We went to Palestrina (RM) to Marè, the first Japanese restaurant in the area! Cozy place, with warm and comfortable tones; the menu offering is really wide, from traditional Japanese dishes to the most refined combinations. Absolutely not to be missed are the BAO SHRIMPS (bun with tempura prawn, avocado, marè sauce and teriyaki) and the SICILIA ROLL (avocado, tuna, with Sicilian red prawn top and spicy sauce): really tasty. For a few years we have been frequenting this place or often taking sushi to take away, but I must say that for about 1 year they have reduced the portions and worsened the quality of the products, not to mention the prices which are high for the quality of the products they offer. I'll never go back there again. I'm sorry guys because the place is very nice and well kept, friendly staff.

First time eating sushi and given the excellent reviews I wanted to try this place... what can I say, very satisfied, ordered takeaway upon arrival and waited very little to get my package. There was also a sauce with the tempura prawns but a little spicy. I bought a box of 30 pieces to try a bit of everything, I really liked it.

Il Marè never disappoints, the sushi is the best in the area (among the whole menu, I recommend the Bao). Very kind staff and even more so the aperitif!
