Avoid if you're vegan. They don't know how to prepare tofu. They serve unflavored tofu that they cover in sauce right before serving. You'd think an Asian restaurant would know to marinate tofu beforehand to give it flavor, but you'd be wrong. The sauce was good, but not enough to hide how completely bland and lacking of any flavor the tofu was. Really disappointing, especially for the price. Service was great and restaurant was clean. Kudos to their great staff for trying.

Went for the first time today! Enjoyed myself and decided to try and much as I could. The dumplings were fantastic, and I'll certainly be focusing on those on my next visit, but you get 2 with the lunch special, along with a good (but small) shad with ginger dressing, and either a poké bowl or ramen. I had the chicken poké bowl, and the ingredients were fresh, but together not as refreshing as a Hawaiian style poké bowl might be. Felt more like a rice bowl with good mix-ins. I tried the shoyu ramen bowl after, and the noodles and broth were awesome. Hardy and full of flavor. I ordered a passion fruit boba tea on the way out and, despite how good the food was, the tea was my favorite part. EDIT: Went back again! the pork buns weren't what I expected, but they had a great sauce and the cucumber added freshness and I'll likely be getting them whenever I come. The southern fried rice with brass beef was alright. A little heavier than fried rice I've had in the past, but still flavorful. Definitely a decent portion of food. I left with the strawberry fruit bubble tea. It was sweeter than I prefer, but still a great end to a meal.

Our meal was lovely from start to finish. The fresh made classic dumplings are delectable, as were all the ramens (shoyu, shio, and tonkotsu) we tried. Their tea is also delicious, and we appreciated that they offered us to-go drinks (in fun cups no less) on our way out. Their shaved ice dessert looked amazing - a table near us got it, but we were just too full. Can't wait to go back and try that as well as their bubble tea and other items! Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal as well.

I Noodle Ramen + Dumplings is very very good. The staff was attentive and kind. The food was out of this world. After the first visit we came back in the same week while on vacation. We will look forward to coming every time we are in town. Enjoy!

The other night my wife and I were being super lazy didn’t want something usual for dinner. Been by this place a few times and finally decided to pull the trigger. Man we were not disappointed. First we got the boba drinks as they were BOGO I got the passion fruit and my wife got the strawberry tea. Both tasted phenomenal. The food itself on the other hand. I ordered the ‘Classic Dumplings’ with a side of white rice and O-M-G these dumplings were some of the best I’ve ever had hands down. The rice you can do no wrong. My wife on the other hand ‘Crispy Chicken White Rice’ that on the other hand she let me sample and even I freakin’ loved it. This place is a special place. We will be coming back here again. If you are looking for something a little different then try this place. The service was great and the waitress we had was so sweet and we cannot complain.

Service was really good, the man was nice and attentive to our table but the food wasn’t up to our expectations. Boba and dumplings were decent but a little overpriced and I got the pork belly over rice, it was just ok. My boyfriend got the braised beef noodle soup, the egg and vegetables in it were cold. The broth was a bit too sweet.

As an avid ramen lover, this place can't be beat. I was extremely excited when I spotted a new place relatively close to me. To say they didn't disappoint would be an understatement, to the point to where I find myself coming here several times a week. The Tonkotsu alone is enough for me to give this place 5 stars, with pieces of extremely tender and flavorful pork belly in possibly the best broth I've tasted, not to even begin mentioning their extremely soft and savory pork buns, amazing dumplings and edamame. The service is beyond amazing and is easily just as big of a highlight as the food. Update 2023: I moved to St Augustine a year ago, and still make the drive up to Ponte Vedra occasionally just to eat here with my friends. The food and service is still as impeccable as ever, and they've only expanded upon and improved their menu over the years. The owners are very kind people, and you can sense a genuine gratitude for their customers and pride in what they do. No matter what I order here I leave very satisfied.

This wonderful quiet little spot is always a wonderful treat. Every dish, every dumpling, and every noodle is lovingly hand crafted each day and the texture sings of the experience of the chefs. The people are so friendly and welcoming. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy like a big hug.

Probably the best noodle soup place in town. Very friendly staff and food portion is great. I had to take it home. Price vs portion is 1:2.

I was on the fence about giving this place three stars versus four stars, but overall gave it four because the staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was inviting and clean. The reason I was on the fence about three stars was the food was not as I expected from the standpoint that the ramen soup bowl was quite small but ultimately filling enough when combined with the appetizer, but all of the ingredients added to the top of the ramen bowl from the soft boiled egg to the bok choy to the mushrooms were cold and not hot, which was quite bizarre from my other ramen shop experiences. The veggie dumplings were pretty good but a little undercooked in that the wrappers had too much chew left in them.

If you really appreciate real ramen, this place is amazing! I had the lunch combo, the salad was really good and the dumplings were simply delicious. The tonkotsu ramen was the best I've had. The pork was really tender and the broth was soo good. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

All Fresh & All Homemade! My husband loves noodles, especially ramen. But he surprised me getting the salmon poke bowl & loved it. He kept commenting about how fresh it was! We shared the seaweed salad, a favorite of mine! I had the mixed Dumplings & enjoyed the Classic Pork best! All were delicious! My husband told him we will be back next trip!

I've tried many Ramen Bowls but this is by far the best. The Dumplings were FANTASTIC. Cute and cozy place.

Amazing food and attentive service. We ordered a few appetizers - chicken and vegetable dumplings, seaweed salad, edamame, spring rolls, and a couple of different ramens. All were fantastic!

The dumplings and noodles in ramen are handmade and so good! The staff are very kind, friendly, and attentive. There are multiple vegan options as well :)

Loved this place. The dumplings were as good as a dumpling specialty restaurant in Taiwan. The noodles were spicy and very tasty. We split an order of dumplings & noodles. I could have eater another 10 dumplings. . I would have liked a larger portion of pickled vegetables.

This was a super place for ramen. I had the tonkotsu - it was best thing I’ve had in weeks. The matcha tea was delicious and the complimentary kimchi was fabulous. I am craving the food and will be back the next time I visit Micklers Landing.

These guys are absolutely incredible. The food is so good. I love it that I have things for vegans and for non-vegans. They're very helpful when you're ordering. They do everything they can to make you comfortable. They also have an assortment of beer and wine. We're definitely going to come back!

👍 I had been wanting to try this place and finally did. Thank God we arrived about 4pm on a Saturday night because we beat the dinner rush. Literally people were piling in right after us. It was clear that you need a dinner reservation for the good tables! We had no reservation so we sat at a high top...
