try to yammer on about different grade stylists where I just needed a trim. After going through the hassle of making the Dunder head understand what I need the guy who did the hair cut did a great job with finesse. Best part it wasn’t expensive.

Reached at 08:10 for a beard cut and was refused service as they were closing. Official time is till 8:30 on Sunday but the staff was lazy and packing up.

I’ve been to the Phase 6 location about a dozen times, they have impeccable service, the staff are kind and considerate, the space is modern neat and clean. I’ve never had to wait longer then 5 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I would highly recommend!

What's the point of the appointment system if you can't guarantee someone service even after 30 mins. It's not a medical clinic where one understands that it takes time. Don't accept walk-ins if you've given an appointment to a customer. This is happening for the 3rd time now.

It was really good but expensive. Mens hair cut prices starts from rs 2500 then 3000 and then 3500 . Dnt think its value for money . They mostly focused on styling your hair by using hair dryer and gels etc which you wont be able do it by your self at home

What a great service and treatment by Ali Haider at Tony & Guy, DHA 6, Lahore. I had a beard trim and shape, hydro facial, head and shoulder massage, hair wash and blow dry. Throughly enjoyed the experience and I would definitely recommend T&G to all.

Pretty good service , well lit environment and top tier barbers . Although it is a bit on the pricey side of hair salons in Pakistan , the services they provide compensate for it .

Recently I got a chance to visit this salon for my hair treatment & haircut. The guy who did my haircut was good & professional but the two girls who did my hair treatment were so annoying, I would suggest the employer to train their staff to behave more professionaly & don't get personal otherwise the products they had used are of good quality & the standard of cleanliness was fine too.

Really bad experience. I booked a top stylist over call, even moving my preferred time because of availability issues. When I got there and was seated they said top stylists can't do short hair (I was going for a shortish bob which is quite standard). I was not asked about my hair type or length over call. The senior stylist price was a significant difference so I said it's fine I'll leave. While I was waiting for my conveyance they said we'll accommodate you with a senior stylist. The senior stylist said my hair can't be cut because it's too short in the front. No advice was given for alternatives. I had to leave because I didn't feel confident that my hair would be cut in a competent manner. It's a shame because I always had really good experiences at Toni and Guy but the lack of transparency and unavailability of competent stylists really meant I wanted an entire hour for no reason and left without a haircut.

Went for a kids haircut and a blow dry. The place is always very busy but they accommodated us graciously. The guy who did the haircut was polite & competent. He was very patient and took his time. Blow dry was also very good with minimal instructions. I like their service but the ambiance is Zero.

loved the environment of the salon and the staff is so friendly. I got my hair blow dried for an event from Bushra and she was so sweet and listened to my special requests. I even got a second blowdry the same day in the evening for free of charge!

Hey, I went to Toni&Guy I saw it has pretty good reviews online.. I went there and we we wanted to have the senior stylist but werw told this peraon doea equally well who was the stylist Sunny. ! I hqve wqvy hqir and everything was discussed before, the reault iw completely sifferent from whqt was asked for. I could tellhe doesn't even know how to use rqzor for layers. Now what? You ruined my hair life tysm(*>_<*)ﾉ please! I don't want you to ruin some other inoccent girl/boy's hair. please they should know more than this! Come on! You are professionals. Experience was satisfactory. They have lift facility, which is a great convenience. Environments are fully air conditioned & comfortable. They have various packages available, depending upon the nature of work.

Amazing barbershop, better than every other barbershop in the country. Staff was friendly and they even offered drinks (water, tea, coffee, etc...). Ambiance in the barbershop itself was great but the staircase up to it was worn down and smelt off.

Without an appointment, there was a waiting time. The person who dealt with me was not conveying it beforehand what she was going to do next. Overall, it is ok.

I trusted my hair to senior stylist Stephen, requesting a caramel brown balayage and I can not emphasise enough to say that he’s amazing. I told him what I want and he executed it beautifully, while letting me know each and everything during the process. I am very happy with the result and I highly recommend Stephen for your hair.

I went to their Phase 6 DHA branch more than thrice.. Their cuts n services are usually really good but don't go there on a rainy day.. As most of their staff is on leave which badly effects their services

Nice service, great staff and a excellent haircut. That's what I got at this hair saloon. However, I would have liked to see some better implementation of Covid19 SOPs and a less number of people crowding inside during these trying times. All in all, it's a great place to get your hair done.

Make sure you ask specifically for her as she's the best in what she does. For the first time in a long time I've got a decent pedicure service in Lahore. Staff overall is friendly and understanding as well.

I visited this branch quite regularly for my beard trimming n colour and cutting of my kids As far as kids cutting is concerned , they have the workers from basic to high skills trained levels Whereas for beards, they had only 1 guy who was very good in different designs of trimming since he have resigned they don't have expert for beard trimming Overall experience is good.

Not happy at all with the haircut. Cut the hair way too short, the fade is very uneven. Gutted to have spent 3 for 4 times the cost of a hair cut for a botched up job. Never going here again.

Thanks to Stephane and his helper Alishba who was very caring and kind, Stephane has good listening ability to interpret clients' requests. He has an element of creativity and artistic sense, not just this, also the ability to chat with clients in an easy manner.

Overpriced, overhyped and poor quality that's how I would describe Toni and guy. It's a low end hair saloon that has somehow managed to build a repute and is the number 1 choice for new rich. It generally caters to people with limited sense of style but have high spending power. Not recommend at all

Not very spacious and I had to wait around half an hour for my turn even with advance booking. Personally I would recommend their MM Alam branch.

Pathetic, over crowded & too much noisy. Dressers are not trained to follow protocols. Although Tin & guy is a brand but this outlet was reflecting a fish market environment. I tried for 6 times, and never had good experience except Vijay who is a hard worker and knows the job. The hair dye they use is out fashioned and of inferior quality like Revlon with ammonia. Uff Gosh!!??
