I'll write a very short and to the point message. If you don't want to be humiliated, never book a ticket with Bookkaru. If your bus time drops, be prepared for endless refund calls and messages. You'll have to call every time and explain your case again. When you tell their customer service that your refund case is pending, they'll respond to you with "which refund"? Be prepared for all of this. Waqae pakistan main kisi se apna khud ka paisa nikalwana bohat mushkil kam hai!

I ran into a 2 hour delay because of a lapse at bookkaru's end. A cancelled bus was not updated at the bus station due to which some 20 people had to be re adjusted. To make matters worse it was Faisal movers bahawalpur, which already is famous for poor management. My request to the upper management is to have a robust system installed to keep people updated if a bus is dropped or delayed.

These days, the payment process of the app is worse. I will not recommend booking through this application.

Had a very bad experience. I recently booked a ticket worth Rs. 7800. But the scheduled bus was cancelled & they said we don't entertain refunds but when I insisted they refunded the amount to my in-app wallet. I just checked my wallet today, and my whole account history is GONE, deleted, including the money in my wallet, there's no trace of it, what a shame. I repeatedly reached out to customer support for a refund but they either don't respond or they ask you to wait. Fake App

I have been trying to call their Customer Support, I booked ticket with FM from BOOKKARU app and made payment through JAZZCASH. My payment was successful I received message from JAZZCASH but My ticket status remained UNPAID in the App. I contacted Faisal Movers and they said my seat is not booked with them and should contact BOOKKARU, BOOKKARU is a fraudster company, not attending calls and looting people money. I dont know but a bunch of inexperienced people are running this company/app. I have been facing lot of issues recently with travel via this app. I booked a ticket for Karachi from Lahore and the departure time was 19:00 so I reached abdullah terminal at 18:20 because previously I already have been faced some issues so I made sure to reach there quite well before departure. When I took ticket from counter departure time 19:30 was written on it. The staff was saying that bus will depart from city terminal at 19 and from here at 19:30 but it was not mentioned at any corner when I was booking ticket online. I wasted my 1 hour there just sitting and waiting for the mighty bus to come. I also faced issue when I was travelling from Rawalpindi to Lahore where the bus depart from terminal near to raja travels but they have mentioned al makkah terminal there. Soooo many technical issues are there. If you are not going to correct I call app people to go for alternatives and bycott this app

One of the worst experience with bookkaru app. 1- Timing doesn't not match. 2-There were no bus leaving on the booked time. 3-They return the amount in the app Wallet and to force me to use Faisal mover again with this credit. "who does that?" 4-Arrival time is also not correct. Not Recommended

This is worst app I've ever used. Don't recommend those that need BUS tour. Anyone who are VEELA or have nothing to do can use this because this is the best App for them

Extremely terrible experience. Have no option for refund or transfer of the ticket. I purchased a faisal movers ticket and due to personal reasons I wanted to change my bus timing. But the customer care representative did not answer for more than 20 minutes after I tried calling a few time they answered and said that the ticket is neither refundable nor transferrable. And we at the customer care are here only to notify and guide u that if u can't travel at ur booked time your ticket is wasted.

Worst experience! I used this app twice before for traveling via faisal movers and had no issue. However once I booked the ticket from Bahawalpur to Lahore. But when I reached the terminal, the faisal movers's staff told me that my ticket isn't showing on their system. They said me its not their concern and I have to call Bookkaru. Alas they didn't attend my call, I send my invoice to them on WhatsApp and they didn't see it. Next morning they picked up the call telling me that I would get refund but no refund yet. THIS IS ALL SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND BRAIN ENERGY!!!

I've tried to use this app a number of times to book various kinds of tickets including bus and movie tickets, failed each time. They need to work on there app both with banks and the vendors.

Book karu is a good platform for online bookings but travel companies not cooperative with us many time companies adjust our seats 😢

App needs improvement. Few days back while reserving a seat, I chose the payment option but app got stuck midway. I closed the app and wanted to proceed, but no option was there to proceed. “Payment is pending “ was showing but I couldn’t pay for that reserved seat and had to chose another one.

Good opportunity to get online intercity transport service , offer discounted fares but a little difficult interface not user friendly app and website to operate especially the payment aspects. Needs to be further improved.

Very cheep services provided by Faisal Movers if any passenger having reservation by Bookkaru. 2,2 hours delay in departure by committed time and even arrive 2 hours late.

Long wait for phone attend.Non cooperative staff. Every time they listen issue and then say to communicate in wtsapp, and in evening they say their manager will come in morning and he/she will solve the issue.

I have used three times this app. First experience was very worst in which ticket was Bahawalpur to Lahore at 12:10 am. But in terminal they asked your ticket is not showing in our system and we were 22 passenger and then they managed and arranged buss after 2 hours tention. Then again I used this app and confirmed ticket from Multan to Sialkot before four day's departure. But when I reached from Ahmad Pur east to Multan terminal I don't receied the ticket. When I called to bookkaru complain center they simply say sorry. Aglaa bandaa warr gyaa ink lye simple sorry. I strongly condemned it's use.

Worst service, they cancelled the bus and asked me to claim refund. When I did they cut the 10% of the amount. When I tried to transfer amount from the wallet to my account, the transaction occured but I didn't receive the amount. Since then I have been calling them and they tell me that transaction is pending in the system. First they told me that it will take 30 days, now they are telling me it will take 45 days....! And the excuses go on.
