I was very happy with Dr Novak as my primary care physician, until I had blood work done for joint pain. He refused to give me the results of the lab work until I made a follow up appointment. I obtained the records myself from the hospital. I work 6 to 7 days per week in the medical field and simply could not make an appointment to obtain the information. In subsequent attempts to make an appointment Dr Novaks wife (his receptionist) was rude in regards to scheduling. I called today to set up an annual exam (I had seen a different PCP post a car accident a month ago) she said that because I had sought care with a different Doctor that I should continue with them and have my records released. She said they began treating you, I said no I had a physical exam post a car accident. Like I said, I think Dr Novak is a well trained doctor but the way patients are treated is not compassionate.

I called looking for a new doctor because mine retired and I'm having some issues and I was told to call back in 3 weeks. Needless to say I will not be calling back.

I'm disappointed with the doctor, he's very rude and unprofessional, I've heard a lot of negative opinions, now I understand why. I don't recommend it!

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor's office. Dr. Novak is great. He is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and compassionate. His staff is courteous and helpful. The first point of contact is crucial. Both the doctor and his staff have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. I am always able to schedule an appointment. Dr. Novak has my total loyalty as a patient and will continue to do so!

I also had referred many friends of mine to his practice and they all found help they were seeking in a very pleasant, relaxing environment of his clinic. Dr. Novak is very competent and knowledgeable, has wonderful staff working with him and I hope to keep him as my doctor until he maintains his practice.

Dr. Novak is an amazing doctor who really cares about his patients. He takes the time to get to know me and I appreciate all of the time he gives me to explain what is going on. Dr. Novak is clearly not a doctor who tries to rush his patients, and he provides great healthcare. I don't like going to the doctor, but I don't mind visiting Dr. Novak when I have to go.

I was really sick last week and called doctor Novak in the evening, he stayed late after hours and saw me after a long day of work. He really took his time to explain everything to me, was very patient and didn’t rush. He was very empathetic and compassionate. He treated me as an individual and not just a number.
