I
am
a
customer
of
Ramraj
Shirt
Showroom
and
I
have
been
a
good
customer
of
Ramraj
since
two
years.But
now
I
had
such
a
bad
experience
at
Ramraj
showroom
@Chrompet.
I
bought
a
designer
silk
shirt
in
January.
I
put
it
only
once
and
folded
it.
Then
last
month
august,
when
I
picked
it
up,
the
front
and
back
sides
of
the
shirt
were
automatically
torn
and
when
I
touched
it
the
threads
of
the
shirt
started
tearing
without
any
effort.
I
took
the
shirt
and
showed
them
to
the
Ramraj
shopkeeper
(Chrompet).
The
shopkeeper
after
checking
the
shirt,
they
told
me
that
they
will
check
the
quality
of
the
shirt
in
their
lab
and
if
they
found
any
quality
issues
from
their
end
then
definitely
they
will
give
a
brand
new
shirt
for
the
same.
They
got
my
contact
number
and
told
me
that
they
will
inform
me
once
they
get
the
quality
checked
from
the
lab.
One
month
passed
away
but
none
contacted
me
so
I
went
in
person
on
09/09/2023
to
know
the
details.
When
I
asked
the
shopkeeper
about
the
status
of
the
shirt
they
replied
carelessly
that
the
shirt
got
its
thread
split
because
of
the
heat
from
the
iron
box.
When
I
asked
about
the
lab
report
they
are
telling
we
never
said
we
will
send
to
lab
we
only
told
we
will
send
to
customer
care
and
that
the
customer
care
informed
that
shirt
threads
got
torn
only
because
of
the
hot
heat
from
the
iron
box.
I
usually
iron
my
clothes
before
wearing
and
I
if
I
made
a
mistake
while
ironing
the
shirt
I
myself
would
have
found
it
and
will
not
have
been
able
to
put
on
the
shirt
for
the
first
time
itself
and
also
I
would
have
never
complained.
So
when
I
spoke
with
the
manager
he
insulted
me
and
spoke
very
rudely.
He
says
he
is
not
bothered
about
what
his
shop
person
promised
me
and
says
do
whatever
you
want.
He
also
added
that
he
will
give
customer
care
email
id
and
I
can
follow
up
again
with
the
customer
care
via
email.
I
said
even
after
one
month
of
complaint
in
person
you
are
unable
to
give
a
valid
answer
how
can
I
expect
the
same
via
email.
The
manager
again
replied
that
they
will
just
get
cash
for
the
purchase
done
from
the
customers
and
they
won’t
bother
about
the
complaints
regarding
their
products.
I
am
a
dealer
and
I
told
them
clearly
that
whenever
mycustomers
who
come
to
my
shop
have
told
me
that
if
there
is
any
fault
in
the
shop
I
will
listen
to
them
and
find
out
what
the
problem
is
and
I
will
replace
the
item
immediately.
But
the
Ramraj
showroom
at
chrompet
behaved
so
disrespectfully
and
carelessly.
So
I
threw
the
shirt
worth
Rs.
1200/-
down
in
front
of
their
store
and
added
that
no
one
will
come
to
your
store
anymore.
A
good
shopkeeper
always
listens
to
the
complaints
and
ensures
he
satisfies
their
customers
but
here
the
Ramraj
showroom
at
chrompet
are
only
concerned
in
receiving
money
for
their
products.
