- [ ] This is one of the worst hotels to stay in and around OMR - [ ] Booked this based on the reviews in booking.com and go ibibo. Now i am wondering how genuine these reviews were! - [ ] We were welcomed by flying cockroaches at the entrance - [ ] Staffs were not at all friendly. - [ ] They have an age old lift that can accommodate max 4 people and moves at the speed of turtle - [ ] Rooms do not have good views except for the ones with balcony - [ ] Bathrooms were pathetic ( Pics) - [ ] The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Its at a prime location in OMR, next to WTC. - [ ] Geyser was not working and had to request them to turn it on every time - [ ] They don’t have parking facility and you will have to struggle big time to park outside as it’s located at a busy area. - [ ] You get far better ones at this price

Went there for dinner. The ambience was good. Ordered french fries, mango shake, chappathi's and mushroom masala. The mango shake was good and chappathi's were very soft. The mushroom masala was spicy and good. Peeped inside the kitchen, it was conjusted and could be slightly cleaner. The rate was okay. You can also park your vehicle in the service lane.

We have been staying here for past 3 days. They have provided the breakfast with homely taste.day1 dosai, day2 idly,day3 puri taste is good. Maintaining the rooms very good. Only negative point here is they won't allow guests into the room , my friend has waited for almost half an hour to pickup us on the road.

We had a great experiance in hotel i way residency...everything is near fir emergency like pharmacy ... Even restaurants... Only restroom should be bit more clean...but anyways it was good

The restaurant here was too good. All the starters, main dishes was so tasty. The waiters were so courteous. Affordable prices too, enjoyed it all. I am sad it got shut down now. Hope you bring it back!!

The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast.

One of the long lasting hotel and restaurant in this area. Others who had started in this area have closed, there maybe different reasons for that. But why Iway stays is because of their dishes and their quality in it. The combos are very good and in a good price range. The grill chicken is excellent.

For the price paid it pretty worth it! Location 5/5 for the reason I chose, service are also on point by the staff. Room was neat but not much space to walk around but comfortable bed, pillow can be changed though it was big and kinda uncomfortable to sleep on. Restroom is neat but the lacked facilities like shower was broken and the bath tap system was right next to the western closet. So kinda awkward when bathing. Restroom needs renovation, the facilities are worn out. Hand flush was leaky. They’ve bigger rooms for a higher price. The one I stayed in was deluxe for 1,750 per night with breakfast (2 dosa) in the morning. There is a juice and a tea shop within the building, so beverages are not a problem. Lots of restaurants option on zomato within 30 mins delivery window. Overall for the price I paid I’m almost satisfied but not fully. Not complaining. Could have been better!

Very congested Entrance ,People are Smoking in front of the Gate!, We hat go too get the room, the entrance was so dirty,You got your self confused Whether to take it here in the room or not Not Perfect place to stay with family.

Washroom not clean. No hot water at night. Shower was not working. Room service very okay.

Room was okayish. Geyser worked and it was life saver. The location is very near to bus stop and has lot of shops around it.

Deluxe room provided to me was small and costly as well. Wi-Fi was available and also it was fast. Located right next to world trade centre.

The room was super clean and super comfortable to stay, right at the center of the city. The receptionist and the workers are very friendly and we'll behaved. They can speak both Hindi and English which makes it easier to communicate. Thank you for the service. Kudos.

The restaurant is actually not so crowded, we could find malayalis in the restaurant actually compared to other bigger restaurants in this they serve quicker than expected, the food taste is good and ambiance is neat and tidy. They provide a good service with good welcoming environment. For was good in taste and their food servings was also so good.
