Scammers. Stay away from this fake review getting fraudulent company. They take your money and give you the worst traveling experience of your life. Look at all the 5 star reviews from fake accounts

Had a poor Dubai trip with this company. Here are our experiences! First they told us that we can book tickets by ourselves but when booking time came they force us to book from them and charged PKR17000 extra per ticket. We have no other option as we had already paid the advances. When we asked about extra charges first they said it's taxes. When asked what taxes they later changed their statement and said it's our service fee to book tickets. PKR 51000 for 3 tickets as booking fee is a ripoff. When we reached Dubai, they did not book our tour to the promised destination. Also, they booked a dhow cruise trip and that's the only dinner they paid by them. And guess what they book the most cheap available option for dhow cruise. A 5* Luxury trip was booked and when it comes to book a dhow cruise dinner they book the most cheap available option. Pathetic! We booked a 5 days tour. Although it had 4 nights stay but not the 5th day because they saved their money by getting a 96 hours VISA. We have covered most of the destinations by ourself. Had it been with their trip we would not have even seen 5% of Dubai. If someone is paying you to arrange they want to make sure that the important destinations are covered but they failed to do so. Consider 1-star for the only good thing you had and that is the communication made by Miss Tooba. She was able to understand the concerns and tried to address them but unfortunately, she didn't have the decision making power.

Stay away from these people they have a lot of fake reviews. I made the mistake of trusting them for my honeymoon trip to maldives. they will try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can. I got the maldives honeymoon package that they offer and they showed me all the good hotels that they will book. i specifically told them i want a beach view room and they said (aap fikar nahi karen). Just 18hrs before the flight they told me what hotel they had booked. we tried to get it changed from them and asked for a refund but they refused and the guy who was dealing with us(Zeeshan Ahmed) stopped replying. the said hotel was the cheapest hotel on the whole island and it was the furthest from the beach and closest to the prison. they did this to make as much profit as possible(more than 50% of the package was their profit). the hotel was completely empty when we arrived. no one else was staying there. we had to walk in the scorching sun, 1km to and from the hotel every time we had to eat or go somewhere. they didn't even have a buffet breakfast.

NO REFUND PROVIDED NO INSURANCE PROVIDED for the services they agreed it's been 14 days for asking for refund they are not providing any reply..... Please be safe and DO NOT TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THEM AGAIN! ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKEEEEEEE DO NOT TRUST THEM ANY MORE...... I will take legal action on them

Ive been scammed by primio travel and tours Premio Travel & Tours.Premio Travel & Tours I applied for a 3 person visa for thailand on their agency and paid 30,000 to them in advance. First they miscommunicated regarding the requirements and said that the visas can be sponsored by any blood relative. Later they said it cannot be sponsored and the sponsor need to apply for visa too (the sponsor is not even going so why does she need to apply) so we will refund you the amount and you can re apply on self behalf or get a sponsor to go with you. Now we are waiting for the refund for almost a week and the agent has quit the job theyre saying and no one is there to respond. My agent name was rohma whose number is now changed to some girl named ayesha khan. They are not picking our calls or answering to our queries. If the agent left we should have been transferred to another agent. Please let me know what can i do in this regard as we only cancelled visa because there was a miscommunication from their side and I need the refund to apply again. What action can I take to get the money back?

Very bad experience with this company. My Spain visit visa was denied because purpose of entry was not cleared. Also my visa application had lots of mistakes and documents not told clearly even I asked 1000 time to Miss Firza. I provide them letter and fees before they asked. But they are failed And this is company's job to make everything clear. For God's sake don't trust them. Its tottaly wastage of money. They are not professionals

They are totally fraud people. I and my friends took quarantine package from them. They charged each person 160000 rupees from us. Due to COVID-19 situation Bahrain stopped flight from Pakistan. When we demand our money back they return to us only 95000 and they cut 65000 amount from each and every person. They charged for Bahrain quarantine visa fees from us 40000 RS on the other hand other Travel agencies was charging only 20000 RS for Bahrain processing visa fees. My suggestion is don't go Premio Travel they know how to do fraud with innocent people.

Very bad experience. They had a pathetic service, no professionalism, talks very good before the payment, lost our documents. We were two candidates but still not a positive response received. First aligned staff left the company without any intimation and then not any intimation to us as well. We (me and my sister) truly wasted our money. It's a humble request to all not to give them the amount and take service. You will damnly regret!!

I should share my experience with everyone and it wasn't the good one most pathetic rude and worthless people I had met at any job interview 2 years back then the person who had taken my interview was from IBA and I was from KU so he started comparing IBA and KU during the interview and used bad words for KU teachers as well thank god I had immediately left the the place after seeing his rude and disrespectful behavior.
