I have tried this brand many times throughout their branches like Islamabad and this one in Karachi. This is located inside the Lucky One Mall at ground floor. It's a place for a peaceful discussion with a cup of tea. They have variety if teas available. I like their doodh Patti the most. They have a range of coffees, black teas and green teas available. The price is 3,4 times higher than a normal tea spot.

Good Experience at Chaaye khana Luckyone. Good service and good taste. A bit expensive for me. But I do recommend it, check it out tea lovers especially. Huge variety of teas available

Recently visited Chaaye Khana for their Ramadan buffet. The buffet price was high, but unfortunately, the food wasn't up to the mark. However, the dessert options were impressive and delicious. On a positive note, the place was cozy and provided a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Overall, it's worth a visit for the ambiance and dessert options, but it's better to skip the buffet and order a la carte.

Delicious food but the service is little slow. Presentation is pretty good and food is served fresh and hot.

Chaye Khaana has been living upto our expectations here in Karachi ever since I had been enjoying this chain when it first opened up in Islamabad. Excellent ambiance, food, service, everything with somewhat reasonable rates when compared to other restaurants offering the same kind of experience. I wish I could rate it 5 stars here but the Quesadillas in our order were extremely bad in taste and quality, with just chunks of cheese and very slightly marinated chicken. Ordered Smoky BBQ Burger, Tarragon Chicken and Moroccan Chicken and they were amazing. Chai (Doodh Patti) was extremely good too. But my only complaint is I ordered Quesadillas to try something different (as I am a huge burger fanatic) and they really disappointed as I expected more from the label “Chef’s Special” on the menu next to Quesadillas.

Nice and calm place to sit, relax and have food. This come at a pleasant surprise from the hustle bustle of lucky one. A nice and cozy place. Prices are a bit on higher side.

On the ground level of the Lucky One Mall, this is the ideal spot to have a refreshment. Enjoyed the best tea, Puries, and distinct types of Patathas. They cooked the food to the highest hygiene standards and had an exceptional taste, which made the overall experience the best I've ever had. I frequently like to visit this place once I return to Pakistan.

Excellent place with great ambiance. Had there homemade nachos which were awesome. Also there piña colada was perfect as it should be. Staff is also very professional and helpful. Highly recommended place for chilling with family or friends.

Wow ! Went for breakfast to Chaaye Khaana in Luckyone Mall. It was absolutely worth it . Reasonable menu. Great Ambiane.

I recently went for cup of milk tea and kashmir chai. Although environment and sitting was fine. Just because we had only tea one of the server said us to get up as soon as possible and when I asked why he said the place is reserved. If it is reserved why the other server placed us there and there was no reservation board. However teas were just ok nothing special as such.

The place is absolutely delight ambiance and customer service wise. Food was little below average today, may be due to rush hour.

Fish and french toast are a must. Ambiance wise the place is perfect.

A memorable Sehri!! Can never forget

So the cheese cake was a disappointment! The vanilla flavor was so overpowering that it tasted almost like vanilla ice cream. Not worth Rs.600. The doodh patti was not bad, but very over priced. I had to go to get my order from their booth, the guy was just sitting there with my order instead of bringing it to our table. And why are you guys not accepting card at the luckyone food street area?

Peaceful ambiance and good food. Serving size needs to be better especially for beverages. The french toast needs more flavor.

Great ambiance.... The food is good ... Service is also good.... I tried their beef burger, fire crispo along with a cheese cake slice all r good and recommend... But what is present in their name i.e. chai... Man if u go there ... Don't u miss it... For chai lovers it's haven... The Chai collection is splendid.... Tried doodh pati and loved it.... Went for breakfast, found them serving only a brunch buffet. Nevertheless, still tried that. They had a smaller variety of breakfast and lunch items than would be in their menu. Some highlights were the delicious mini pancakes, foiled seekh kebab, creamy, spicy terragon chicken though it was a little dry, and good tea and coffee. The pepper prawns (gravy) with rice was just okay but barely had prawns. The penne pasta was fine, if a little clumpy with a thick white sauce. The fries were oily and soggy, the live egg station had only three options (whereas their menu listed several) but tried the cheese omelette - it was tasteless, no salt, no spice. Some other dishes were beef nihari, qeema, aloo kachori, puri, bbq chicken, and a fruit punch and lassi in drinks. The dessert bar had some saving grace. The red velvet, coffee moose and chocolate cake were particular standouts.

Place is just awesome. Loved the interior and all the setup. Food was good and tasty. Service was amazing. Great ambiance. A place where you could literally just come in and spend some quality time. A must recommended place from me. Getting 5 stars!!

Ambiance is good. But it's way too expensive. We went there for the tea. Each doodh patti costed us PKR 311 (including tax). Maybe it's normal for some people, but not for the majority I believe. Tea was good but not that good which justifies prices.

A very sound and relaxing place to spend time while being in hectic luckyone mall. Well maintained with a number of varieties in food.

Terrible terrible service as well as tasteless club sandwich. Usually I would say it’s one of the worst cafes I’ve been to , but this has got to be the worst cafe I’ve been to. So when we went inside I asked about the discount on HBL card he said yes there is a discount. Then after eating I was like chaloo let’s order some desert. So I opened my vouch and that also had a discount. So I asked him do you accept vouch. He then said yes. So I was then let’s just order 2 deserts cause I’m getting one for free. But when the bill came he came to redeem the voucher so I got it redeemed. After redeeming the voucher I gave him my HBL card so he said you can only use one. And I was like you can split the bill like I’ve seen in other cafes such as espresso. He’s like we can’t and I was like I asked you that before he’s like well you can do one which one do you want to get done. So that wasted my voucher and an extra French toast that I just ordered from vouch. I just have one thing for cafe if you can’t give discounts don’t offer them in the first place.

A very nice dine-in place with soothing ambiance. Loved the lights. The total Bill was around 6.5K for 4 persons. Must say everything was perfect and scrumptious. A Perfect place for meetups. Highly Recommended.

Nice Low-Fi place isolated from the all the noise of the city. Loved the ambiance and seating arrangements. Burger and fries were on point too. Definitely coming back 👍🏻
