Bata shoes store Mall is one of the oldest shop of bata. Having wide range of variety. Bata Mall Branch also sell their other brand local and imported. Shoes quality and prices are reasonable. They are providing best school shoes in the Market with comfort.

Bata shoes are good, but my recent experience is not good. I purchased power sports shoes price 2200. After using of only 5 days it become useless. I then claim to replace or refund as per policy. They accept my claim and return the shoes to the company. After 14 working days I visited the shop and select new one with price more than previous one. But they don't give me any recept this time, which means that they claims once.

Bata Mall Road is excellent outlet with the biggest allseason collection. Ambience and the staff cooperation is also very good. Parking is insufficient and corridor is conjusted with street sellers.

Stuff is okay but their customer service has gone down considerably.

It's very delighting occusion when we visit Bata Mall Road outlet because it reminds us our childhood. Gents, children, and ladies shoes, slippers, long boots, joggers, safety ahoes, etc are all available under one roof. Though their designs don't excel the private shoes sellers, still their products are durable, reliable, and comparatively cheaper than the private companies products. Their staff is also professional and Bata company cares about their old employees.

nice bata flagship outlet, has plenty of designs and articles which are not available at other bata outlets. very well organized, nice display and interior decoration. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. One will have very nice shopping experience here.

They keep updating their prices; overnight, at times. I wanted to buy Turkish-styled patent leather shoes. Each time I visited the place, I found out new higher prices. Finally, I quit the idea of buying one.
