Very bad experience. I got brand new Defective car from them. It has list of serious issues, never mind. Plus delivery was awful, Car wasn't clean, failed to fill basic fuel in it and the car stopped within a kilometre in the middle of the road during peak hours without fuel. Only sales person Mr.Naveen's response was good. He helped to purchase car smoothly. Thank you.

We booked Triber in this showroom. Their explanations about the cars and the facilities were clear and the customer service was really good during our enquiry. The booking and the delivery process of our vehicle was quiet smooth. Mr. Rahman, Sales Consultant was so kind and he was patiently clearing our doubts.

Their follow up is very bad even before we purchase car. Think how they would treat if we purchase something. They didn't arranged for the specific test drive vehicle I was looking for. Think before twice before going for kiger with mud and AC issue. There's no solution from company side untill today. It's not a joke that you end up with sub standard product after paying more than 8 lakhs

Overall experience was Good.. service person Hariharan responded and attended us well.. and patiently answered all my questions... whether I buy a car from them or not.. thats different .. but as a customer I felt .. they have value their customer.

I brought a car on last month from renault OMR. They have delivered the car on date but thy are delaying to provide me fast tag, accessories(gel freshener they will not give so don't expect the same) so and so. I have been waiting for so many weeks. They are telling different different reason, fast tag team is worst.

This showroom is in the midst of a cluster of car showrooms on the OMR stretch. Very close to the other ones such as Hyundai, Suzuki, Nexa, Skôda, MG, & Tata. Nice hospitality by the staff at the showroom. They explain the car variants clearly & politely. Also gave us the pamphlets for reference.

Pros: Nicely maintained. Some people explain to you all the offers and related queries very nicely. Test rides are available. It's located it a very good location beside many other car showrooms. Good for people who want to compare. Cons: Currently not many variants are displayed. Not all are professional enough.
