May be the doctors are good. But the services and process are hell slow. Pathetic.

Great service for eye health. Totally affordable. A blessing for this part of Karachi where most people are from middle class people and work very hard to earn their living.

The doctors were okay. Management needs to be improved. I advise to select your doctor before visiting the hospital. For serious eye diseases choose a doctor who is a surgeon too. While for normal eye checkup which should be done every 3 months, you can visit the hospital any time.

27th December 2021, Monday, first working day of the week. But wait , the staff is perhaps celebrating Christmas ? Or wait again, it is a hospital right ? but no, yes, no one picks up the phone. 2 weeks ago, the MISS UNIVERSE receptionist REFUSED to say ONE COMPLETE SENTENCE to me only BABLING "5PM se PEHLE AAYEN US K BAAD BAND" . Yes I visited the WORSTility like 2 weeks ago in person with my old mother and this was the treatment. Today only a person telling his name as Dr. Asad regularly picked the phone only to tell that YES the staff is less today blah blah, Hashmani, you are OFF THE LIST

I've visited the hospital twice. First time (probably 3 month ago) i went there for a eye check-up, experience was pretty well. But recently I had a visit for an eye operation, and the experience was worse. Staff is very ill-mannered and they literally don't know how to talk politely. Not only their staff but their doctors are very inexperienced, they have handed my father to some junior doctors so that they could have a experiment or practical.

The branch manager of hashmani is really good. Overall hospital services and the polite behaviour of branch manager is really amazing. I hope that I will see more continuous improvement in services for patients.

Timings mentioned on Web are till 7pm but when I reached there they said its 6pm ...when I showed them the Timings on net they had no answer and the staff sitting there started laughing as I turned. It was for the first time I went here bit will surely not go again as the environment there doesn't seem worth

It is a branch of well-known Hashmani hospitals chain.Doctars are highly qualified and the environment is also good. Less expensive than other branches. Welfare officer also available for needys.

Very bad experience with Dr Eram saeed today wasting time of patient. Please fix her tea time and mantion at the door. Illmanners and revanging personality. Refuses patient if ask any question.

such an arrogant dr zunaira abdul qayyum & the little lady sitting in room # 6...forces patients to operate both eyes...if you want to go for treatment of 1 eye only then they rejected your case... totally disappointed... not recommended... money makers
