Surprisingly nice aquarium. Had no problems with parking on Saturday 11h. There are interactive games for kids (also interesting for adults). Playground for kids (the one indoors) was just great! Kid loved it. The one outside also looked super, with few bounce castles, but it was too hot to be there. Overall good aquarium. Spent there ~2,5h.

Great place. So much better than we thought before getting there. Huge place with a lot of small and large aquariums with everything from big sandsharks to small seahorses. Loved it, the kids loved it. They also works a lot with animal protection and cleaning the oceans from plastic and other waste we humans put into the oceans 🙈😭 BTW. Please stop throwing things in the ocean and on land 🙏 Only downside was the restaurants. At the moment the food/menu did not match the rest of the facilities unfortunately. So this can be better for sure.

Brilliant morning out! Was the first in the door at 9.30am, and I'd bought the shark boat (11.40) and backstage (12.00) extras, so expect to be there for a few hours. Well worth the money, so happy to finally see a sea turtle! Loads to see and learn. Recommend backstage to see and learn about the marine 'hospital' and their work saving turtles. Our guide was lovely, extremely enthusiastic, and was bilingual. Would absolutely go again!

Fantastic place for an amazing experience with aquatic life. The sea life on display was really wide in variety and full of facts. The jungle area was also very nice. The infrastructure in itself is really good maintained...spacious and tidy. It took us almost three hours to see the entire place properly. The tickets are slightly expensive but totally worth it. We got a chance a photo with a huge parrot too. There's a group photo that is taken at the start which can be bought as prints. Nice souvenir to have. Would really recommend to visit this place when visiting Mallorca.

This Aquarium was awesome,well worth spending a day of your holiday here.All 55 tanks have something amazing hidden inside them from colourful coral to seahorses to Nemo to the huge sharks.Everybody of all ages loves the big tank and it's very impressive (3 million litres of water).Its set over a number of floors and the sharks are just something else .Combine this with the outside play area, outside tanks,the large cafe and to finish off the 3d cinema and wow what a day.The cinema concentrates on the great whale,good storyline and worth watching.This Aquarium is on a great bus route,it's on the coast and the buses are so cheap.

A good place for small kids. I got it confused with underground sea world. They do have a lots of collection from fishes and sea life. The main highlight is Big blue where they have big sharks swimming freely. They do pass really close from the other side, so you get really good pictures too. You have to pay for Shark vision but it is a good experience to watch some sharks swimming under your feet. They do have a big cafeteria where you can have snacks and meals. The entrance has a little waiting time based on your booked slot. The place can be overcrowded during the weekends. We were little disappointed but the experience was good.

The venue is excellent, and the staff are friendly and dedicated to marine and aquatic environmental preservation. However, our visit was slightly affected by a few downsides, like noticing some poorly creatures in the smaller aquariums displays. Also, some interactive equipment was out of service. The most pertinent was the shark boat's electric motor broke during our trip. Yet, the stewards did all to get us back. Maintenance should perhaps check things more often to avoid situations such as this. Sadly, because of this long delay, we could not visit the whole place, as it was going to close. Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Palma Aquarium and "Fundacion". It was extraordinary to see the foundation's laudable work with the marine turtles recovery. Honestly, only very few things need addressing to improve the visitor experience. Palma Aquarium should be commended for its dedication to display and promote marine and aquatic environmental preservation.

Wonderful place! My kids really loved the experience. So many different areas to enjoy. Peaceful and calm atmosphere, pillows on the floor near large aquariums. You can take your time and observe. They have a fun room where kids can draw and scan their pictures, and later on the pictures appear in the big virtual aquarium.

The Aquarium is great, lots of good tanks/views. The accommodations are clean/well kept. We went here as part of a excursion booked through our travel agency. It is not worth the cost to be honest, it is not a place to spend an entire day.

This Aquarium might come at a steep price of 27.50€ but trust me when I say that it was worth every penny. The diversity of their aquatic life is truly amazing. Their facilities are also well maintained and food is sold at a relatively fair price. The heat can be a bit overwhelming when walking around the outside exhibits but the inside is nice and cool. One of my favorite things about this location would have to be the seating areas in front of the large indoor tanks. Truly a sight to behold and great memories to be made.

What a nice place to visit. We got the full package with the Backstage your, shark vision boat and the whales 3d experience. It's worth it, every single penny. The Backstage tour was great and we learned some new and cool stuff that the people there are working on. The staff are just so friendly, warm and welcoming, we really felt like everyone is part of a big family. The species are very varied and the arrangement of exhibits is not tiring to go through. I loved it, and would go back next time when we come here.

We love visiting aquariums, so we've seen a lot of really nice ones. I didn't expect to be as impressed as I was. This aquarium has several different biomes and a huge shark tank with underwater viewing (check out my video of the shark swimming above us). Comparatively, this one is compact and somewhat simple in its flow from space to space, bit that also makes it easy to see everything without backtracking. The exhibits are well maintained and high quality, and the gift store has a selection of unexpected keepsake pieces (not just kids stuff). The playground is epic (I wanted to play as an adult!) And the whales movie is great. This place reminded me of the California Academy of Science in San Francisco but with a larger focus on the aquarium part. We visited around 2pm, and most of the animals were active (including the octopus, which are notorious for sleeping through viewings). They had tropical birds out that sat in our shoulders for pictures (so fun), and there is a ton of beautiful coral here. Come for the sharks and be delightfully impressed with everything else. :)

Two months ago, my family and I were on vacation and we stopped at the Palma Aquarium. I was quite surprised by the monstrosity of the entire area. I have never seen anything so gigantic. And the exhibits themselves were also amazing, wonderful. If it weren't for the digital map on the qr code, I don't know how it would have turned out. This place is awesome. You need a few hours to see it all. They also have an exhibit where kids under 12, I think age 5 - 12, can swim with stingrays. The picture is from the snorkeling with the stingrays exhibit. They have a shallow end which is a couple of feet deep, and the deeper end is probably around six feet deep. Everybody who worked there that i talked to spoke English which I appreciated.

The attraction was great. We ware 2 people at age 28-30 and we had fun. Bring your own food because we didn’t like the food there (and also expensive).

While the majority of the facilities were exceptional, we did note that some of the restaurants were closed during our visit. However, this did not dampen our experience, as the available dining options still met our needs with satisfying choices.

But some suggestions: 1.the time for reading materials on the screens we're too short. 2.Finding our way in a place with 11 sections was a little bit confusing, especially with Covid measurements. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable, especially Stephanie with her excellent command of German and English on top of Spanish.

Nice and interesting day at the Palma Aquarium, we bought the ticket combo (entry + aquadome), combo came with the same price as the entry only. Our kids enjoyed it and have been impressed by all the things to see and discover. Don't forget the sun creme on sunny hot days (of course we forgot ours at the hotel) as you can spend quite some time outside the main building. There is also a spot (near the pirates ship playground) where kids can enjoy some cold water coming from the ground, kind of a fountain (good if you take a towel and some dry cloth for the little ones with you). It was our first time there and we had a great day.

Very nice "jungle" area with waterfall and nice outdoor paths. Spent 2 enjoyable hours!

Our son normally goes through a £30 ticket aquarium in about 30 mins and is more interested in the mechanical toy cars than the fish. This was a whole new level. We just spent 4 hours here and it was incredible. Lots of different levels. All split into manageable sections with good interactive bits scattered throughout. Great outdoors sections with a play area and cafe with good, if overpriced, food. I can't speak highly enough of this aquarium. Amazing stuff.

It was a really nice experience to see all the aquatic life especially the sharks, that was my first time seeing sharks . They've got a place outside with a waterfall and vegetation . The only bit that we were bewildered, especially at the entrance when you get in after paying is that a guy 'places' you and your child etc for a picture , everything is so fast then you realize that was a photo taken and they do not ask for permission especially because you have a child .

Our family liked this aquarium, lots to see and different zones - sharks, whales, Mediterranean gardens and Amazon rainforest. Whale 3D show was at 3pm, so we didn’t wait to see that, but the whales zone was extensive. There are beanie-bag seats in front of a couple of large tabks so you can sit and enjoy for longer. Inside the exhibit, there aren’t that many bathrooms, so we had to dart out a couple of times with the kid over the course of 2hrs (hence deducting a ⭐️). There’s a restaurant with wheelchair access and shop inside as well. They do charge extra for some exhibits & 10€ for the parrot photos but it goes towards nature conservation. Recommended experience if you’re visiting Palma.

My daughter was overwhelmed with emotion. We have never experienced anything like this. Food was solid, the burger and chips was great quality. We then finished the aquarium off, with the whale room, shark tanks and by far my favourite - the jellyfish room. Would definitely recommend this to anyone considering. Also a great big playground with inflatable bouncy castles.

No proper direction of the flow of the people, we had issues trying to exit the location as people were coming in thru the same corridor. There are timeslots to enter, but that does not restrict the people at all, so it ended up being super-crowded. The restaurant is good, food was served fast and was tasty.

Der Preis ist zwar kein Schnäppchen, aber ich finde es lohnt sich durchaus.

So an sich ist es ein tolles Erlebnis aber nicht zu empfehlen an regnerischen Tagen da übernormal voll. Wir haben es mit 3D gebucht was man sich sparen kann. Es ist sehr veraltet und gibt das 3D Erlebnis was man in der heutigen Zeit haben sollte nicht wieder. Leider ist es sehr alt und bisschen heruntergekommen. Ich würde empfehlen die Tickets online zu buchen dann ist man sehr schnell drinnen. Aufzüge sind dort der Horror. Es dauert so lange bis der Aufzug kommt mit Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl nicht zu empfehlen. Es sollte nur für solche Leute der aufzug zur Verfügung gestellt werden und nicht das alle damit fahren. Geparkt haben wir in der Tiefgarage was auch okay war für 3 Euro die Stunde.
