Overall, pretty good breakfast experience. The menu has a lot of food items that are not usually seen in a lot of breakfast places which makes it one of my favorites due it’s uniqueness. I ordered the Cuban Benedict and I thought I’d be too heavy for breakfast but was surprisingly satisfying. I will say I was a bit disappointed ordering the banana cream pie because I was expecting a pie but received banana ice cream with graham crackers instead which was still good but unfortunately not what I had hoped. Nevertheless, recommend this place when looking for a nice breakfast/lunch experience.

This place is absolutely amazing, you can feel the cleanliness, everyone is so polite and personable.. the best meal I've ever had in my life. The crispy potatoes, the jams, the caramelized onions in my breakfast sandwich it was all amazing. I don't live close by but I will definitely be coming back, I had to get another sandwich to go for later, it was that good 😍🙌

OMGoodness!! I just had the most delicious and healthy vegan dish I have ever tasted, I can’t believe I am just discovering this spot. First time visitor but I know I’ll be a long time customer! I ordered the Acorn Squash with a side of sweet potato hash and every single solitary bite was pure HEAVEN in my mouth. I also had the faux decaf caramel macchiato Oh and don’t get me started on the staff and their attentiveness… a special S/O to STEPHANIE for the wonderful recommendation and ANGEL for the superb service! I order the VEGAN cookie and VEGAN brownie to go but they just delivered a sample of their The Banana Bliss (frozen dessert) and I PROMISE I want to move into the restaurant like today!! Can’t wait to visit and I haven’t even left yet.

Blissful Banana Cafe is delicious! My boyfriend got the waffle and I got the Snarf's Vegan Scramble. I am personally vegan and this dish was excellent. I am not very fond of chickpeas and these were a game changer for me. Seasoned perfectly all around. My boyfriend also loved his waffle. The Cafe is so cute and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend dining here. You get your money's worth! They give a ton of food.

The location is cute and there was no wait on a late Saturday morning. The service was okay. The food was somewhat average but the portion sizes were pretty good.

This is one of our favorite breakfast spots. My wife is vegan and I am not, so going out to eat can be difficult. Luckily Blissful Banana has the best of both worlds. Whether you order off the menu or the weekly specials all the food is amazing. One special that you need to stop by for are the vegan Fruity Pebble Pancakes. These delicate fluffy cakes are drizzled with icing and made with delicious cereal. If you’re vegan or non- vegan this amazing creation is one of the best. Stop by for the polite staff, especially the owner who works extremely hard to ensure your meal is correct.

Our local go-to spot for breakfast & lunch! There’s something for everyone on the menu, whether you’re in the mood for a filling spicy chicken sandwich or something a little more healthy. Their weekend specials are always amazing and unique. As you can see, my big guy Baxter loves to join us on the patio for the free smells (their soft scramble breakfast sandwich this time).

This was an outstanding find for us today. The atmosphere was pleasant. Service was excellent. Food was awesome! Meals and deserts were delicious. I look forward to returning to this restaurant in the near future. Come on in here.

The food was really delicious, and you got a great portion size for the amount you pay. I has a soft scramble sandwich, and I highly recommend it. My friend got the breakfast tacos, and she swears by them. We both got Cafe Au Laits (mine with vanilla) and they hit the spot. The restaurant is warm, clean, and inviting, with a nice light and openess to it. All of the staff was nice, and our waitress was so sweet. I can't wait to come back!

Worst experience ever at this cafe. The food is subpar. I went to the register with my fiancé to pay for the food, the waitress ask me how was my food I told her “meh” as in I didn’t like it. She didn’t ask if there was anything that they could of done to make this experience better. Then she told us that their credit card machine is down and they can’t take chip cards. She asked if we had a master card instead. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience of the food and the broken card machine and they said no. Thankfully I had a card that could work. I ordered a turkey sandwich with a side of sweet potato hash. I didn’t touch my hash and I left a sandwich and a third on the plate. My fiancé did the same exact thing. Customer service is very poor and the food is not good. Worst experience I’ve had at a cafe in a long time. Never again!

Wanted to try this restaurant for awhile now. My wife and I were looking forward to going here. Big mistake it was no good. We ordered eggs over medium and bacon. I understand it takes awhile sometimes but there was only 5 other tables. The food finally came out cold. My wife sent hers back I decided to just eat mine even though it was cold also. Almost 15 minutes later they come back with her food yokes weren’t even cooked. So disappointed this could be such a good spot with the right team of people sorry won’t ever be back.

The worst thing about this place is that it closes at 3 PM and I'm a night person. And athough I'm not vegan myself I'm really happy this place exists in the suburbs where finding delicious vegan food is rare. It's a cute and cozy little cafe that serves deliciousness. & u must try the banana bliss it's a requirement! (pictured is the Vegan Scramble + two poached eggs I requested)

This cozy cafe was a delight and worth every penny. Upon entry you are seated at either a table or a booth. Even though they were down a server their service was unwavering. Our order consisted of: a dark chocolate mocha with soy milk and whipped cream (yes you read correctly lol), build your own breakfast with an up charge for pancakes, breakfast tacos, and cauliflower tacos. Everything was beyond delicious. The price was very worth the portions. My order of breakfast tacos were stuffed with (rosemary seasoned potatoes, two slices of bacon each, scrambled eggs, cotija cheese, a spicy but tasteful morita cream, and topped with an avocado). I did add some salt and pepper but every bite was amazing and filling. My group spent hours eating and talking in this cafe. If you are looking for a great all day breakfast and a cozy atmosphere, this is your place.

I really need to go back here. The food was so fresh and delicious. They have the cutest little bakery section at the front as well. The staff and people are super friendly. Definitely need to try their breakfast next!

Wish I started going here sooner! Loved everything from the Frozen coffee to the fresh banana ice cream. The eggs, asparagus and potatoes were flavorful without being over seasoned.

I enjoyed the taco salad. Definitely a lighter, healthier taco salad than what I usually get from the typical Mexican food joints which was good for lunch. It was tasty while not leaving me feeling like I couldn't breathe. Though it was still a very generous portion. My wife got the avocado toast and that was pretty solid...though for my tastes it could have used a bit of salt. But she liked it as is. Overall a nice place with healthier options to choose from. Would recommend!

My vegan niece suggested this place to have brunch....everything was super fresh! Best breakfast I've had in a long time! Vegan sweet potato hashbrowns are awesome...fresh, not frozen blueberry whole wheat pancakes. Beware though, coffee and mimosas are on the strong side..

We went to BBC this past Father's Day and were seated immediately. The patio seating was clean and roomy. The staff was wonderfully attentive and friendly, allowing us to fine with our rambunctious pup. The food was outstanding. From my partner's taco salad, to her father's wedge salad, to my chicken and waffles, we loved them all. No leftovers to take home. Yup, clean plates! Thank you, Blissful Banana! You had three people leaving with smiles on their faces due to extreme cases of Happy-Belly! 🍽️😁👍

Have great vegan options. The Cuban black beans were very tasty. The vegan pancakes were not bad. I chose peanut butter instead of syrup. They were a bit rubbery in texture. The taste may have been better with syrup. The service was great until we asked the waitress to split the check. The request slightly perturbed her, but she never asked before she brought us the check. All in all, a great place with good eats.

We visited on 2/5/23. Great atmosphere and service. Food was really good. They had a gentleman singing and playing a keyboard which was really nice. They do have an outdoor patio and arcade. I could not believe all the people constantly coming in to eat from 12:30-1:30pm when we were there. I did get a strawberry smoothie to go -I have to say it was not good! Just milk ice water with a small taste of strawberry. This was super disappointing.

Love the ample indoor and outdoor seating at this space. The wait staff knows the Kirby and have tried all the food on the menu especially the vegan food! I tried the vegan pesto omelette with the side of sweet potato hash and sourdough bread. I loved the vegan omlette - the asparagus tomato cheese hit the spot but was NOT a fan of the sweet potato hash —will not be getting the hash in the future. My first time visiting this place looking for vegan breakfast. I got excited when I saw vegan scramble made from chickpeas. I ordered the Smurf Vegan Scramble which in my opinion was not what I was looking for. This dish was chickpeas with roasted potatoes and Avocado spread on sourdough bread. I asked them to add jalapeños. The description is accurate but this is not a chickpea scramble. Seasoned very well but I can tell it was inorganic ingredients or products used because my stomach did not digest it well and I know my body. Due to the fact that my receipt never made it to the kitchen the owner or manager I’m not sure which one offered me a drink for my wait and I truly appreciate the kind gesture. It has a nice atmosphere and I appreciate these non vegan places attempting to offer vegan food and we just need vegan food that is truly good for our mind, body, and soul.

I always feel welcome when dining in here. The service is top notch and food is delicious. Today I went later than usual and found some brunch options. I really enjoyed the bourbon cream cold brew and breakfast tacos.

First time coming here with my sisters. I’m a fairly bland person with bland tastebuds so the menu was a bit more complex to me. I was sketchy but I went with the avocado egg toast. My sister surprised that I didn’t substitute anything only changed the eggs from sun side up to scrambled. The food came and took a bite with hesitation but to my surprise it was absolutely delicious. I ate my whole plate including some roasted potatoes from my sisters plate. The waitress was amazing and the owner was super nice and gave us a complimentary cinnamon muffin. He was super sweet to my son and gave him an M&M cookie. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

Not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from? I have noticed some businesses have their friends write these ever so positive reviews.. The location is good and the outdoor seating is nice but the prices are high, service is super slow, small portions and the inside is dirty. No thanks! There are way too many great restaurants in Orland Park.

First impression was awesome . The food is fresh and organic. The staff is very friendly and personable and their baristas are rock stars. Caramel macchiato was superb. One of the southwest suburbs best brunch spots.

I asked for the easiest ham and cheese omelette but this is what I got. Why would they slap the cheese on my omelette like that? It wasn’t good either. It must’ve been baked on. Plus my husband bread was burnt and my jam was disgusting. The burnt bread and this omelette should have never been served. It was also expensive being that this is what I got.

It's a very unique menu but very good. The roasted potatoes (one of the side dish options) are fantastic. Kids portions are a little small but adult portions are good.

Good quality food, nice vegan and vegetarian sources, generous portions. The crispy potatoes are addicting! Wish I had room for dessert because the peach crepes looked delish but as it is I couldn't finish all my mac n cheese.

Wow! I really enjoyed Blissful Banana! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, as soon as you walk in the door! Our server, Stephanie was awesome! This is the perfect place if you need a variety of food options for people in your party: meat eaters, vegan, gluten free and other allergies! I'm so glad this is in the south suburbs, and I'll definitely be returning.

I LOVE savory food for breakfast/lunch, and this cafe has an abundance of savory options unlike other breakfast places that I have gone to. Their options are so flavorful and well prepared. There’s a ton of vegetarian options too!

Blissful Banana is one of our favorites when visiting Illinois. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast tacos. They also have great vegan options. The service is consistent and friendly just like the coffee.

Blissful Banana was a nice time to spend with my family. Our party of 5 was seated in less than 20 minutes. Busy but not too loud. I ordered the morning skillet and it tasted pretty good. Size was well portioned but coffee didn't taste too great. Amazing jam for the toast though. Downside was that service was a little slow but we still had a great server. It felt a little pricey for a coffee and skillet being almost $20.

VEGAN ALERT!!!!! Fantastic restaurant! Very impressed with the selection and quality of the vegan food. Cauliflower tacos and their vegan alfredo pasta are to die for! So much flavor! Not to mention the vegan desserts! You'll be in heaven! It's great knowing they list vegan items in the menue which makes it so much easier on me. I never have to stress out or ask my server so many questions to ensure it's vegan. It's a great feeling walking in knowing I'm welcomed. I can just go in and relax and order great food! The service is phenomenal! Never had a bad experience and I will continue to eat there. #1 vegan spot!

By far our favorite breakfast spot in the area. Their specials menu just about always has something new we have to try and if not the regular menu never disappoints. The manager is constantly walking around making sure everyone is taken care of and satisfied. Also almost every time we go he makes sure to give a sample of banana bliss.

The service was great but the food was really terrible. I got a portobello sandwich and so did my cousin and neither one were cooked all the way through. But it was clean and the people working there were friendly

Drinks orderd- hot cafe mocha and cold gorilla coffee, definitely recommend either one if you have a chocolate/sweet tooth. Food ordered- Cuban sandwich and morning skillet. Best Cuban sandwich I've tasted so far, not greasy or dripping grease like other place, taste is great everything about this sandwich blended perfectly together as it should, with a side of rice and beans which weren't all that great, but the sandwich makes up for it. My morning skillet was ok, I guess next time I'll request to take it easy on the onion, bread wasn't even toasted so that kinda sucked, but overall would go back again and try something different on the menu or maybe just stick to the Cuban 👍

This restaurant is a gift from heaven for me!!! I have food allergies and sensitivities and I am always so impressed with the menu options. We love sitting in the back area where there is a fire place and couches and where my kids can chill a little bit while we eat. The servers are usually pretty friendly and knowledgable and quite helpful with questions about food ingredients.

So yummy! I got the mac & cheese and it was delicious. They also give so much food that you can save leftovers for another meal. Too bad this place isn't very well known, they really do have good food.

Always a fave in Orland. We love their cauliflower tacos and the coconut cake (when they have it). Service can be a bit spotty depending on how busy they are, which is totally understandable, but we’ve never had a bad experience here!

Great service, awesome food, tasty drinks. I usually get the breakfast tacos which are amazing. They have slot machines also if you want to test your luck. Ask for their specials menu I had the breakfast burrito off of it and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.
