Located right on the main road. Easy to spot. Parking available for 4-5 vehicles. Seating available for 30 people. Service and quality are typical Starbucks fare.

Had a great Chocolate Cappuccino, the service was good and polite but still missing something Not sure but I didn't get the Starbucks vibes. Had a great view by the roadside yet missed something.

Neat, clean and well maintained place to hang out. Restroom was clean. If u get in there in the late evenings then u will end up in my having very few snack options. Ambience was quiet and soothing. Apart from the caffeine beverage you get variety of no caffeine drinks too. A bit costly but you get to enjoy every sip of your drink. Variety of coffee blends available to choose for yourself. So that you can enjoy your own coffee at home. Spacious car parking is there. Follows all covid 19 protocol strictly. The barista pride drink is a must try. You will enjoy that and thank your barista for sure. Over all a very good experience for me. I am now in love with Starbucks..

Decided to work from Starbucks for the day. Well maintained and well lit place. Has car parking. Washroom was neat and cleaned every now and then.

This is one of the well maintained Starbucks I have ever been to. The services rendered by all the Partners were exemplary especially Mr Moovaran who explained each and every drink and food patiently and also guided me with my new Starbucks card program with ease. One of the highly recommended Starbucks.

This is an amazing Starbucks especially if you want to find a place to work in peace. I was in Chennai in this area for three days and was using this Starbucks for my work regularly. Its quite, nice, comfy. The service provided is amazing, I used to get my water refilled, I could bill for my full day just before leaving. A great place to work.

Great new location on ECR Palavakkam ,very clean and quiet place to chill and to get your work done , ordered hot chocolate and chocolate chip frappacuino both tasted good

This Starbucks store is located right on the ECR, with a limited parking space.... They open quite early in the morning and is a nice place to grab a quick coffee - only drawback being that they have less food options when they open out early in the morning... However, there is ample seating space and the staff is polite and helpful! The coffee and food is nice & you can just go work or chill from this place...

Online orders experience is horrible. They don't have my order details and need to show it in my mobile. Even if I order after reaching there the menu items are not up-to-date. I don't know why you allow it to order online. Frustrating experience.

Loved the ambience! Different seating arrangements to suit everyone's preference. Enjoyed my time there with vanilla cream cold brew!

While almost everything is good here, I would recommend their cold coffee and double chocolate chip cookie - the only thing is ask them if the cookie is still crispy is you visit late in the evening.

The staff follow Covid protocol and the veg items are maintained separately. Restrooms are clean as well...as with every Starbucks..great ambiance...👍

Must try the pumpkin spiced latte. It is back and man it is the best thing I have ever tasted. Try the specials but do not try the usuals like cappucino or or the latte

Nice ambience, hot chocolate and spinach roll were ok...double chocolate cookie was bad ( there's no richness just way too much sugar )....the white pistachio cookie tasted wierd and had to return it.... overall ok experience ...will go again :)
