Old hotel. Need major furnishing and restoration. The staff are all kind and helpful, but there nothing much they can do when the infrastructure itself is not in good condition. For instance, not air condition is not cold enough; they couldn't do anything. Oh well, it is after the earthquake anyway. So any inconvenience would be tolerated.

It's good to be here. I got room #218 deluxe and wide, cool air con,enough water, but unclean rest room. This hotel location in the center of the city, there are many kind of food counter nearby at night. overall not bad to sleep here.

this is old hotel, i found a room with old bathup. After earthquake and tsunami last year, this hotel maybe the only one that operated. it only consist of 2 floor. so safe enough to stay here while earthquake happened.

This is truly the 2nd most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed in(I travel a lot).The toilet smell in the bathroom was overpowering as I entered the room.i asked staff to please clean (I was a guest of someone else or I would have moved out)which they did sulkily &sketchily.Coffee splashes up filthy walls,grubby brown towels and (after missing a nights sleep) I waited in reception for over 2hours to be moved to another(marginally better) room.Despite the filth of the first room, I had to pay for an upgrade.Very young, inexperienced staff not trained in customer service. No soap,tea,coffee in room.I hope never to have to stay there again.

The situation and condition of the deluxe and suite rooms are somewhat varied where some deluxe and suite rooms are better than other room types of the same class. One of the best hotels in its class in all central sulawesi area.

Lil bit spooky but its ok,have chair out side the room so could enjoy terrace view
