I wish I could review the food here but alas after waiting 5 minutes to be seated and 15 minutes without being attended to, we left! The staff who were all chatting because they had nothing better to do said goodbye. I pointed out that we had been totally neglected and one staff member apologised half heartedly and carried on chatting. Compared with HRC Malaga this is terrible!

I've had a quick lunch at Hard Rock Cafe and ended up being totally filled up & satisfied. The food was really tasty and the staff was nice and helpful catering to any needs. Thank you.

Classic Hard Rock Cafe, good American style food, our waitress was super nice and attentive. We had a problem with undercooked chicken and she very quickly sorted out the problem and was lovely. Quite a bit of memorabilia on the walls. Surprisingly, very good value compared to other restaurants in Mallorca, the same prices or even cheaper than most Mallorcan restaurants even though this is Hard Rock Cafe and is usually more expensive than surrounding restaurants! (I guess other Mallorcan restaurants are just expensive for what they are…) And we could not finish since there was so much food, we had to take a lot of it home!

The food is delicious, the waiters are very polite, the atmosphere is worthy of a rock themed pub. Yes, they fully deserve 5 stars.

Seemed a Bit far outside the city centre unless that was the route we took from the Cathedral. My wife asked for well done burger but it came pink and had to send back. Also was told there was no local legend which was a first.

We had the nachos to share and then couldn't eat our mains it was so big!! So, the waitress gave us containers and we had our food the next day. The ribs were MASSIVE and my grilled salmon on ramen etc were lovely. Even for breakfast. The waitress was very cool, kinda girl I wish I'd been in my younger days. The restaurant was interesting, with 90s pop on the screens and the memorabilia on the wall. Including a guitar of Eric Clapton's. Quiet for hard rock as it was out of season but highly recommended!! Staff were friendly, polite and professional. Well impressed. I definitely recommend wholeheartedly.

The location of this Hard Rock Cafe is amazing, really beautiful. The Cafe is very large, tables outside and inside. The outside patio tables where we sat have a grate view on the city and the sea. Our food and service here was very good. The shop is your classic Hard Rock Cafe. The shop has everything that you need for merchandise and more.

Apon arriving at Hard Rock we were greeted and shown to our table by friendly staff , nothing was too much trouble and a certain person,( Lucia ) went above and beyond to make sure our whole experience was perfect . It is a lovely Hard Rock very clean and tidy with plenty of memorabilia to see. I would definitely recommend a visit 👌

Excellent food and a great atmosphere, we went during December and it was full of Christmas decoration. I specially recommend the Legendary burger. I’ll be back again.

Hard Rock Cafe Mallorca is a amazing place to eat. We went there for lunch. Food menu had lots of options for both vegetarian and meat lovers. Starters were delicious. Kids menu was good too. It wasn't busy in the afternoon but still service wasn't that quick. Will definitely recommend this place.

Professional, friendly, nice, helpful staff Perfect food ( price&taste and aspect) It would be even better if in the future there will be a diversity of sweet food and also traditional recipes. The place itself is soo big , easy entrance and well decorated, clean toilets. As we did spend the Christmas holidays in Palma, this was our favourite restaurant spending few days in a row here. As usual food is amazing, atmosphere is amazing. I've visited hard rock cafes all over Europe. Usually we have a great time. I visited Hard Rock Mallorca in 2018. Amady (big bushy hair guy) our waiter was not great however. In the 20 years I have visited hard rock I've never had such a bad service. The simple answer is he was rude. There was a language barrier however this hasn't been a problem anywhere else on the island. Amady did not have the patience for dealing with English customers when the language barrier was the problem, he even complained when having to cancel the order as he couldn't amend it. This was not done in a jokey manner and was awkward. By desert he was slow to return to us (10-15 minutes after clearing plates away) We asked another waitress (Sonata) was very nice gave us menus, then came back and took our order 5 minutes later. Amadey then returned asking if we wanted desert. We thought we had swapped waiters. Very strange experience. I asked for the bill and he told me to take my time.... For this type of service I'm giving a fair 2 stars, with Sonata rescuing it from a 1. The food however was as always superb, the Messi burger was great to try. Milkshake was lovely as always. 5 stars for food. The Atmosphere was great as always. 3 stars is an average for this experience. Sadly.

Great food and it has a great patio out front. We had the ribs, tho they are pretty pricey they are delicious that’s why we usually come back for the food. The tshirt tho get to expensive at some point - one thing that’s annoying is that, hard rock has their new unity system to earn points and get a mark on the map but it’s not working and not yet in the system here

First time at the Hard Rock Cafe and I liked it. There's a great atmosphere around it and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was the one in Palma and it was 30 degrees so we sat outside and ordered a couple of cocktails with some fries. Drinks were great and the fries, I especially enjoyed the fries with the pot of chipotle sauce. I'll be trying more of these venues on my travels with Deb.

Went in February half-term, so it was nice and quiet. Service was good. Generous portions. Tasty food if not a little overseasoned. Music videos were all been shown in black and white for some reason 😄

The place itself looks better in the photos than in reality.. the food is a bit expensive for what you get.. a plus is that they have gluten free options for burgers.. our waiter was very kind too.. all in all, good but not great.

Got off to a bad start by waiting 10 minutes for someone to come and man the front desk. In the end a server just said sit anywhere. After that though service was fine, Swiss Mushroom Burger was very nice and a huge portion of freshly cooked fries. Atmosphere was a bit dead.

Not the biggest venue on the inside just they have a huge external terrace. The bar overlooks the marina so can imagine it being rammed in the summer. A good spot, about a 10 min stroll from the town centre. Prices were ok by comparison to other HRCs, food is always good and the service comes with a smile.

Great place and service. I had the Famous Fajitas which were very tasty, the plate with the meat and vegetables was extraordinary - they brought it sizzling (unlike in other cities that I have ordered it)

First thing is first, FREE REFILLS!!!! server was awesome, food was fantastic, AC was Devine on a hot day, so good almost had to buy my wife a hoodie because she was cold. I don't do many hard rock cafes because I think they are over hyped, but this place was beautiful and well worth it. The kids were fighting, the wife was crying and then I saw the sign "hard rock 8 mins this way" and we went. Then all was good and the hard rock Cafe made my, I mean, our day better. If you need hard rock bling, it's a great place or even to put the fam in a better mood, I highly suggest it.

Went especially to purchase a T shirt and shot glass . Place was very big with huge ope min air dinning.

I always enjoy going to a hard rock with my family. For the most part the staff was super friendly but we had a bit of difficulty with our waiter. We ordering our food, he was not attentive and brought the wrong items to our table. Overall still enjoyed and they made my son's and friend's birthday enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great food and drinks. Party starts at 10pm (live music).

Good service. Too bad the appetizer nacho is not available as a small portion. After the plate of nachos 2 people are totally full!

Your standard Hard Rock Cafe with a good variety of memorabilia. Very nice staff keeping you in a good mood. If you visiting the shop check out the unique tee for Mallorca with the gekko (not available at the HRC Shop at the airport)

Food was fab, cutbacks on staff though and it shows. The staff there are very overworked. Hard rock you need to look at this issue. The staff that were working are 100%.

As usual all Hard Rock Cafe's operate to very high standards. EXTREMELY friendly staff, pretty interior and great food & coctails. Full recommend!

Good. Not the best Hard Rock I've been to but certainly not bad. Portions are MASSIVE, like M A S S I V E. Don't order starter. Plus points to the very efficient and friendly staff. Would I go back? Probably
