Daewoo has good service but their buses have gone old as compared to other bus services. They are using good quality buses for long routes but the quality of buses are very poor for short routes. While other services have same quality buses for each route. This is the only thing that lags in Daewoo bus service. And the fares are relatively high as compared to other services

I am sitting here and it is just fine... My expectations were not met here.. looks like a rented home. The buses they have are old and they are not providing wifi and entertainment (T.V)

The service was below average. In the middle of the trip, the bus did not have proper announcements. The seats were not reclining and the attendant named ayesha was not at all trained how to serve the refreshments. , which irriated me and other passengers. Besides, seats were average and journey was not that smooth as expected. The so called refreshment box was worth 32 rupees. Very dissatisfied.. Because we paid for a gold class ticket

I had an unpleasant experience while travelling with Daewoo Bus Service from this terminal to the Sargodha terminal. Upon arrival at the Faizabad terminal, I was asked to sit on the Peshawar bus, which took me to the 26 No Daewoo terminal. There, I had to wait for over an hour for the Sargodha bus to arrive. Feeling frustrated and impatient, I decided to inquire with the manager about the delay. To my surprise, he responded by saying, "Oh, so you've reached the terminal! We were just waiting for you to come." This indicated that they had no idea that the Peshawar bus had already arrived at the terminal an hour ago. Overall, my experience with Daewoo Bus Service was disappointing. The lack of communication and organization resulted in unnecessary waiting and frustration. I hope that they can improve their services in the future to avoid similar issues for other passengers.

Several times, worst experience. However, tariff is more than any service, pathetic service.! 1. Technical maintenance of buses are pathetic, and in the middle, you will listen that this bus is out of order and other buses will take the passengers (wrost experience) 2, More often, at the bus terminal bus, AC is ok bus as it leaves AC will be out of order and you will feel like sitting in a 50C furnace with no windows to open. There are roof ducts but the bus staff don't allow them to open it. You have to open yourself, otherwise, you will suffocate. See the attached pictures of the bus furnace in the pictures 3, WiFi service is totally unavailable, although too much advertised. Becareful before you go through an ordeal.

The worst buses on GT Road and poor services. Two weeks ago mene Daewoo se safar ki aur Pabbi jungle near Jehlum gari kharab aur passengers suffered too much. Same thing happened today, Gari Faizabad se chali aur phr kuch he daer baad koi problem ai aur gari change krwai. Sorry to see that Daewoo has lowered it's standards even below local services.

Daewoo Express Faizabad terminal is a busy area and terminal of Daewoo bus with partnership. Margalla travels boards can be seen maximum here and some other bus services are also there. Due to its location, it's quite busy place.

One of the main challenges faced by the bus terminal is the shortage of area to accommodate the increasing number of passengers and vehicles. The terminal has a low seating space for passengers who have to wait for long hours for their buses. The car parking is also limited and often congested, causing inconvenience and frustration for the drivers. Moreover, the terminal suffers from sanitation issues, such as lack of proper waste disposal, toilets, and hygiene facilities. These issues affect the comfort, safety, and health of the passengers and staff, as well as the environment and reputation of the terminal.

Daewoo Express is kind of best in it's service but they should upgrade their buses. Better the comfort better the experience. Buses depart on proper time and reach on time as well. Customer support is fine. Booking via app is a real comfort with vast payment options. If the bus is not avialable it shows dropped on the app and let know that the bus is dropped.

Can do better........! Improve the following :- Seating arrangements ! Cafe/tuck shop arrangements & variety/quality of food with their values... Could make arrival/departure announcements in English language as well + make announcements much more clearer & in a good accent ! Washrooms are mostly wet ! Could assign some staff to do the needful on-time round the clock... Most importantly courtesy is very vital & crucial for the ticketing staff...

Very low quality terminal. There is no proper parking space for buses at all. Both the seating arrangement and toilets are horrid. This is a combined bus stop for all the big guns in the Pakistani market. They could definitely arrange money to build a suitable terminal equipped with standard amenities. But since this terminal provides ease of access to various places in Islamabad so it's a better location compared to the the main Rawalpindi Daewoo station.

Daewoo service quality has degraded in last few years but still it is one of the reliable transport service. Safe for families. This terminal has tuck shop, waiting area, ports for charging(if u have it own charger), cargo point. Washrooms r there but not very clean but ok

Good place to take any route of Pakistan but no suitable waiting room. Now Baloch Transport and Warraich transport join this location. All over Pakistan transport available business class

Very poor, rather pathetic situation of the passengers waiting area. No cleanliness was there. No air conditioning was provided to the customers, even the ceiling fans installed there were not enough and were incapable to meet the requirement. Thick clouds of dust are frequently seen, aggravating the suffocation, round the clock. No proper tuck shop was there to meet the boarding passengers need. No proper car stands are available there. Also a lot of other bus services use the single terminal causing a lot of rush and further degrading the customer care. The terminal don't give any resemblance with any other Daewoo bus stations. Though the ticketing staff's behaviour was alright. Information counter was also okay.

After many years I travelled to Karachi by Daewoo bus service, from RWP-KHI travelled in normal bus and on my way back from KHI-RWP travelled in sleeper bus. The service experience is extremely WORST. Daewoo is using their busses heavily for cargo in both directions put logged inside the bus. See the attached picture. Apart from this, there are many irregularities throughout, extreme level of mismanagement "Forcing innocent passengers to change their seats for unjustified reasons, happened in both directions. And many more irritating incidents happened.

They are providing very good services right out there. Their terminal is at main faaizabad with proper management and cleanliness.

Extremely pathetic condition of daewoo buses on route Abbottabad to Rawalpindi Faizabad. It takes them 4 to 5 hours to reach faizabad from Abbottabad because of these old and damaged buses. The buses started leaking in the rain. Worst experience ever.

Faizbad terminal for easy access to other cities and provinces of country from islambad. Most of time seat on coaches is available. A travellers waiting lounge is available. A coffee tuck shop also is inside the terminal. A small praying area is also situated on the premises. Best to book the bus ticket beforehand and arrive on the ticket platform well before the bus departure time to avoid any inconvenience.

Waiting area is very small. From Rashkai to Islamabad interchange it was nice smooth and quiet ride, but once we left motorway driver kept honking and the ride was no longer smooth. A very bad experience. Never expected this from Daewoo.

I took sleeper Bus it was not best experience at all in upper seats you can't even sit on bed you have to lay down. you get a glass of water, sandwich, cheetos, two biscuits packs, Charging ports are also not good (low charging speed)because, you can only connect usb cable, you get TV with nothing in it no nexflix no movies you have to bring your own movies in USB you will be provided with tv, remote and low quality headset per head. Overall it was decent experience but not what it should be in Rs9700...😔 Disappointed

Hello Daewoo team, Business class bus is very old. Engine is very noisy, AC is not working properly. Seats are not comfortable. I asked the ticket counter guy before buying the ticket about the bus and I was told that this is their best bus ☺️ but unfortunately it wasn't. Please upgrade/ replace your buses with he new ones. It was a good initiative by Daewoo by making a terminal at Faizabad; however, facilities are not that much good or may be not maintained. Moreover, ticket buying place is not comfortable. The demeanour of staff must be polished for this corporate firm. A tuck shop should also be made there.

Very good service. It is bit expensive but it runs on time and seats are comfortable. You can book and pay for tickets via the app, but the QR code is not used yet. You must get the printed ticket from their office. Cleaning system is too much poor

Daewoo has been amazing with its management system & the quality journey as well as the good quality buses. It's been wonderful to go with Daewoo as there are no insecurities. The service has gone a bit down, i would say. But overall, it's been superb & the rates of tickets are also up to the mark...!! As far as the bus stand is concerned, it is very good because they have expanded the space just now with a proper parking system as well.

Booked ticket online using jazz cash, got printed ticket from terminal. Bus departures on exact time. Seats were comfortable and clean.

Daewoo is one of my favorite transport services however it still has a lot of room for improvement. The stall should be dressed neatly and they should be more cooperative to the passengers. Overall the place is good but the tuck shop needs to be maintained it has too limited items.

So bad services and buses have I just hate their buses today I am taking the ride from Faizabad terminal to Lahore thokar naiz and when I sit in the bus it stinks a lot I think that the smell comes from outside but after the survival period of 1 hour I realize the smell comes from the carpet and curtains I hate and still cover my mouth about 4 to 5 hours and the smell did not vanish

Very neat & clean setup onto the metro station, but no cleaning for the outside. And the lift is also there but not in working condition, so I have to take a long route to get to the metro station. Overall metro service is really great, but most of the time the buses are full and everyone is hanging with the standing bar.
