Dr Gaurav Mitra is extremely rude. He insults women and is a complete bigot. He insulted my mother and wife on a visit 😡 I will be reporting this to the board. Ive been to this place 5 times for my loved ones. These people will make you wait for 2 to 3 hours and will try to give you many tests. Then if you don't do the test, the doctor will not see you quickly. This is thier business practice. Very very unethical.. AVOID ✖✖✖✖

I have been to this place previously for my mother in law and now for myself.Both the times I have noticed that the staffs and security personals were extremely helpful and cordial. They are following covid protocols and cleanliness as much as possible. The doctors also gave detailed information about the disease. I highly recommend this place as there were no long waiting for treatment most seen i big hospitals.

Poorest place for eye treatment. Never go there for any kind of treatment. I am sharing a horrible experience. My mother had a cataract OT under Dr. Amitava Biswas who made a mess of it. He did OT and it was an unsuccessful one. To hide his negligence he blamed my mother that she was not supportive during OT. Later I came to know from my mother, instead he was using abusive languages and was shouting at his co staffs and they were not prepared for the adequate lens which was the cause for all these. My mother almost lost one eye but thanks to Disha Eye Hospital and their team. I can never forgive the pain she went through after such horrible OT in Sunetra. Beware and never be there!

It's very nice. We are coming here from 25 years. We are full confident about this place. My daughter was high myopic but now everything is fine. We whole family are the patients if this place. Very happy.

I personally thought it was a good place. But their after service was terrible. They should critically evaluate their employees. I don't feel like they respect their patients.

I went to Sunetra with my father for his eye check-up. All the staff were extremely friendly And helpful. Thank you all for the way we were taken care of!!

Doctors are very cooperative and understanding. They talk realistic but they speak the language the patients can understand. They understand the pain patients go through. Accordingly they give suggestions so that the patient doesn't get scared. The proceses are fast enough,the waiting time is not much. Very humble as people and doctors.

We have been visiting Sunetra for many years now but today's experience was extraordinarily disappointing. A very senior doctor whom we have consulted earlier also, spent precious time, describing His work habits, His sleep schedule & His upbringing & my husband had to listen to him, quitely because the doctor paid minimum heed to whatever we were trying to say!! My husband had problems of myopia, power change, headache, puffy eyes, which has aggravated in the last few years, due to the nature of his job. I was hoping for some guidance, counseling & Listening, by the respected Doctor. However, our very senior Doctor gave us only general guidelines, a few eye drops, a photocopied Do's & Don't s, for long time screen users & interrupted us, Every single time my husband tried to explain His problems to the Doctor!! I kept my patience during the entire "discourse" of the Doctor but felt it's my duty to share this review. Doctors are Angels, on earth to me & my family, who have been fortunate enough to receive the right guidance & handholding of many but today, we were taken by real surprise. What kind of a Doctor does not allow a patient, to speak & detail his problems, misses the name of one eye drops, out of two prescribed & goes on talking about His daily schedule & habits( without any context or relevance)???? I SINCERELY REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES OF SUNETRA TO CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS ON THIS, IF THEY ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN GIVING QUALITY EYE CARE SERVICES TO ALL. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Very friendly atmosphere, well trained staffs and definitely excellent doctors

Dr. Alok Mukherjee performed my mothers eye cataract surgery and overall we had a good experience. The place can get very busy but overall the staff is very kind and helpful.

Teaching skill of the teachers are just wonderful, friendly with the students and we are also friendly too. Environment is very peaceful and enthusiastic. The quality of the study materials and facilities are great with advance medical equipments.

The name itself stand for it .The "family"word really so adorable to all of us .we are so new here but never can feel that . All the authentic instruments are really helpful that are too new for me and all the person belonging here are so faithful and helpful. Thank you so much.

There are outstanding teaching faculties in Sunetra, very co-operative and helpful. Faculties explain and solve our all problems about study and provide proper guidance to the students.

Dr. B K Sarkar is one of the finest opthalmologist in this region... My family is under his care for the last few years. He takes great care of his patients.
