Small nursing home near E M Bypass (Highland Park). Many famous doctors are associated with this hospital. If there is a patient admitted in this hospital, their family members can use the hospital lift only for going up. Cannot use elevator to go down. No matter how old he is.

The Worst of the worst experience I have faced in this hospital. I admitted my father in this hospital on September 2022 in ICU under Dr. Seshadri Das and Dr.Rahul De. They continued totally wrong treatment in ICU for 2 days. His condition deteriorated. His speech was stopped due to wrong treatment. Then they shifted him in general bed and left him without any treatment with hefty amount of charges. Then I got my father discharged immediately.

Infrastructure was ok and clean. However, staff's behaviours are really bad. Hate to say this but this medical facility has worst staffs. They are not helpful and most of them has very bad attitude as if they own it. Doctors facility is good but if you are looking for specialist then this is just not the place. Also, its location is a problem. You either have take a Taxi or book a Cab to get there, cause by walking it takes a lot. There are no transport facility available near the hospital. If you're with a patient who cannot walk or have problem walking, then you have to book a vehicle. Several payment methods are available there and they also have TPA (Third Party Administration) facility or Mediclaim Facility. I visited maternity ward and the nurses there was totally rude. However, the caretakers were nice. They do not allow the patient to carry a mobile phone or cellphone, it is strictly prohibited. The bathrooms are clean and cleaning stuffs do their job very well. Though the facility has many draw backs but they give a standard class treatment. They have 24x7 emergency but I doubt that you will find doctors always. Also outoutside the hospital there are no food stalls so you better bring something to eat unless you want walk 500-600metres to Hiland Park. They have a food stall at the entrance of the hospital but the food there is expensive and mostly wasted and taste very bad. Overall I will say that the facility is not up to the mark and I doubt that they can provide advance treatment. For small cases it is ok to go there but for serious cases I personally will not suggest this hospital to anyone.

My father was admitted on 16th May 2022 at 4pm due to hip-joint fracture under supervision of Dr. Tirthankar Bhattacharya. Then, he did surgical operation on 18th May 2022 at 10 am and prescribed to release my father on 20th May 2022. On 19th May, he was okay till evening visiting hours, but suddenly hospital called at 8pm and he was transferred in ICU ventilation. I lost my father on 19th May 10:50 pm. I am afraid something went wrong and doctors did fast enough to lower his sugar level from 600 to normal to start surgical procedures in less than 2 days, they don't think human to understand patient's condition or age or past patient's history. They try to earn money anyhow and fast. If they took proper precautions/assessments before operation, I could have saved my father. I relied on doctors and I thought they will do treatments. I was ready to spend money, but they thought to earn money quickly and killed my father with their negligence. After my father died, they started manipulating the case and asking us whether they will go for post-mortem if police can give clearance. We went to police station, police said why they should give as they didn't receive any information from hospital. Then hospital is putting pressure to give declaration from me that there is no foul play otherwise they will do post-mortem and not release body. I had to write that to start process of last rights or rituals.

Apex is located very near to our Home. I visited this Nursing Home Many times as it is easily accessible during emergency. Its not a new Hospital with all modern facilities, little outdated but its working. You can get hold of few good doctors here and also can get surgery done at an affordable rate.

I never write bad comments to doctors as I'm aslo a Healthcare professional. Few days back I took my mom for her bone fracture to the so called best doctor Dr Tirthankar Bhattacharya. But without asking her health history he told for surgery and don't even explained anything to us. Since my mom has DM and other health issue ,I took 3 other doctors advice (Dr Rajiv Chatterjee ,Dr Somnath Dey and R Homchowdhuri ) surpirselingly they told surgery is very risky at her health condition and not at all recommend. I am fortunate that I'm not fall into his trap .pls take 2nd opinions before making any decision.

It's a good hospital with medium cost, not expensive like others private hospitals And behaviour of the staff over there specially sisters are very polite and caring. Only problem is there Patient discharge procedure is very slow and time taking, I wait 4 hours for complete the discharge procedure. Hospital administration should look after this issue.

The best in orthopaedic treatment can be relied on.Dr Tirthankar Bhattacharya is a gem for the Institute.Such a good human. The hospital is neat and tidy.Staff is good.Nurse and attendants are also cooperative.

No nursing staff could give us any update on the patient status. We had to contact doctors directly to get the update. One of the billing counter lady is lazy and feels like she is doing us a favor by taking our money. Has no manners , courtesy Or proffesionalism. When u ask a client to wait it is your duty and responsibility to give proper explanation but she felt it was right to be rude to patients and their families. Only reason for getting service here would be for the doctors who are really good.

Worst hospital with very poor infrastucture. I have been waiting for a dr For 2 and half hrs even after having prior appointment. None of the hospitals staff had any idea about Dr arrival time nor the reason for delay.. And this is their reguar practise. Bt compare to near by hospitals or nursing home, their charge are also high. once shoulld avoid this hosital. The hospital is just earning money but have no concern about its patient....just worthless..and it shoud be closed...

Doctors are good undoubtedly but nurses are not well trained.the quality of the Stuffs and nurses ate very very poor.They are always trying to put extra charges of the bill so be carefull.Donot do unnecessary tests.if they say call the doctor and talk to him .Because all the stuffs are so careless

Management is horrible. Very irresponsible. They did not even inform the doctor about the patients lined up for OPD. I was waiting for more than 2 hours yet they allowed another patient to go before me just because she was going to cancel her appointment as she was getting late. Everyone was getting late, just because someone decided to cancel the appointment doesn't mean that person needed special treatment. Horrible service.

Very very bad experience.....my mother in law admit hare september 2021 for COVID and low sodium level.....she admit for 7 days...then doctor says she is ok ...you can returning home her...then she back home .. hospital returns all her used and unused medicines...after she come home we noticed she was very weak day by day...we consult a new doctor and so much take care her then she stands perfectly.... recently when we cleaning home we noticed my mother in laws all medicines which returns appex all are expired when they used this???😳😳😳😳😳how eresponsible they?????why they Can't check when used?If my mother in law was very sirious who was the responsible???now we have no proof because many days passed so.we

This Hospital should get Legally punished by authority. Doctor Sudipto Roy started scaring me that my Father is going to die by pneumonia and soon we are giving him ventilator. Doctor Sudipto Roy fraudly recommend for Avicrest injection which is an anti Bacteria injection but wrongly told me it's a WBC decrease injection. Apex s Administrators and it's Doctors are big fraud nexus of money making by detoriating patient condition. But luckily I changed from there and Government Hospital within 4 days make him cure. Big money making nexus is going on here; hour by hour the billing section and nurses made phone calls for money.

Shabby Hospital with no regards for hygiene, Operation theater been used like slaughter house the surgical equipment's not sterilized properly for which I am suffering from infection and permanent deformation of the place of surgery. I was referred to this hospital by Dr.Pushkar-Shyam Chowdhury(urologist) Be aware and avoid at all cost not even if the Dr. insists. I fell for it but if you want quality treatment this is not the hospital to do your surgeries.

It's a general hospital or you can say a well maintained nursing home.

Very good nursing home with good amenities and excellent infrastructure. The doctors are very experienced and staff are very caring. Everything is well organized and management is good. They have taken a very good post operative care. Also the charges are reasonable.

Most of the negative comments here are because of the receptionist and non medical staff rather than the medical staff. I had a surgery here and I'm completely satisfied with it. The nurses and ward boys were incredibly helpful and the doctors were great. The place was hygienic and clean. My only problem was they made mistakes in my bills. Hence one star less.

The most terrible expirence I had here. My grandmother was literally forced to enter the ICU where the temperature is usually kept at a considerable low temp for the machinaries present there , and my grandmother was already havibg Bronchus history, even the recent X-Ray of the lungs was also having a patch and that was quite evident. A series of unexperienced non sense freshie docs and nurses are present here , who are tgerejust to increase the bill amount. I recommend everyone to avoid going to such worst places.

It's good place with basic amenities , they treat people without being charged hefty ammount like other hospitals in bypass.

Very poor service and one of their staff Ruma Halder's behaviour is very bad they don't have any idea about hospility

Dr. Rajindar Singh Gaheer is an excellent Surgeon. He is very polite with the patients. He is one of the best orthopedic surgeons in Kolkata.

Completely money minded practices followed; staff behavior is worst. Not recommended at all.

Well maintained hospital with great hospitality services. Patients are treated well and with care. The doctors appointed here are well skilled.

It's a nursing home with no idiology,the maximum of staff are not at all trained by any means,they all just below education like class 5to very rare class 10 passed...and they do not know the meaning of nurse or else....how they can? they never trained as a nurse...they only trained as just 4th grade.and the ICU in charge she is a big blunder
