šŸ«¤ Well.. thatā€™s the last time I come here. Not only did the Spritz cost almost as much as the paella, but he didnā€™t even give me a packet of sugar with the espresso. ā‚¬12.50 for an Aperol Spritz?! Seriously? ā‚¬5 for a Coke Zero?! ā‚¬3.95 for a small bottle of water? Itā€™s .70 at the store! This is ridiculo... People often mention view, good, drinks, service, overpriced, order, cathedral, location,

Restaurant score is really what it deserves. Super overpriced like tourist scams, hard to get a spot, hard to order, super slow service. Sad.

Nice view on the cathedral, parking right next to it. Very overpriced though: Cappuccino 6,20ā‚¬, Espresso 3,20ā‚¬ On the positive side: it got a toilet and itā€™s wheel chair accessible. You can pay by card here.

Didnā€™t even include a little wet wipe to clean my fingers after the paella (fair price, but nothing special). Go somewhere else. This isnā€™t worth it.

Just a pit stop location for the view. Service was friendly but very abrupt. Coffee was average but as most reviews state here, everything is very overpriced. Itā€™s a shame because itā€™s the ideal location but you get the feeling theyā€™ve lost the desire to run a good business simply because theyā€™re guaranteed the regular footfall trade from walk-ins.

Literally the best sangria Iā€™ve ever had! The gelato & views of the cathedral were also amazing!

View was great, drinks were good but the service was poor. Had to wait over an hour for drinks and the bill. The waitress took 20 minutes to get our change.

The bar certainly has the best view in Palma, but is hugely overpriced. We paid ā‚¬12 for small beer and coffee. Staff was quite rude.

Nice view is the best side of this place. Wanna be irish pub where bartenders have no idea how to pour overpriced Guinness.

The bar is nicely located with a view to Cathedral. However they charged 0.33l bottle of water 3.95eur, that is just unreal, so 2* from me..

Gorgeous view of the cathedral but crazy expensive!! I canā€™t believe we paid ā‚¬34.00 for a toastie, a baguette, pint and a soft drink! The most expensive meal of our holiday and it was only a snack!! Was nothing special at all. Only ate here because I am pregnant and was starving after walking around the palace. Avoid!!

Obviously this place is extremely expensive due to it's perfect location and view of the cathedral. Service was friendly , but as the kitchen was closed already we couldn't even get some olives for the table to go with our wines. The place is good to snap some pics and enjoy the view but no more than one overpriced drink.

Items are overpriced but youā€™re paying for the location of the restaurant. Food was decent. Customer service could be better, but it is what you would expect from a tourist spot like this.

Staff was lovely and the view is unreal at night. Yeah you can walk 3 blocks and get drinks for a third of the price but I think the scenery is worth it.

Busy place on the most strategic area of Mallorca, terrace has some of the best views across the water fountain and Cathedral. Very casual, service ia good but the place seems a little disorganized as it gets busy all the time. We ordered two Irish coffees and they were great and the pricing is $$ (low for Mallorca). Nothing fancy but if you want to have a drink, do not mind caos around you looking at the best photo op in Mallorca I recommend it.

Horrible prices. 6,80ā‚¬ for 0,5l Guiness Beer. No prices shown no menu offered. Bad service. View to the cathedral is the only benefit.

Beautiful setting but couldn't even get served a drink. Not busy just apathetic staff. Left after 35 mins and 3 requests to be served ignored.

Nice location for a quick bite and drink. 3 cappuccino 1 Americano and 4 croissants: ā‚¬33,00. That's just terrible.

The location is great but that seems to be the only reason people come there because the food was nothing special and the service was incredibly slow. It felt like they were very under staffed. We had a meat and cheese platter and it felt kinda like a ripoff for that price.

Nice view and that's about all of it. Service disgraceful, unfriendly waitresses wouldn't even look at you when you want to order. Run away when i wanted to order something more. Had to chase her to finish the order. Just enjoy the view and don't order anything.

Sangria - siroup with juice... 8euro For one glass! Disgusting ! And one small glass of shandy -4,8euro. So 12,8euro for two awful drinks. I will give less than one star... but it is impossible...

Were asked if we wanted food. Yes, menu card was delivered(was informed that only pizza and sandwiches were available) as well as cutlery. Quite fast chose drinks and food. Got drinks. And a little later the message: Kitchen is closed, please enjoy your drinks :-(

Really nice food, ice creams and drinks. Good prices. Menus could do with updating. The waitresses are very good and quick to attend the table. Havent given full 5 stars because the chairs outside are horribly uncomfortable. The view however is the best!

We ordered two beers (not craft beers, nothing special) and received receipt for 13ā‚¬. Can't evaluate the food served there but it seems that it was good choice not to order anything else considering enormous prices. If I had seen the menu with prices I would have definitely gone somewhere else. Just the view is amazing.

The Guinness House has the most strategic location in relation to the Royal Palace and la Seu Cathedral. It is located just across the artificial pond in full view of both monuments. This makes the cafƩ very busy most of the days. And because of that, the service tend to be slow though the servers are doing their best. Sometimes it takes forever just to get your bill. The food is average as the place seems content that it is meant for one-time only customers. Prices are fair. It is a good place to take a break from the heat and enjoy the perfect view of The cathedral and the Palace.

This place has great locations, but first of all itā€™s overprice plus we order a prosciutto pizza but wasnā€™t prosciutto at all. One of the waiters named Cristian was really rude he came with attitude basically screaming at me that the pizza was prosciutto but according to him prosciutto is just a translation of ham in Italy so I will let a picture of one slide of the ā€œprosciutto pizzaā€ according to Cristian and the restaurant. Was an horrible customer service and bad experience.
