A little getaway we took to celebrate in Orland Park. Since we've been on a brewery kick lately, we stopped by this place. The beers that they have on tap, brewed in house.. Awesomeness, We had no wait on a Sunday evening and decided to sit at the bar. The bartender (if you go ask for Brad the bartender by name 😁) Was friendly, knowledgeable about his product and genuinely enjoyed what he does.. that makes the experience all the better. For Dinner we ordered the steak and fries, and the chicken carbanara. (I probably misspelled that) My thanks to the chef as well.. for the 8 pounds I believe I gained because not a bite of anything was left.. it was just THAT good. The steak was juicy..seasoned very well, and was like using a steak knife to cut through a warm stick of butter. The chicken was tender and getting a fork full of the creamy pasta with it was delightful, so much so.. better keep that napkin next to you for appearance sake 😉. Overall a great time. Thanks again especially to Brad. We'll definitely be back.

Food was incredible, and everything we ate was delicious! Staff were friendly, service was ok. Food was amazing! Prices are a bit high, but the food was incredible!

First time dining here. Decided to stop in for lunch. I just had a burger, beer, and green beans instead of fries. All in all, everything was good. The burger was flavorful, the bun was a bit dry, and my server was great about, asking if i wanted another. But it wasn't that bad, so i declined. The green beans were really great. For a quick bite with good beer and food, stop in.

Usually the calamari is spot on - flavorful, with a crisp coating covering tender pieces of calamari. Perhaps rock bottom changed suppliers because this time the calamari was pretty much tasteless. The marinara sauce looked like it had a dash of horseradish in it - couldn't really taste it. The Umami burger was good but the wilted greens it rested made it visually unappealing. Service was good.

A very good place, I love to experiment in different places and get a very good taste in my mouth. excellent service and very nice place. Good food, good drinks and super clean place. I recommend it 100% 🤩

As usual rock-bottom is consistent when it comes to the beer and nachos . Why am reviewing them today? The service . It's 4th of July they have a bartender a server 2 cooks and the manager and over 20 tables with guests . During the lunch hour. Between the server and the manager not one table did without. Corporate should see the gems they have with these two workers who still manage to smile and provide amazing service even when you can see they needed more staff.

The Staff here was awesome, they engaged my children, help keep my two year old quiet and had great jokes. The food was above average. DON'T try the peach margarita it was horrible. The host was happy to replace my drink increasing the already pleasant experience I was having. Highly recommend this location, awesome for kids too!

Used to love to come here. Foods gone down hill. Menus shrunk price are way up but quality and service were lacking. Beer was good. I've always enjoyed your beer. Happy hour was a nice.

Everything was amazing. They were busy but the server still did an amazing job. Can't wait to go back and try something else! It also was not badly priced. Definitely will be back soon!

Absolutely love that they make their own beer! Always great service and an amazing bartender! I didn’t get his name but he wears glasses and has a long beard! Thank you for the amazing friendly service!

During my visit, the bartender's hygiene practices were concerning, with their beard touching inside the glass of ice. Fortunately, it wasn't my drink, but it left a negative impression. The service was also disappointing—rude and arrogant, making my first experience less enjoyable. We opted to leave after appetizers and dine elsewhere. I recommend addressing hygiene concerns like using a net for long beards to improve customer satisfaction.

Our server, Karen, was excellent. She was everything a server should be. She was prompt, attentive but not overly attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, as well as the restaurant history. For starters the nachos with brisket was very tasty. The bourbon peach smash drink was excellent but a little sweet for my taste. However I would get it again. If you like tangy and spicy I recommend the brisket Sandwich. Happy eats!

Do not waste your time or money food is horrible!!!!! You have been warned! I rarely make reviews but when the food is extremely horrible, I like to warn others! The green beans look as if they were reheated and over cooked! The potatoes no favor, just so basic! The chicken fried chicken breast was super thin and seemed reheated as well. I couldn’t believe that this is a restaurant that serve such horrible food. This was confirmation that I and anybody else can open a restaurant! And let’s not mention the price!!!!!! Omg over a $100 yeah I’ll never visit again!!

Food quality, options and taste were great! Drink selections were also great! It was a slow period but the atmosphere was great! The waitress was very informative and was able to answer any and all questions we had. She knew the menu well and offered suggestions for each dish which actually helped. It's been a while since we have visited this restaurant and we don't know why we haven't been here sooner. We look forward to coming back for a great time and a great meal! Thank you!

We came here for lunch and the food was good. I had the chicken wings and salad and they were good. Although, my grandfather had the baby back ribs and it was dry. If you're looking for a fancy restaurant in Orland Park, here it is but don't get the ribs.

First time eating here and it was great. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. Our server Molly was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again!

Went on Father’s Day. Had a nice time. Food was great. Great service as well. Fried chicken with gravy , mash and green beans was very good. Will return.

American restaurant and brewhouse. Typical american food and snacks. And they are OK. A variety of unique craft beer brewed on site. Very nice service. Affordable prices. An Interesting visit.

I tried their chicken parmesan dish but without the parmesan. The pasta and chicken were good. I also tried the rosé. I don’t typically drink so I don’t know what a rosé is supposed to taste like but it wasn’t good to me.

Me and my husband loved coming here, but it seems the menu has gotten much smaller and they don’t offer the menu items we loved. I’m hoping that’s changed since we last dined in. Overall we always had a pretty good experience.

We stopped in the first night for a quick carry out on the way to our hotel (restaurant in front of the brand new Hampton inn). Brad, the bartender and our server was excellent making suggestions, offering to split portions for ease of eating carryout and giving us water while we waited. Just a great feel good customer service experience. Got to hotel, food was excellent, had all condiments and so very satisfied we went back for dinner the following night. Again, great service. Excellent food. Brussel sprouts are awesome, portions and food quality are phenomenal and compared to the other places near here, this restaurant is by far cleaner and food is much better than what we have eaten in the past few days. We will be back.

Slow service when restaurant only had a few people in it. A burger ordered plain came with mayo and another burger ordered medium well came pink/medium. We were in a hurry so we didn't bring it to servers attention. The twisted chicken tenders were goood.

This is the second time I visit this location, unfortunately, i was a bit disappointed when I order a philly cheesesteak sandwich. Unfortunately, it look like a they place a burger patty insted of the shaved steak it was described on the menu. I ask the server and she look confused as well and she happily took it back so it can be "remade" unfortunately what they did was they chopped it of so it look like it was shaved and essentially reheated the buger patty and placed it in a new bread. Server was super attentive and the manager apologized but he didnt make sure that the food they were serving was adequate. I added pictures so you can see what I mean.

On 1-27-24 my family and I went for dinner. Restaurant was dirty. Tables needed cleaning . Waited 15 minutes for a waiter. Food was excellent! Waiter never came back. Had to ask manager for check and box, he never apologized or asked how are meal or service was. Never asked if we needed anything or another drink. Everybody in restaurant was frustrated with service.

Having visited another Rock Bottom location and having had a good experience, I wanted to bring my wife to the Orland Park location for a late lunch. Our service was extremely slow due to what the waitress said was "only 2 servers for the whole section". 12 minutes between our drinks and taking our order, so we missed out on ordering appetizer egg rolls. Consequently, while the food was tasty, the fries were only warm-ish. My wife recieved a hand held that she didn't think she ordered, and the server did say if my wife was not pleased with it once she tried it she would replace it, but then never came back to check on my wife's satisfaction. My wife was extremely hungry so she ate it anyway and it was tasty. Overall, good food but service too slow. We would have gotten appetizers, 2nd or third beers and possibly desert had there not been so much time in between visits from our waitress.

Came here for drinks with my friends. Margaritas were good! Ordered their Stout Fudge brownie and it didn’t come with their caramel drizzle. We asked for caramel and by the time we waited we were already done with our brownie. Brownie was delicious. Server was nice.

I ordered twisted tenders and noticed half way through eating them that they were uncooked….yea yall gon have to get ready for lawsuit
