Roads are wide as in DHA, has 2 blocks approved from LDA, rest are in process. Overall it has all the basic facilities like school, grocery store, clinic and parks. Society has its own security which is very good as i was visiting its last block closer to Ravi River and they were present even their at the end.

Currently residing in park view and its being a wonderful experience. I think it's peaceful compare to other nearby societies.

very poor management they cost us 27/rs per unit and 2500/ per month for water. extra charges for other things monthly also do not provide sue gas living here for 6 years when try to raise the issue they called their armed people to beat the people suggest people to not buy plot here.lots of lots loadshading here than the other areas of lahore

Not a good place to live. Power is too expensive here plus no phone reception in Platinum Block and no good Internet Service Provider. There is a local 3rd class ISP is sitting there and they do not let PTCL come through. No gas. Just not an over good place.

Park view City is one of the most beautiful housing societies in Lahore. Its landscaping is very attractive, street lights and fountains add value to its beauty.

Great society. Newer blocks are approved from RUDA. Front/Older blocks are LDA approved. For newer blocks the electricity is society owned. The units are priced above 50. The extension blocks are developing fast. Overall great.

Good community to live. Thousands of families are already living there. Excellent location and development. High cost of living such as utilities (electricity, gas, etc) is one major factor for families to consider this community.

well maintained society

When you enter it, you're reminded of Wapda Town (entrance) and then of Bahria Town (commercial area). So far, I've not seen any character of this housing society. Or any memorable characteristic. It looks like amalgamation of everything that's come before it. And everything that will come after it. There are some houses being built. Some blocks are being developed faster than others. It may take 5 years before it can be 50% inhabited. Another society developed on agricultural land and houses of poor people who've been displaced by the greed of the urban people 😢

They are not installing electricity Transformers to step-up the voltage problem especially is Summers in Jade Extension. A/Cs dont work in Summers here. Poor management. We have wrote to them many times. Personally visited Mr. Boota (their electric expert) but no response since last 2 summer seasons. Electricity voltage problem is a big problem here and due to that electrical appliances always at risk. No gas, No Lesco yet while the block is 75% full of residents. Water problem is not here. Water and sewage are very good. Better than Bahria and DHA. They must follow the steps of DHA and Bahria Town to provide basic facilities at earliest.

Good society, well maintained, well structured and good security. Difficult driving route due to heavy traffic, on Multan road.

Excellent location but loads of works needs to be done for the development and save the billions invested by common person to high profit taking investors. Once the second and third gate gets operational prices will increase giving good return.

Best Housing Society In Lahore. Only 3 km from Thokar Niaz Baig. Security And Maintenance Is Really Good. Now They Are Launching Golf Enclave , Affordable And Beautiful.

It's a good society but there is no gas available in mostly areas

Fraud scheme, no land acquired for around 2500 buyers who have paid billions to the society during last 7 years. Now society is selling again without having any acquired land. Unstoppable due to Political support of ruling party.

Off course I love my society ! Also I recommend living here but in first 3 blocks (Topaz, Sphire and Jade) Rose block is getting much populated but has no sui gas yet. This society will become awesome one day. Already much expansive these days !

It is located on main militant road just opposite EME society. Park view is a Good worthy living place. All facilities are available except suitable gas in some blocks. Approach is easy.

This society is one of the most spacious and quiet housing societies in Lahore. Roads are wide even service roads have two lanes with a divider. The main office was a very attractive building once with nice looking garden on the front but recent expansion of the road has left it on the brink of main road with very little beauty and non existent green belt. The system here is pretty organised and the staff is very friendly.
