Way overpriced place (cheapest room was 300e), super poor massage quality (240e for 2 people 2,5 hours - wanted to stand up and leave!), parking 20 euros without notice in advance (this killed upon checkout). Breakfast - very good! Room - expect more for 300e. Hotel design with sloping floors - super! Overall, this place should be liked by snobby visitors, but not normal people who love quality / price ratio. Will not come back and would not recommend to others. Just not worth it!

🤩🤗Gorgeous breakfast buffet! Super variation of salt, sweet,fresh, baked, cooked etc. Room was general clean and bright. PARKING!!! Seriously! Please create lines in the ground (fx with the tiles or paint). There could be room for at least 2 other cars in front the the Palange Design hotel, and at least 4 in front on the Palanga Luxury hotel if the guest were guided by lines! 🤷🤦Sad first impression. (-1 star in our rating) ROOM 303. 🤔Though there was quite dusty in the minibar cabinet and floor panels. The entrance lamp was broken. 👍 The furnitures were nice and spacious. Comfortable pillows and upscaled bathroom. 👍 Super enjoyable were the fact that drains were well functional, no smells, bathwater quickly heated within a few seconds, and it stayed level in the heat!! (Very few hotels has been able to live up the those details - even other 5stars hotel) The air-conditioning worked without much complain. 🤗 Nice size balcony to the room as well❣️ 😓 In front of the bed were a black long futon -- bad colour choice, bc at night/morning when you don't want to wake up your partner by turning on the light, you cannot see it and bang into it. So we got some slight swollen areas and blue marks for smashing the feet or legs into it.😓 👍 Super information catalogue, although it was missing a pricelist over the minibar, which makes us not even consider eating from it. Lovely two small bottle is welcome mineral water, yet a sign writing that the water and tea is a free treat, would be great to make the guests go "wow that is for us!". 🤗 (Room issues/missing info equals it benefits in the rating) 🤩The SPA department was fabulous in the size and variation! Roman bath (cooled water), Ice fountain (with crushed ice cubes to scrub your body), 3*sauna (40, ~60, ~80 degrees warm w. Dif. Low Humidity levels), steam room (45 degrees/70-90% humidity), indoor+outdoor warm jacuzzi (Design hotel), 1*indoor (Design hotel) /2*outdoor pools (luxury hotel) - tempered water. The outdoor loghouse had a sauna with them leafy beaches for soft whipping your body to increase blood cirkulation and it gives a nice smell, and towel for twirling the aircirculation after putting a spoon of water on the wood burning oven. 👍🤩 😓BUT the entrance/shower room for that log-house smelled horrible of pee and old wet wood! So first impression made us want to leave.😓 🤷Hamam (room with a table, but no instructions on how to use that, if it is functioning etc.- So drags down your experience a little, of the department). 😓 Woman's toilet were clogged and the flushing not fully functional - so I had to unclog it bc i could not find the staff. Plus the floor were quite soggy (in both changing room and SPA department general) and could use more frequently wipe of. 3 our of 4 lamps in the "inside jacuzzi" shower were broken. 🤷 People leaving their used towels everywhere so the place messy. So all evening it was messy to look at. Sad impact in the impression. Please place two towel buckets in the inside pool room, between the seating, to encourage clients to declutter. 👍Outside jacuzzi were nice and fully functional. 🤷 The furnitures would benefit from being covered at night/during rain and cleaned from fallen leaves and dirt daily. It was so dirty and wet, that we did not wanna use the furnitures except the wooden bench. (Spa department problems -1 star 🌟) --- 🤩Sweet bar staff came to check up on the outside clients and offered snacks/drinks. 🤩 The hotel lobby is great! Spacious, clean, interesting design, versatile furnitures and loafy couches to chill in. Interesting mixture of deign and natural materials (stone, marble, granite, leather, metal) 👍 Nice touch is also the mini library for kids and adults. 👍 The common areas were wonderfully clean! Plus the elevator wee fast, soundless, and running smoothly. We quite digged the design of choosing your floor, outside the elevator! - time saving, easy, and seems to coordinate better then standard installation with buttons inside.🤩

First of all we had problems with their booking system online. I booked two rooms apartment in design building for 3px, but the system automatically booked cottage in the separated building without any notifications! As i needed spa access with a baby i had to pay 100e per night extra, if i wanted to stay in a room i booked, because system booked different one. Moreover DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS ON THEIR SPA! i bought face cream which price was 1100 euro plus 4 more creams tonics and losions, at the end i paid 2000euros. The hotel is presented as the main distributor of MENARD cosmetics, i really wanted to read more reviews about the cosmetic line i bought! So At the website (i will remind you, the same website which palanga spa is presented as main distributor) prices for the face ceeam is 945 euro. And they also say that if you buy this vream they gonna give you washed for free, but they didnt. They chared me 125e more for the product i had to get as a present. One more thing, i also bought 4 products and at the same website, they say if you buy at least 3 you have to get travel kit and eyw cream for free. I got only travel kit. So to sum up everything, they charged me 500e more for cosmetics which i should get for free and the price at the hotel is around 15-20% higher compred to Their official website. And the last thing: during our check out i was asked To pay for the dog, mini bar and some room service. Lady told me 210,60e. I paid she took the money and didnt give any paper, just took money and went to their room. So i asked to print my invoice. She didnt give me CHECK!!! She just printed detailed paper with things i had to pay for. And guess what, i open the paper and it Was 110,60e! So they just took 100e for nothing, without check and witout any paper! So if i wouldnt ask to show me what i am paying for i would just give 100e for nothing!!! Still no official document for payment! Something good about hotel: - spa is very nice and ladies who work there as well. - breakfast is really good as well. It was my 8th or 10th time at this hotel, and i believe the last. But as they have fully booked rooms (no competition around) they just simple dont respect their customers.

We loved their indoor and outdoor pools the room was great and the breakfast is superb. The staff is very professional. Our loved it here!

Very nice place, wonderfull spa. 5 star service, very friendly and polite staff. We enjoyed wooden bath house and rituals. Spa and massages - not too expensive and really good. Posh and very tasty breakfast. Very nice relaxing experience!

Great place, very nice rooms, quiet, excellent location, delicious food in the restaurant, parking availability. I think it's the best hotel in Palanga and I really enjoyed staying there (not for the first and not for the lat time).
