The girl working was having issues with the quality of the milk. She went and got new milk, and remade the whole drink because it wasn't up to standard, which was very appreciated. Being in the coffee business myself, it's always really nice when the person serving you is concerned about the quality of what you're purchasing and consuming without you having to ask or nit pick. The drink was great!

Great service n nice coffee

Small location attached to a restaurant with limited outdoor seating. They still have a full range of beverages and the decor is minimalist but cute. Drinks are a bit strong and have to be stirred often for a consistent flavor.

Great coffee, have had cappuccino and tea here, both were good.

Good, but very basic coffee menu. I went here for the first time to catch up with friend and they were "out" of their signature marshmallow latte at 7:30am. We were both pretty disappointed as we were excited to try it. However, the plain latte I ordered instead was good and we enjoyed their outdoor bar seating.

The cardamom latte is probably the best tasting drink I’ve ever had in my life. Every time I visit the city I stop at a Big Shoulders to get it. Service is always nice too.

Great Americano's and a nice selection of baked sweets. Definitely a breath of fresh air amongst the Starbucks lined streets.

The Marsmallow Latte was a latte that got a touch of sweetness from the marshmallows. Beyond that I couldn’t pick up on any other additional flavors beyond a plain latte. Still, enjoyable, a good strong ratio of espresso to milk. Know that winter time has limited seating in the adjacent restaurant, if you are not planning to take it to go. The barista was extremely friendly and pleasant.

I've been to pretty much every coffee shop/bar in Chicago and I kept skipping this place but now, I am humbled. Your coffee is tasty. The beans are cheap. They get even cheaper on Fridays (at least for now). The staff is kind at this location and quite knowledgeable. I'm a fan and will bring you new customers!

Great coffee, quick and courteous service. Not a place to hang around for long (small, though they have several stools and a window bar ledge) but great place to get a coffee to go.
