it was a pleasant stay for majority of the time and we made some lovely friends too however, there is very very low security in the hostel and rooms. there were three robberies during our week there - including only the bank cards from my wallet. people lost their IDs, cash, cards and the staff (who were otherwise kind and genial) did not even attempt to help. please be extremely cautious if you decide to stay here.

I personally enjoyed the overall hostel experiences. I let me save the luggage before my check-in and after my check-out. They let me cook in the kitchen and work in the common room. The sleeping room is a little noisy but is just like any other hostel. We managed to make friendships that last! However, the complaint is the security concern. Some of my female friends have lost their belongings in the hostel. Sadly, the hostel hosts turned a blind eye and kept shrugging off responsibility, which is disappointing and frustrating. Please improve the security by installing cameras or locking the doors to keep the thieves away!

I had a very bad experience at this hostal. The receptionist showed us our room and there was an extremely bad smell of urine. The receptionist apologised for the inconvenience and said that we could check- out and get a refund of the total amount for the two nights. That was a scam. We were charged the total amount and never got any euro back. The manager was extremely rude. Avoid it if you can!

We wanted to check in yesterday and the apartment was not habitable. it smelled like sewage, it was dirty and there was a mouse on the terrace. the receptionist himself admitted that it stinks and that there were problems and came with a scented spray and pipe cleaner. he promised us that we can check out and book another hotel and get 100% money back. For hygiene reasons, as my friend is also pregnant, we couldn't stay there. after we contacted booking, the manager of the hostel didn't want to give us the money back. Staff and manager are absolutely rude. We ended up checking out as it was late in the evening and booking guaranteed us a 100% refund. the accommodation and the manager refuse!!!! we didn't even check in and sleep there. the standard of hygiene is very poor, the beds looked terrible and the apartment and the toilet stank. It is an outrage to deal with guests and rip them off!!! we ask you as a hostel to give us our money back!!!!

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and cosy. Quite during night. And a nice place for dining to eat and watch TV.

Customer Service 0 out of 10 Had a booking from Booking and the person at the reception cancelled it, leaving me with the debit on my bank account and no place to stay only because I was not willing to small-talk with him, horrible thing to do... I do not recommend to stay at this place. Daniel -- After a long time I receive this response: "Réponse du propriétaire il y a 13 minutes Daniel, daniel, if we cancel it will be because you did not comply with the payment policy. Y Hostel Manager." Not only a very poor answer but also misleading. I complied perfectly well and NEVER got my money back. Nice and friendly staff. You can meet bunch of cool people in this place it has really cool dining area and a cozy couch. This hostel is really clean and well maintained. Hostel staff always helps with anything. Had a great time

Very little fresh air. Wouldn't change towel. Apart from that for me it's a pass and would recommend. Bed lockers a bit fidelity but managed. Staff passive friendly. Clean enough. Bed comfy. Meet new people.

The hostel is friendly. Nice staff. The room is very big and probably with more than 20 beds. The room and bathroom are not clean as they should.

Crew was nice, kind and helpful. Found very expensive compared to other hostels (maybe because it was in Mallorca) and too far from the city center, forty minutes walk - from the airport you have to take two buses, one to city center and then another one to the hostel. There are some bars and parties near but no beach or sightseeing. My impression is that they only have one room for 30 people, so you need to expect a lot of noises at anytime (people has to come and live, of course). The beds were comfortable with great and private structure and clean sheets, towels etc, but the room itself was a little dirty with a lot of dusty in the floor. You can wash your clothes and dry for 8€, very good price compared to the rest of the city. If you want use the lockers under you bed, has to pay a kaution of 10 euros, but you can use the lockers outside with your own locker. Victor was very nice and I could use the locker a little earlier than my check in hour.

Had some very good fun with a lot of people here! The location isn't perfect obviously, but the atmosphere, common room, cleanliness, etc. makes up for it. Special thanks to Alejandro, who always made sure everyone was in a good mood, keeping everything proper, and managing the hostel.

Well priced hostel, the showers and toilets were clean, there was wifi available and you can wash and dry your clothes there. However, the sleeping area was poorly ventilated, there was a strong sweat-smell and my blanked featured a big blood stain. There was also only one poorly positioned electric outlet. The hostel is also quite far away from the city Center, it takes over 20 minutes to get there by bus, which costs 2€ per trip.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!! A very spotless clean hostel and the team are so welcoming. Always available to help if required and giving good advice on anything you ask. I can only recommend this hostel for anyone no matter what age you are. Certainly will use again. Thanks

I’m a wheelchair user. I booked a room and than I ask if they can give me a wheelchair friendly room. They didn’t get an answer. Not by email phone or WhatsApp. After this I canceled my reservation and I didn’t get the refund 😡

It’s a good experience can’t complain about it. I’m giving 4 stars because I needed to by a 10 euro membership when I’m arrived to the hostel (probably I never gonna use it) because I’m older then 30. It’s clean inside but I prefer the hippie style hostels .

thieves and scammers. avoid hostels alberque Juvenil (company) . after arriving, they told me that I must have special insurance from them 10 euros for a year because I am more than 30 years old, without it I cannot stop in hostel , I could bring you to court for fraud and discrimination. they talk about this insurance that their hostels are unique of the higher category. well no, get it to your empty head that it's only a hostel, the lowest category and the lowest standard in Mallorca. good deal?) one night 20 euros + insurance 10 = 30 euros. nope

It was an amazing stay, AMAZING costumer service! They were so sweet, friendly and make you feel SUPER welcome! The place is super clean, and very private! Would 100% recommend !

Absolute nightmare for people with allergy to dust. The mattresses are so bad you will sleep better in a sofa. The apartment is in disrepair and only the most basic commodities are provided for a premium price in a mediocre location. Avoid.

Very nice hostel with good equipped "sleeping cubes" . The beds are comfortable. You can lock your stuff under the beds. Also the personal is very friendly, especially greetings to Alejandro from cuba who is very communicative and always happy :). The city of Palma is reachable with the buses in 12-15 min. The bus starion is just 50m from the hostel.

They're a youth hostel, but charge higher prices when rooms are scarce. That's just greedy.

It was 7 incredible days there for my sister and me. All of people there are like a family. We've enjoyed every single day of our staying with such a polite and friendly people. Everything is clean and comfortable and even though there are many people at Hostel, at night is always quiet and possible to have a good sleep. The location is especially convenient and reachable. We are looking forward to the future to come here over and over again because we feel it's our second home. Big regards from 🇷🇸

Stayed here for 9 nights and I must say it is incredible value for money.The staff are polite and willing to help with any request you have like car/bike hire the staff also have impeccable knowledge of the surrounding area and can suggest activities for all budget type's. I will definitly be staying here again.

I don't recommend this place. First of all, the service is at a very low level, without any help. You must be careful with your belongings left behind. I left my The North Face jacket on the sofa - and someone took it. Then, after 2 days, when I started threatening the police, she suddenly found me - but I had to go back to my country. The owner left his jacket - he doesn't feel like helping and sending it back. I WARN YOU AGAINST THEFTS in this place.
