The cost of a pizza at Aurelio's is outrageous. The pizza is good but not at that price point. If you want to feed your family Pizza hut is still a better option for a family of four or more. Don't get me wrong it's good pizza but it's outside the middle class family budget...

It's my Birthday again! When asked where did I want to go...Aurelio's of course! The staffs provided excellent service and the food is consistent and delicious! There is enough room for large or small groups. I will see them again soon!

Horrible experience!! After waiting for 10 minutes, my family and I were told they were closed. It was 8 o'clock, on a Saturday night and the hours on the door stated that they closed at 11pm. There were other people inside eating, and when asked what time they closed( just for clarification), we were told they were not open. We were extremely confused. Wanted to try, but will never return or patronize any other locations!! Replying to your very rude comment: A sign on the door stating that, would be nicer and a lot quicker!! Can't believe you are the "owner" replying to customers like this. I see why you have staffing problems. If you treat customers like this, I can only imagine how you treat your staff!!

I went there for my 60th birthday to get take out at suggestion of the people I was with. Rarely have I been disappointed by a pizza, but it was sad. sausage and pepperoni, but it was dry and was very disappointed from all the raves I had heard from others. Second worst pizza I ever had. Chicago Dough is the worst I have ever had.

At first we were standing for a while before seated, the bathroom could have been cleaned, once we got seated we were able to get served. Would I go back there? No

We came here on a Monday, and were the only ones at the restaurant. I thought food will be bad. I was wrong, we ordered a Hawaiian, veggie pizza and it was tasteful yummy. They have excellent customer service. Food came out fast. Keep up the good work.

I have been going to this location since I was a kid in Tinley. I personally think it's one of the best pizzas you can get not only in the south suburbs but anywhere pizza can be bought. Its always fresh and delicious. I wish they would bring the lunch buffet back as that was great to go to any day during the week. I will continue to order from here regularly as long as I'm in the area.

Clean, nice prompt service, and accommodating. I didn’t make a reservation, but they seated my party of 7 at 3pm with no wait. Our order was correct. Even though we had a big party, our beverages stayed full without having to request them. Our appetizers and pizzas came fast and hot. We came right from Sky Zone for my sons tenth Golden birthday party, and he really enjoyed his time here. The staff took the time to help us with a group picture and all wished him a happy birthday. For us, it meant a lot because we had a very hard year. We welcome age ten with open arms and optimism. This place was a optimistic vibe along with ours.

Our server Hanna was exceptional 👏. She checked in on us often, the entire staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is a little in my opinion. I highly recommend the tortellini! We built our own pizza & it came as we ordered.

First time trying Aurelios. I am a huge pizza lover. I love a good pie! I ordered delivery. A typical sausage pizza. I wasn't impressed. The service was awesome! But the pizza looked as if it was made with 2 or 3 different cheese (I could definitely taste it) and one of the cheeses tastes like blue cheese for some reason. It tasted old. The crust was a soft thin crust and tasted as if flour was put on it again after it finished cooking. The meat was good. The quality of the pizza is amazing. The sauce was delicious but the overall pizza I'll give a 2 out of 5. It has so much more potential to be better. It was the cheese that threw it off, personally

It was a great spot.... Very unexpected. Server was amazing Saturday.... Management hovered around which was weird.... Food was great, I would come back.

We came at 6:30pm on Sat 2/28/23. They did not sit us. They said they where not taking dine in any more. They did have tables open.they close at 9:30pm. The guy did not give an explanation. Just brushed us off. Really Bad service this time.

Walking in was very blah, hasn't been updated in years. No host. The server told us to sit anywhere, but when we chose our seat, we were told that wasn't a good spot because of the time of the day (no one else was there) 🤷🏻‍♀️. I told him to just seat us himself, please. As for the food, I ordered a thick crust "lil" pizza with sausage & mushroom... #1 it was served on a dessert plate, just odd. As for taste, not great, very dry, not sure how, but it was. Wasn't fond of the mozzarella & cheddar cheese combo, I'm just used to just the regular ol' way, just mozzarella. I won't be returning, but at least I said I tried it.

Ordered a pizza well before closing time. (Around 8) However, NEVER RECEIVED IT. I was instead given a refund (without even being told I would be issued a refund) and waited for two hours for what turned out to be an “imaginary pizza”. By the time I realized what happened, they were closed and there was no way to get in contact with anyone. GOOD GRIEF. Do better Aurelios.

Haven't been in years and now I know what we have been missing. 5 stars all around! So good I c ant wait to come back

Avoid this Aurelio's location!!! If I could give them no stars or negative stars I would. We had the absolute worst pizza ever from any pizza place. It tasted like we were eating nothing but salt and sugar so we just threw it away... Major FAIL Aurelio's.

Aurelio's pizza is fantastic. I get it with the sweet sauce, sausage, peppers and onions. It's delicious!!

They have premade frozen pizza which is great for grab n go when you can’t wait but need dinner.

My experience probably wasn't the norm as I was attending a large party, but the pizza crusts we're raw on all of the pizzas. The staff were efficient and friendly but we were there for the pizza

I wanted pizza & Hulu originals for my Saturday evening. I decided to try Aurelios for the first time. First and foremost, very pricey compared to other establishments in the area. I ordered the thin, cheese & sausage; the meats were packed on, which was a plus. The sauce was too sweet. The overall pizza, very greasy. Looks like 2 different types if cheeses used, not too bad. Decent cuts/proportions. Nothing to phone home about. Ive tried it and that will be all.

We had a party on September 17, our waitress was so efficient! She made our evening so enjoyable, Need more people like her. Thanks so much for a great party!

Never had a problem with the food or service here, until tonight. My boyfriend ordered ahead for a large pizza and cheese sticks. He gets there, and the ticket machine was down.. we understand that things like this happen(happens at my place of work too) that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the woman at the counter who couldn’t give an ETA on the food, then she said about 20-30 minutes. He sat out in the parking lot for a little OVER AN HOUR waiting. When he finally went in to check what was going on. The same woman went “oh yeah, it’s ready” like come on.. When he got home with the pizza, it was a mess. It looked like someone just stuffed the large pizza in a box that was too small and said good enough. Just a mess overall.. Again, never had a bad experience here until tonight. The taste was okay.

K forgot this place existed. It's a shame because their pizza is pretty legendary. I had bought some for this party and was so surprised by the quality compared to other pizza places I went to. No shade but their's is top notch. 👌

Really good Aurelio’s. Tastes as good as Homewood. Much better than the Frankfort location.

Very good service. I ordered a spinach salad with a side of chicken strips. I thought the salad would be small, iit was huge. I had leftovers for lunch the next day. They also had the yummy hot bacon dressing. Delish . Bonus... had a chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

Delicious pizza. We ordered the 'fiesta' which was an 18", thin crust pepperoni. It was loaded with cheese and sauce. The crust was perfectly crispy and very unique...seemed like it had cheese baked into the crust and was buttered. I'm from Chicago and never heard of this famous chain restaurant. Definitely will go back! Service was great and food came out fairly quickly.

Drinks were ok, pizza was good and all was well. Until noticing a mouse go back and forth along the wall which made me think of the meal I just ate.
